Автором определены основные проблемы учета реэкспорта, выработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию учета реэкспортных операций. = In the article the re-exports concept is based on the comparative analysis of various approaches: international trade statistics, balance of payment methodology, and customs legislation. The paper assesses the applicability of the existing approaches to the actual re-exports facts in the global economy, such as re-exports of services and capital re-exports. The author determines the key problems in re-exports recording and develops recommendations on the re-exports recognition improvement.

The credit organizations, as one of the subjects of financial monitoring, serve as the main supplier of information to the Russian Financial Intelligence Unit database, and play a special role within national AML/CFT system. Balancing between the responsibility for compliance with anti-money laundering legislation and need to maintain the customer base, banks face additional risks that arise due to the tightening of regulatory requirements and the fierce competition in the banking market. This article discusses the structure of the national AML / CFT system, analyzes the place and role of credit institutions in the national AML / CFT. Suggests ways to optimize the performance of the credit institutions in the field of AML / CFT by establishing a mechanism of interaction of all subjects of financial monitoring. В статье раскрываются основные положения концепции бережливого производства. Анализируется опыт внедрения инструментов бережливого производства в исполнительных органах государственного и муниципального управления, выявляются причины их низкой эффективности, потери, свойственные многим органам власти разных уровней. Авторы обосновывают необходимость использования концепции «бережливого производства», которая позволит искоренить все виды потерь и повысить качество оказываемых услуг населению. ; The article describes the basic concepts of lean manufacturing. The experience implementing lean manufacturing tools in the executive bodies of state and municipal government, the reasons of their low efficiency. Identified losses inherent in many different levels of government do not add value for the customer (service recipient). In this regard, the author substantiate the need for extracting in government technology management the concept of «lean production», which will eradicate all kinds of thread losses as well as reduce the costs and improve the quality of public services.

The article deals with the trends in Ukraine's railway transport development. It has been concluded that the reason for decrease in freight volume is its transfer to competitive modes of transportation. The main tendency in transport policy of the government and Ukrzaliznytsia is cooperation between railways and other modes of transport by means of development of multimodal transportation. The priority trend is the horizontal integrated partnership. It can be fulfilled by integrated transport enterprises. The advantages of this is complete satisfaction of customer demand, door-to-door delivery with minimum expenses and most conveniently, cost efficiency of all modes of transport involved. The technical outfit of multimodal transportation should be implemented due to cooperation of railway transport and railway manufacturers by vertical integrated partnership. These two partnerships should be closely connected within a two-level strategic partnership model.

The government of India declared to open the economy. The deregulation was the demand and requirement of the nation. The banking industry was also deregulated by the government. It gave very significant result in the banking sector. A number of private bank were established in few years. More than 20 private banks are working in India. The 15 are the old bank and remaining is new establishment. The private banks provide more than of 2.5 lakhs job in banking sector. The private banks adopt the latest technology to provide the world class services to the customer. The private banks have changed the work culture of the banks. The SMS alert, Tele caller, internet banking is the new development of banking industry. The private sector banks create a competition in banking industry. The private banks are showing a satisfactory financial performance.

Unsatisfactory that comes from society as public services customer to the public sector organizations' performance causing the need of this sector to reform soon. Negative opinions to the public sector organization at one side and the assumptions that private sector organization management is better than public sector organization in other side causing thought from academicians and practitioners to adopt private sector's management approaches. One of those approaches is strategic management that is usually applied in private sector institutions. There are some adaptations have to be considered while adopt strategic management, considering characteristic differences between public and private sector organizations. New Public Management (Christopher Hood, 1991) and Reinventing Government (David Osborne and Ted Gaebler, 1992) are two concepts that viewed as a form of public management and administration modernization or reformation.

The competition is increasing in the tourism and hospitality industry worldwide, and the market is demanding higher levels of service, productivity, value, staff motivation, training, and improved customer relationships. Europe is without discussion the world's most important tourism market. In this chapter, the competitiveness of the tourism industry in the European Union is examined. Firstly, competitiveness in the tourism industry and factors determining destination competitiveness are discussed. Secondly, key characteristics and competitiveness of the European Union tourism industry are analyzed. Then the tourism in Europe is investigated in eight key areas. Each of these key areas is examined through Eurostat statistics and reports. SWOT Analysis of the European Union Tourism Industry is carried out. Finally, the challenges that the outcomes of the SWOT Analysis bring out for the European Union tourism industry in order to enhance competitiveness are discussed.

Objective: Describing the process of nursing care to the elderly and also psychological in Primary Care. Method: a descriptive study of bibliographical character. 22 articles published between the years 1998 to 2010 were analyzed. Results: The Family Health Strategy has set as one of the most important benchmarks of the organization of the Brazilian Primary Care. Nursing care is a practical action that, according to customer demand, can also be recognized not only by a biological dimension. Activities involving clinical psychology are being offered to the Primary Health Care offering free psychotherapy to people that demand, thus providing opportunities for construction and direct interventions in communities. Conclusion: it is concluded that the care to be provided to an elderly person should aim to maintain its health, functional independence and autonomy with the family and the multidisciplinary team.

