PurposeThe childbirth process is a complex and vital event that requires careful analysis and improvement. This experience can shape a woman's perspective on motherhood and even affect her mental health. Healthcare providers must prioritize improving the birth experience for women. In this interdisciplinary research, a combination of business process modeling (BPM) and medicine have been used with the aim of realizing an improved delivery experience and increased maternal satisfaction.Design/methodology/approachThe data collection of this study was done by observing 518 childbirth processes and interviewing the chief of labor, chief residents, and midwives in the obstetrics and gynecology department of a hospital in Tehran from October 2022 to February 2023.FindingsThe research has been done in four main stages. The first phase is to model the primary process and sub-processes of normal vaginal delivery (NVD). The second phase is validation using expert confirmation and process mining (PM). The third phase is the analysis of the causes of maternal dissatisfaction in labor. The fourth phase of the heuristics redesigning and improving the process, in which for the first time three new categories have been presented including hospital-based, patient-based, and medical technique-based results show BPM intervention effect can be far-reaching in improving patient care and optimizing operational efficiency.Originality/valueThis study is one of only a few to adopt a process-oriented perspective to show how BPM can be used in clinical processes and has specifically examined an essential clinical process, i.e. childbirth.Highlights Developing business process management (BMP) applications in a medical special process related to childbirth as interdisciplinary research.A combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques contains engineering software and management approaches for a Case study, Implementation of BPM lifecycle in the women's hospital in Iran, Tehran, for a clinical process, which is called, normal vaginal delivery (NVD) process for fetal expulsion normally.Modeling NVD clinical process and sub-process for the first time by BPMN2.0 notations in visual paradigm (VP) software and Validation of the made model with process mining (PM), by Disco process mining software. This was done through event log collection from HIS at the hospital.Improving the childbirth process by redesigning heuristics and Introducing two new categories special for clinical process improvement for the first time.Clinical process improvement heuristics obtained in this research are not consistent with the previous seven categories presented in previous studies such as Marlon Dumas' book. Therefore, we have introduced two new heuristics to redesign clinical processes compatible with medical centers, including hospital-based, patient-based, and medical technique-based.Providing a framework for clinical process modeling and improvement containing steps and tools.

Background: With the aim of increasing benefits and decreasing harms, risk-based breast cancer screening has been proposed as an alternative to age-based screening. This study explores barriers and facilitators to implementing a risk-based breast cancer screening program from the perspective of health professionals, in the context of a National Health Service. Methods: Socio-constructivist qualitative research carried out in Catalonia (Spain), in the year 2019. Four discussion groups were conducted, with a total of 29 health professionals from primary care, breast cancer screening programs, hospital breast units, epidemiology units, and clinical specialties. A descriptive-interpretive thematic analysis was performed. Results: Identified barriers included resistance to reducing the number of screening exams for low-risk women; resistance to change for health professionals; difficulties in risk communication; lack of conclusive evidence of the benefits of risk-based screening; limited economic resources; and organizational transformation. Facilitators include benefits of risk-based strategies for high and low-risk women; women's active role in their health care; proximity of women and primary care professionals; experience of health professionals in other screening programs; and greater efficiency of a risk-based screening program. Organizational and administrative changes in the health system, commitment by policy makers, training of health professionals, and educational interventions addressed to the general population will be required. Conclusions: Despite the expressed difficulties, participants supported the implementation of risk-based screening. They highlighted its benefits, especially for women at high risk of breast cancer and those under 50 years of age, and assumed a greater efficiency of the risk-based program compared to the aged-based one. This paper makes five claims: 1.Exclusionary nationalism presents challenges as well as threat to the politics of democratic citizenship. 2. In the age of migration, scholars need to reframe theories of democratic citizenship bridging diverse bodies of literature. 3. Critical scholarship must to transcend methodological nationalism and develop approaches integrating trans-national approaches to democratic citizenship. 4. Citizens' emerging resistance to exclusionary nationalism presents new potentials but also problems for the evolution of inclusive democratic citizenship. 5. The concluding reflections point towards the need for democratic citizenship theory and research to rediscover the politics and practice of inclusive solidarity. ; The paper aims to analyze the new forms of ethno-nationalisms challenging citizenship, (gender) equality and solidarity across Europe. It explores the intersectional dilemmas of migration politics following the immigration and 'refugee crisis' reflecting critically upon the links between exclusionary nationalism and acts of solidarity. The theoretical and methodological approach integrates key concepts from citizenship, nationalism and gender theories with special emphasis on the interface of migration, gender and race/ethnicity. The family often plays a key role in nationalist politics of belonging and scholars tend to agree that nationalist discourses reflect a gender bias that construct men and women differently in their public and private lives. Yet no agreement exists about how to gender nationalism or about strategies to counter nationalist projects through acts of solidarity and resistance. The empirical part gives an overview of recent studies of gender and neo-nationalism and identify a variety of opposition to migration, (gender) equality and human rights across Europe influenced by the countries' histories, cultural and political developments. The main part examines citizens' activism against racism and discrimination from the Nordic region. The focus is on exploring the influence of exclusive nationalism on politics and acts of solidarity against the anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim consensus from the particular Danish context. The paper employs an intersectional approach to analyze the acts of citizenship and solidarity focusing on the agency, goals, strategies and motivations of activist groups. It asks who the activists are, how they enact citizenship and solidarity and to what extent they practice inclusive solidarity that link anti-racist strategies with claims about women's, sexual rights and gender equality. The aim is to add knowledge about strategies to overcome the challenges that ethno-nationalism presents for citizenship, (gender) equality and social justice from the particular Nordic context. The perspective is to analyze the conditions for fostering inclusive solidarity against exclusionary nationalism focusing on the intersectional relations between immigration, gender and race/ethnicity.

