In the article on the basis of socio-philosophical analysis the conceptualization of the phenomena of close actions and long actions as mechanisms for strategic interaction in the plane of international politics is carried out. The phenomenon of interaction is presented as influencing the functional characteristics of social ties and substantially reflecting the peculiarities of constructing public relations, generating opportunities for the establishment of more or less strong ties. ; В статье на основе социально-философского анализа осуществляется концептуализация феноменов близкодействия и дальнодействия как системообразующих механизмов, обеспечивающих взаимодействие в плоскости международной политики. Феномен взаимодействия представлен как влияющий на функциональные характе-ристики социальных связей и существенным образом отражающий особенности конструирования общественных отношений, формирующий возможности для установления более или менее прочных связей. ; В статті на основі соціально-філософського аналізу здійснюється концептуалізація феноменів близькодії та далекодії як систе-моутворюючих механізмів, що забезпечують взаємодію у площині міжнародних відносин.
