The aim of the article is to study the level of a contemporary's ability to understand philosophy in accordance with its original way of being. The main tasks are: 1) assessment of the current situation of actively spreading innovative teaching of philosophy; 2) analysis of the thinking of a person who is in a position where, on the one hand, "competence-based philosophy" and "craft philosophy" are being strengthened, on the other hand, the philosophy of the academy is removed from classical universities as unnecessary - under the conditions of the global market; 3) view of philosophy as an absolute unity.Research methods: The research is based on the metatheoretical method, since it allows one to describe philosophy in an inalienable way, in accordance with its nature. Avoiding methodological confusion, metatheory makes it possible to examine philosophy formally and encourage thinking, testing its power.For reflection, the comparability of the experiences of philosophy in itself and of the involved philosophy is proposed.

The use of the term "Four Pillars" by the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (MPR RI) since the end of 2009 has generated numerous debates in Indonesian political life. The term of Four Pillars that consists of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, NKRI (Unitary State of the Republik of Indonesia), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity) is affected by the essence, meaning, and understanding of the four in their original meanings. This research aims to examine and analysis on the philosophical problem of Four Pillars terms in the context of philosophy of language especially in the context of contestation of meaning and the essence of Four Pillars term in public discourse and debate. The research was conducted in 2014 to 2018 through literature studies in Yogyakarta. The research fnds that the term of "four pillars" since it was produced by political elites through the public education program has degraded and legitimized the meaning of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, NKRI (Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Philosophically, the use of term of four pillars for public education to introduce national insight conducted by the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia has distorting of meaning and displacing of meaning of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, NKRI, and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The term of "four pillars" is also not yet known in this history or by the public.

"This book engages in a dialogue with Krishnachandra Bhattacharyya (K.C. Bhattacharyya, KCB 1875-1949) and presents a vista of contemporary Indian philosophy. KCB is one of the founding fathers of contemporary Indian philosophy; a distinct genre of philosophy that draws both on classical Indian philosophical sources and on Western materials, old and new. His work offers both a new and different reading of classical Indian texts, and at the same time he is a unique commentator of Kant and Hegel. The book (re)introduces KCB's philosophy, identifies the novelty of his thinking, and highlights different dimensions of his oeuvre, with special emphasis on freedom as a concept and striving, extending from the metaphysical to the political (or the postcolonial). The contributors to this book decipher KCB's distinct vocabulary (demand, feeling, alternation) and revisit his discussion of Rasa aesthetics. This book contains a selection of papers from the workshop Women in the History of Analytic Philosophy held in October 2019 in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is the first volume devoted to the role of women in early analytic philosophy. It discusses the ideas of ten female philosophers and covers a period of over a hundred years, beginning with the contribution to the Significs Movement by Victoria, Lady Welby in the second half of the nineteenth century, and ending with Ruth Barcan Marcus's celebrated version of quantified modal logic after the Second World War. The book makes clear that women contributed substantially to the development of analytic philosophy in all areas of philosophy, from logic, epistemology, and philosophy of science, to ethics, metaphysics, and philosophy of language. It illustrates that although women's voices were no different from men's as regards their scope and versatility, they had a much harder time being heard. The late Hector-Neri Castañeda, the Mahlon Powell Professor of Philosophy at Indiana University, and founding editor of Noûs, has deeply influenced current analytic pjilosophy with diverse contributions, including guise theory, the theory on indicators and quasi-indicators, and the proposition/practition theory. This volume collects 15 papers - for the most part previously unpublished - in ontology, philosophy of language, cognitive science and related areas by ex-students of Professor Castañeda, most of whom are now well-known researchers or even distinguished scholars. The authors share the conviction that Castañeda's work must continue to be explored and that his philosophical methodology must continue to be applied in an effort to further illuminate all the issues that he so deeply investigated. The topics covered by the contributions include intensional contexts, possible worlds, quasi-indicators, guise theory, property theory, Russell's substitutional theory of propositions, event theory, the adverbial theory of mental attitudes, existentialist ontology, and Plato's, Leibniz's, Kant's and Peirce's ontologies.
