<p>In order to implement Law No. 6 of 2014, which is implemented through Government Regulation No. 47 in 2015 on village administration. One form of implementation success is when the village is able to manage their finances well and its villages with programs defenseless villages and use value. Gianyar regency is one of regencies in Bali is one of its villages namely Batuan Village became a pilot in Indonesia in the financial management of funds of the village. However this is not enough to show that the performance of financial management have the tools and good execution. This study was conducted to see of information and knowledge about how the government's performance in particular village in Gianyar manage your finances as the village fund. The method used in conducting this study is qualitative analytical methods to test the comparability of financial statements village (assessment aimed at growth of revenue and expenditure of the village).</p>

The Internet of Things, alongside existing mobile digital technologies, heralds a world in which pervasive sensing constantly captures data about us. Simultaneous with this technology programme are moves by policymakers to shore up the digital economy through the legislating of new trust-building models of data management. These moves seek to give individuals control and oversight of their personal data. Within shared settings, the consequences of these changes are the large-scale generation of interpersonal data generated by and acting on the group rather than individual. We consider how such systems create new forms of observability and hence accountability among members of the home, and draw on the work of Simmel and Goffman to explore how these demands are managed. Such management mitigates the more extreme possibilities for domestic monitoring posited by these systems, yet without careful design there remains a considerable danger of unanticipated negative consequences.

This is a conference paper. ; Solidarites International (SI), as part of its program "Improving access to safe water for sustainable prevention of Cholera in Kalemie, DRC", supported local actors to establish a partnership in order to ensure efficient management of standpipes. The lack of safe water, which is mainly provided through the piped water scheme, is one of the main causes of the recurrent Cholera outbreaks and standpipes are the main water access points for the most vulnerable communities of the affected areas. The partnership was formally established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) binding Civil Society Organizations (CSO), Water Service Provider (WSP) and the representative of Government in charge of water regulations at local level. The partnership arrangement resulted in an improvement of the management of the standpipes and led to targeted communities having access to piped water; this improved safe water supply services in Kalemie and certainly contributed to the reduction of Cholera cases.

There is an increasing relevance of quality management certifications for health care organizations to assess, improve and communicate their quality of care. However, certification procedures, such as ISO, applied to the health care sector were originally developed for the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the focus of their assessments lies in the management systems of organizations that are criticized for being too generic. However, medical and care services constitute the main value creation of a health care provider. Consequently, a quality certification should focus on the quality of the medical treatment and care procedures and standards. Several authors indicate a lack of research on such care-specific certification procedures. This article demonstrates the need for a high quality of care certification, discusses the seven key challenges in the development of a Swiss certificate for care excellence and provides an outlook of the ongoing government-funded project "Swiss care excellence certificate".

Rwanda's government and private sector took a bold step towards achieving a critical reform agenda with the design and implementationof a single window for international trade system. This implementation marked the first successful collaboration among Rwanda's numerous agencies that over see the country's cross-border trade. Addressing the demands of a diverse group of stakeholders was certainly daunting, but effective stakeholder engagement and change management efforts have produced results that are exerting a major impact on the efficiency of goods into and transiting Rwanda. Driving the Single Window project was an aspiration for greater collaboration at the level of government-to-government, business-to business and government-to-business. Rwanda's membership in the East African Community, which is a Single Customs Territory was another critical factor. By addressing national needs and incorporating a regional focus and outreach in the management of cargo, the Rwanda Electronic Single Window has achieved success.

Today's time experience seems to be the subject of unease. Work is intensifying, the general speeding up creates a sense of time scarcity, rhythms collide and the future appears less predictable. Starting from the premise that time as a subject of questioning and difficulties is not historically new, the enquiry seeks to understand its contemporary distinctiveness. The overall hypothesis is that the modern idea of time as subject and tool of management and control has taken a subjective turn: individuals are considered responsible and capable of their personal time experience and organization. On the basis of a qualitative survey on prescriptive practices of time management, the PhD develops what the idea of mastering one's time means concretely and culturally. The implementation of Water Framework Directive, speaking about the need to achieve good water status, and thus the corresponding sewage treatment caused the problem of waste water management has become a very important starting from the municipal level, through the national and the European ending. Sustainability, although not explicitly mentioned in the relevant EU or national legislation, it is key to implement wastewater systems. Their main objectives are to protect and promote human health by providing a clean environment, and breaking the cycle of disease. In this paper sustainability of wastewater collection and treatment options in the rural communities' in Poland, are discussed in the context of recent infrastructure investments. The paper presents an attempt to evaluate the implemented solutions for wastewater management in rural areas considering sustainable development criteria. Advantages and disadvantages of proposed system has been analysed with the focus to the question of selecting the right strategy that would fulfil both population and environmental needs.