A revision of the Literature concerning well‐being, globalization and sustainability is performed trying to summarize the detected advantages and disadvantages of globalization, and the main methods to try to find the best way to intervene the process in order to improve sustainability and well‐being. A common sense analysis and a method based on fuzzy cognitive maps are applied as an illustration with data extracted from the revised literature. Conclusions of this tentative first approach recommend intervening with priority by improving: promotion of common norms and values assumption (justice, love, respect, etc.); regulation of markets, finance transactions, etc.; social security nets existence and effectiveness (poor's help); global and local laws existence and effectiveness; investment (capital accumulation); promotion of adaptability and mental ability in workers; and reducing average customs duty. Abstract
Offshore project success is very much important to both customer and the vendor. Based on very less success rate of overall software projects globally, critical success factors (CSFs) for offshore software projects is gaining much importance. In the current study based on literature review, a total of 75 success factors for offshore software projects are identified. Further based on their appearance in literature 20 critical success factors from 10 CSF categories are identified. Finally top six most critical success factors for offshore software projects such as trust, efficient communication, cultural understanding, relationship between client and vendor, contract type and efficient knowledge transfer are identified. The CSFs categories are prioritized in the order of importance. The important CSF categories for offshore projects found are organizational factors (both client and vendor), project factors, cultural factors and environmental factors.

The article examines Germany's policy towards Islam in the Soviet Union during the Second World War. At the height of the war, when German troops entered Muslim territories in the Crimea and the Caucasus, officials in Berlin began to see Islam as politically and strategically significant. In both areas, Nazi Germany started to promote a military alliance with the Muslim population against the Soviet Union. The article enquires into the ways in which German authorities, most notably in the Wehrmacht and the SS but also in the Ministry of the East and the Foreign Office instrumentalized religious practice, custom and iconography, as well as religious rhetoric and terminology, for political and strategic ends. It adds a crucial dimension not only to the history of the Second World War, but also to the history of the engagement of the great powers with Islam in the modern age.

AbstractThis research investigates how personalized communications enhance customer‐company relationships, which ultimately produce favourable marketing outcomes. Two factors were manipulated in an online experiment: the perceived effort made by customers to obtain a personalized newsletter (high vs. low) and the level of relevance of the message (high vs. low). The results indicate that perceived effort positively affects calculative commitment (even more so for highly involved customers), while the level of relevance of the message increases affective commitment. In addition, the interaction between perceived effort and message relevance has significant effects on calculative and affective commitment. Finally, affective commitment partially mediates the relationships between relevance and both loyalty and word‐of‐mouth intentions. This article reconsiders the so-called "dangerous classes" by focusing on the historical origins of the Neapolitan camorra, one of the world's major criminal organizations. In the Bourbon Kingdom of Naples, the term camorristi referred to marginalized individuals and extortionists who operated in prisons, gambling halls, and brothels. During the turbulent period of Italian unification, such figures were increasingly seen as belonging to a legendary, omnipotent, and influential sect: the camorra, an organized secret society with its own hierarchy, customs, and jargon. This image eventually permeated Italian society. This article examines the reasons behind this evolution by focusing on the (mainly literary) texts and (essentially political) dynamics behind it, which reveal a process of criminalization and folklorization. Such a discursive transformation had a major impact on the Italian collective imagination, one that persists today.

AbstractThis article introduces the unique context of a partially‐integrated channel (PIC) that incorporates both market and hierarchical governance forms. In so doing, it examines determinants of the manufacturer's support for a PIC. Using power‐dependence and marketing effectiveness theories, we collected data from 172 marketing managers in charge of PICs in 15 companies in South Korea. The results showed that from the power‐dependence perspective, demand volatility, manufacturer's competitive intensity, and channel concentration are positively related to a manufacturer's dependence on the retailer, which is positively related to the manufacturer's support for the PIC with a retailer. From a marketing effectiveness perspective, channel bonding and customer linking are positively associated with manufacturer marketing effectiveness, which is an antecedent to PIC support for a retailer. Occupational health and safety (OHS) is under-researched in the sociology of work and employment. This deficit is most pronounced for white-collar occupations. Despite growing awareness of the significance of psychosocial conditions – notably stress – and musculoskeletal disorders, white-collar work is considered by conventional OHS discourse to be 'safe'. This study's locus is clerical processing in the UK public sector, specifically Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, in the context of efficiency savings programmes. The key initiative was lean working, which involved redesigned workflow, task fragmentation, standardization and individual targets. Utilizing a holistic model of white-collar OHS and in-depth quantitative and qualitative data, the evidence of widespread self-reported ill-health symptoms is compelling. Statistical tests of association demonstrate that the transformed work organization that accompanied lean working contributed most to employees', particularly women's, ill-health complaints.
