This work presumes to be an introduction for the foreign reader to Spanish regulations in regard to evidence. It has been structured following a classic design in the Spanish academic literature with the aim to approach the reader to the Spanish legal way of thinking. Land is a necessity that is needed by citizens, in the current era, it is inseparable from various kinds of interests that result in the occurrence of land politics. The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze the politics of land law to create people's prosperity. The approach method uses a normative juridical approach. The results of the writing can be concluded that the politics of land law in creating people's prosperity is carried out by laying the foundations for the preparation of the National Agrarian Law, which will be a tool to bring prosperity, happiness, and justice to the state and people, especially the people. In the context of a just and prosperous society and the implementation of land law politics in creating people's prosperity, it is regulated that the distribution of land rights that can be granted can be distinguished as regulated in Article 16 paragraph (1) of the Basic Agrarian Law.

Summary The internationalisation of criminal law is carried out through various mechanisms, including harmonisation. In this work, we will focus on analysing the phenomenon of internationalisation of criminal law on the basis of the mechanism known as 'harmonisation' which attracts the various actors involved in this process, as well as the mechanisms (hard and soft law rules) through which the process is carried out. On the assumption that even in the same area of criminal law the harmonisation of criminal law is not uniform in nature, but operates at different degrees and speeds from different actors at issue, we will consider three cases falling within the same area of criminal law, namely offences associated with organised crime. The selection of cases is: (a) unlawful association vs. conspiracy; (b) trafficking in human beings and (c) money laundering. ; Resumen La internacionalización del Derecho penal es llevada a cabo a través de diversos mecanismos, entre ellos, la armonización. En el presente trabajo nos centraremos en analizar el fenómeno de internacionalización del Derecho penal a partir del mecanismo conocido como 'armonización' através de los diversos agentes que ponen en marcha este proceso, así como los mecanismos(normas de hard y soft law) por medio de los cuales se lleva a cabo el proceso. Partiendo de la hipótesis que incluso en una misma área del Derecho penal la armonización del Derecho penal no tiene carácter uniforme, sino que opera en diferentes grados y velocidades a partir de diversos actores en pugna, someteremos a análisis tres casos pertenecientes a un mismo área del Derecho penal, esto es, delitos asociados a la criminalidad organizada.