Better yields of high-value crops are necessary for a profitable irrigation industry in sub-Saharan Africa. We introduced two simple tools, the Chameleon soil moisture sensor and the FullStop wetting front detector, which represent soil water, nitrate and salt levels in the soil by displaying different colours. These tools form the basis of an experiential learning system for small-scale irrigators. We found that farmers quickly learned from the tools and changed their management within a short time. Governments increasingly use novel forms of public procurement to stimulate innovation in public service delivery. A notable example is pre-commercial procurement. Launched by the European Commission a decade ago, pre-commercial procurement encourages research and development of new solutions for the public sector. However, limited theoretical and empirical studies have made it difficult to assess and improve use of the model to foster public innovation. Based on two pre-commercial procurement projects in Denmark, the article aims to complete the first systematic and theory-based evaluation of national experiences. The evaluation shows that sufficient resources, participant and management commitment, and focused management of the collaborative process contributed to successful development and testing of a new solution in one of the projects. Meanwhile, technical obstacles in developing a prototype resulted in termination of the other project. In this case, the pre-commercial procurement model cannot accommodate significant changes to the agreed solution during the innovation process.

Dies ist nicht zuletzt darauf zurückzuführen, dass sich der Binnenpflichtenkanon aufgrund zunehmender normierter Vorstands- und Gesellschaftspflichten in den letzten Jahren spürbar vergrößert hat. Während das Schrifttum in erster Linie versucht, einer überspannten Vorstandshaftung auf Rechtsfolgenseite zu begegnen, diskutiert es nur zurückhaltend, inwieweit eine sachgerechte Risikoverteilung zwischen Gesellschaft und Vorstandsmitgliedern durch richtige Justierung des Pflichtenkanons möglich ist. Vor diesem Hintergrund setzt sich die Arbeit mit dem sog. Legalitätsprinzip auseinander, dessen Verstoß regelmäßig zu einer Haftung führt. Die Arbeit untersucht die dogmatische Grundlage dieses Prinzips und dessen Restriktionen. Hierbei entwickelt sie ein Gesamtkonzept, das einer uferlosen Vorstandshaftung entgegenwirkt. Vor allem zeigt die Arbeit, dass das Legalitätsprinzip nur eine inhaltlich eingeschränkte Rechtsbindung begründet und Nützlichkeitserwägungen zugänglich ist. / »Manager Liability and Efficient Breaches of Law« -- The Management Board members of German stock corporations are increasingly exposed to the risk of excessive internal liability. Therefore, the dissertation analyzes the German »Legalitätsprinzip«. The Board members are usually liable to the Company if they violate this principle. The dissertation develops an overall concept, which counteracts an unlimited liability of the management. In particular, the scientific work shows that the »duty to legality« does not prohibit efficient breaches of law per se.

Abstract: The implementation of village governance requires more optimal handling on the aspect of RuralApparatus Human Resources, in improving the competence of village head and village apparatus. In termsof management, it is necessary to increase the capacity of village government in village developmentplanning and budgeting, village financial management, village head leadership, village policy formulation,and village services. Based on the problems presented, this study aims to determine the competence of theVillage Head in the administration in the Village Tounelet Kakas District Minahasa District This researchuses qualitative method, which is a contextual research that makes man as an instrument, and adapted to areasonable situation in relation to data collection which is generally qualitative. The result of the researchshows that the competence of Tounelet Village Head in the administration of village government is seenfrom the competence of knowledge and attitude competence is good enough / adequate; But seen from thecompetence of skills and skills are still inadequate.Keywords: Village Head Competency, Government Implementation

The aim of this article was to assess the financial and socio-economic impact of the two Industrial Development Zones (IDZs) emanating from the public-private partnerships (PPPs) arrangement in the Buffalo City and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipalities, located in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. The metropolitan municipalities, despite the introduction of PPPs, are still faced with serious socio-economic challenges such as slow economic growth, increased poverty levels, unemployment and mostly stagnant infrastructure development as a result of underfunding. In addition, metropolitan municipalities remain obliged to deliver on their constitutional mandate, which is the provision of services to communities consistent with the Municipal Financed Management Act (MFMA) and Municipal Systems Act (MSA). Municipal financial planning and management leads to the development of methods to achieve sound financial performance in municipalities in line with service delivery demands. Sound municipal financial performance enables the municipalities to provide goods and services to all citizens.

Gorontalo as a new province has many natural resources. One of the natural resource at Gorontalo Province that support society live is water resource. Because of the condition of natural, most of people in Gorontalo Province live as farmer and fisherman. On the other side this new province also has been developing many infrastructures and basic tools for irrigation and watering such as water channel, water dam, irrigation network, etc. The recording process of water resource assets that belong to this new province has been done every year by local government through the Gorontalo Province Water Resources Management Department.
