Celem artykułu jest pokazanie roli, jaką w geopolityce spełnia Naddniestrze. Autor skupia się na trzech płaszczyznach: ekonomicznej, militarnej i politycznej, które sprawiają, że obszar ten jest klinem geopolitycznym. Naddniestrze jest jednym z państw nieuznawanych, funkcjonującym na obszarze poradzieckim. Jednocześnie jest miejscem, w którym stykają się interesy takich państw i organizacji jak: Federacja Rosyjska, Ukraina, Mołdawia, Unia Europejska, czy NATO.

Este trabajo se propone mostrar algunas de las dificultades de una defensa conceptual de la obligación política y explicar que Aristóteles no comulga con ella. El propósito de este trabajo consiste en indicar que, al menos en este sentido, Aristóteles es mucho menos comunitarista de lo que se cree. Luego de una descripción de la noción de obligación política, este trabajo discute tres argumentos comunitaristas sobre la obligación política y su relación con Aristóteles, y cómo afecta el naturalismo político aristotélico a la noción de obligación política. Finalmente, hay una discusión con cierto detalle de una ambigüedad en la noción de pólis y su relevancia para la obligación política en Aristóteles.AbstractThis paper attempts to show some difficulties in a conceptual defence of political obligation and to show that Aristotle does not endorse it. The very point of this paper is that Aristotle is far from being a communitarian in this sense. After describing the notion of political obligation, the paper goes on to discuss three communitarian arguments for the existence of political obligation and their bearing upon Aristotle's political thought, and whether his political naturalism bears upon political obligation. Finally, there is a discussion in some detail regarding an ambiguity in the notion of pólis and its relevance for political obligation.

In Anbetracht der intensiven Debatte in "Utopie kreativ" über ein bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen in den letzten beiden Jahren will der Verfasser diese Frage auf empirischer Grundlage diskutieren. Es geht hier um die praktischen Erfahrungen, die Kuba zwischen 1964 und 1973 mit dem "historischen Lohn" gemacht hat. Fidel Castro und Ernesto Che Guevara waren damals enthusiastische Befürworter einer Arbeit ohne Sanktionen und Kontrollen. Das Projekt wurde allerdings wieder eingestellt, da viele seiner Widersprüche unter den herrschenden wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Bedingungen nicht gelöst werden konnten. (ICE2)