Scientific research confirms that equal opportunities for girls and boys is one of the most important determinants of development, which has a positive impact on the country's progress in all vital areas, the country's economy, politics and social life. The paper "Gender equality policy in Georgia and challenges" combines a mixed study to explore important aspects of gender equality principles in Georgia a variety of areas, including women's political involvement, quotas and mechanisms during elections, domestic violence and violence against women. Prevention, premature marriage as a form of violence. Public or non-governmental institutions working on these issues, research of state programs, which programs help citizens in involvement and development, empowerment of women and rural women, and economic prosperity. Georgian legislation, as well as gender budgeting and programs were studied. The data obtained from the studies give us a basis to draw the following conclusions: Despite the positive general legal framework, Georgia fails to meet its international commitments in practice to uphold the principles of equal rights for women and gender equality. Quotas system and mechanisms have been improved in Georgia again. Georgia still lacks shelters and services for victims of violence. There are no solid coordination mechanisms between the state agency and local self-governments. Public servants need to acquire additional knowledge and experience on gender sensitivity, budgeting and program planning. ; Badania naukowe potwierdzają, że równość szans dziewcząt i chłopców jest jedną z najważniejszych determinant rozwoju, która ma pozytywny wpływ na postęp we wszystkich istotnych dziedzinach, w gospodarce, polityce i życiu społecznym kraju. Poniższy artykuł łączy interdyscyplinarne badania w celu zbadania ważnych aspektów zasad równości płci w Gruzji w różnych obszarach, w tym zaangażowania politycznego kobiet, kwot i mechanizmów podczas wyborów, przemocy domowej i przemocy wobec kobiet – prewencja, przedwczesne małżeństwo jako forma przemocy. Analizą objęte zostały instytucje publiczne lub pozarządowe zajmujące się tymi zagadnieniami. Autorka dokonała również badania programów państwowych, których programy pomagają obywatelom w zaangażowaniu i rozwoju, upodmiotowieniu kobiet i kobiet wiejskich oraz dobrobytu gospodarczego. Ponadto zbadano gruzińskie ustawodawstwo, a także budżetowanie i programy pod kątem płci. Dane uzyskane z badań dają nam podstawę do wyciągnięcia następujących wniosków: 1) pomimo pozytywnych ogólnych ram prawnych Gruzja nie wywiązuje się w praktyce ze swoich międzynarodowych zobowiązań dotyczących przestrzegania zasad równych praw kobiet i równości płci; 2) system kwot i mechanizmy ulegają w Gruzji stopniowemu polepszeniu; 3) Gruzji wciąż brakuje instytucji świadczących usługi dla ofiar przemocy; 4) nie ma solidnych mechanizmów koordynacyjnych między instytucjami państwa a samorządami lokalnymi; 5) urzędnicy publiczni muszą zdobyć dodatkową wiedzę i doświadczenie w zakresie wrażliwości płci, budżetowania i planowania programów.

