[.] L'atelier a permis de prendre connaissance des questions centrales qui préoccupent les responsables paysans ainsi que les responsables techniques et politiques en Afrique du Sud, en matière d'appui aux agricultures familiales. - plusieurs exposés ont eu lieu sur la réforme foncière (dont un fait par le Ministre de l'Agriculture); - les visites ont mis en évidence la diversité des initiatives en matière d'appui à l'agriculture, l'importance des défis (absence de tradition agricole dans les communautés visitées, faiblesse de la structuration sociale, poids du modèle des grands fermiers, etc.).

El presente trabajo expone la funcionalidad del lenguaje XML en el tratamiento de documentos jurídicos y la experiencia del Grupo de Valladolid en dos proyectos de investigación relacionados con documentos del Derecho internacional privado de la Unión Europea. El trabajo, que se remonta al año 2003 y que llega hasta la actualidad, se materializó en varios prototipos de aplicaciones que permiten la gestión documental de un conjunto de normas europeas de Derecho Internacional Privado. El último capítulo se plantea la pregunta de si la tecnología digital puede ayudar a resolver los problemas actuales de dispersión normativa y de quiebra del sistema en el Derecho internacional privado español o si la tecnología no es capaz de resolver. ; The work presents the functionality of the XML language in the treatment of legal documents and the experience of the Team of Valladolid in two research projects dealing with documents of Private International Law of the European Union. The work, which started in 2003 and continues nowadays, has produced as result several applications that support the management of a set of International Private Law European rules. Стаття присвячена дослідженню державного регулю- вання соціальної адаптації людей з обмеженими можливос- тями в різних країнах. Визначаються головні напрямки побудови державою дієвої системи трудової реабілітації людей з обмеженими можливостями, реалізації заходів, спрямованих на їх працевлаштування. Запропоновано комплекс заходів державного стимулювання підвищення ефективності соціальної адаптації людей з обмеженими фізичними можливостями, спрямованих на активізацію їх трудової діяльності і повноправного виходу з системи соціального змісту на відкритий ринок праці. ; The article is devoted to the study of state regulation of social adaptation of people with disabilities in different countries. Defines the main directions of the government build an effective system of employment rehabilitation of people with disabilities, implementation of measures aimed at their employment. In the space of just nine months, Tunisia's President Kais Saied has centralised power and dismantled the institutions established by the young democracy since the revo­lu­tion of 2011. His new constitution establishing a "New Republic" will be put to a refer­endum on 25 July 2022. Saied's plans have divided the nation, with growing resistance from political and civil society actors demanding the return to an inclusive and demo­cratic process. At the same time, the country is moving closer to default. Tunisia's Euro­pean partners have invested heavily in democratisation and view the autocratic shift with concern. But they have failed to take meaningful action, and each new step by Saied makes it harder to reverse the path. In the interests of Tunisia's stability, Europe should move decisively and employ the financial and diplomatic leverage it has due to Tunisia's economic crisis. (author's abstract)

Neste artigo, procuramos analisar os posicionamentos de Leonel Brizola sobre a política externa brasileira e a política internacional, entre 1961 e 1964, a partir da ideia de "espoliação internacional", que teve grande centralidade no pensamento do líder trabalhista gaúcho e se refletiu na sua prática política e na sua atuação como governador do Rio Grande do Sul e deputado federal pela Guanabara. Mesmo se alinhando aos princípios gerais da Política Externa Independente dos governos Jânio Quadros e João Goulart, em diversos momentos Brizola assumiria posturas críticas em relação ao que considerava como posições conciliadoras e mesmo lesas-pátrias adotadas pela diplomacia brasileira e pelo próprio João Goulart nas relações com os Estados Unidos, levando, assim, para o debate público as teses e formulações da esquerda nacionalista.Palavras-chave: Leonel Brizola; Política Externa Independente; Nacionalismo. ABSTRACTIn this article, we aimed to analyse Leonel Brizola's positions about Brazilian foreign affairs and international politics from 1961 to 1964, from the idea of international despoliation, which has had a great centrality in gaucho labour leader's thoughts and reflected in his political practice, as well as in his activity as a governor and federal deputy of the Rio Grande do Sul and Guanabara states, respectively. Thus, even aligned with the general ideas of the Independent Foreign Policy of the Jânio Quadros' and João Goulart's administration, at various times Brizola would assume critical postures regarding what he considered to be conciliatory and even treasonous positions adopted by Brazilian diplomacy and João Goulart in relations with United States, taking to public debate the nationalist left-wing's thesis and formulations.Keywords: Leonel Brizola; Independent Foreign Policy; Nationalism.