Abstract: Women are one of the parties being affected by the process of land acquisition for the construction of public infrastructure. This article aims to analyse the change of women role after the implementation of land acquisition for the construction of Yogyakarta International Airport in Kulonprogo regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research is carried out in Kebonrejo village, Temon district using quantitative approach supported by qualitative approach. Quantitative data are collected through a survey among 30 female respondents in the households selected by a simple random sampling and analysed through Rank Spearman test, while qualitative data are obtainded through documents review, participant observation and depth interview with key informants. The research findings demonstrate that there is a weak relationship between the participation of women throughout the implementation of land acquisition and the change of women role after the completion of land acquisition. This is due to the fact that despite there is a strong emphasize of public consultation and participation in the regulation of land acquisition, the will and power of the government is very strong and could not be influenced by the whole affected community. In addition, the process of land acquisition itself often put aside women's specific aspiration and intereset. Consequently, a relative equal gender relation within the household during land acquisition process didn't have any effect throughout the process and afterward. Intisari: Perempuan adalah salah satu pihak yang terimbas oleh pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan infrastruktur publik. Artikel ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis ,perubahan peran perempuan setelah pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan Yogyakarta International Airport di Kabupaten Kulonprogo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan di Kalurahan Kebonrejo, Kapanewon Temon dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung pendekatan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari survei atas 30 responden perempuan dalam rumah tangga yang dipilih secara simple random sampling dan diolah dengan uji Rank Spearman, sementara data kualitatif diperoleh melalui studi dokumen, pengamatan terlibat dan wawancara mendalam dengan para informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara keterlibatan perempuan selama proses pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan Yogyakarta International Airport dengan peran perempuan setelah pengadaan tanah. Ssekalipun keharusan konsultasi dan partisipasi publik sangat ditekankan dalam regulasi pengadaan tanah, namun kehendak dan kekuasaan yang kuat dari pemerintah membuat proses pengadaan tanah tidak dapat dipengaruhi oleh masyarakat terdampak secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, proses pengadaan tanah itu sendiri abai terhadap aspirasi dan kepentingan spesifik kaum perempuan. Akibatnya, relasi gender yang relatif setara di level rumah tangga selama proses pengadaan tanah tidak memiliki hubungan apa pun sepanjang proses tersebut maupun setelahnya. Keluarga Berencana (KB) merupakan program pertama yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia sebagai salah satu metode untuk menekan pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia sejak tahun 1970. Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) membentuk program pembangunan berkelanjutan yaitu Kependudukan, Keluarga Berencana, dan Pembangunan Keluarga (KKBPK) yang setara dengan program tingkat internasional Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Peserta KB aktif Provinsi Riau dari tahun 2017-2018 selalu berada pada urutan ke-8 terendah dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia dengan metode terbanyak berupa non Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (non-MKJP). Salah satu penyebabnya yaitu rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat terkait dengan metode kontrasepsi. Pengetahuan dan sikap merupakan landasan dalam membentuk suatu perilaku yang sesuai kondisi bagi akseptor kontrasepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang metode kontrasepsi dengan sikap tentang pemilihan metode kontrasepsi pada akseptor kontrasepsi wanita di Puskesmas wilayah Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi observasional analitik, dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 12 Puskesmas di Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara stratified random sampling dengan besar sampel 400 orang dan diuji secara statistik menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil analisis korelasi Spearman's rho menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap (pvalue= 0,027) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,097. ; Family planning is the first program established by the Indonesian government as one of the methods to suppress population growth in Indonesia since 1970. Participants of Riau province are using active contraception from 2017-2018 always ranks 8th lowest out of 34 provinces in Indonesia with the most methods in the form of non- long-term contraception methods (non-MKJP). One of the reason is low of society knowledge related to contraceptive methods. Knowledge and attitude are foundation in forming a behavior that is suitable with conditions for contraceptive acceptor.The purpose of this research was to know the relationship of knowledge about contraceptive methods with attitudes about the selection of contraceptive methods in women's contraceptive acceptors in primary health center region of Pekanbaru city.The method of this research used analytic observational study design, with a cross sectional study design. This research was conducted at 12 primary health centers region of Pekanbaru city. The sampling technique is done by stratified random sampling with a sample size of 400 people and statistically tested using the Spearman correlation test. The result of spearman 's rho correlation analysis indicate there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitude (pvalue = 0.027) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.097.

Discourse on Muslim women's oppression in the context of Muslim and non-Muslim countries discuss on various media and academic debates. These discussions heavily focus on their position in Islamic society, their interpretation within feminism, and larger discussions regarding donning Hijab and Islamophobia. Primarily, the adaptation of Hijab as a garment most of the time refers from religious to social pressure and relates to political ideologies. This article combines the stories and facts beyond those narratives findingidentities which are entirely personal when it comes to donning the hijab. This analysis base on the theories 'Orientalism', 'Male gaze' and books such as Mohanty's Under Western Eyes, The Headscarf Controversies by Hilal Elver, Beyond the Veil by Fatema Mernissi, Islam vs Islamism by Peter R Demant, etc and the primary discussion with five students from different Muslim countries living in the UK. Through those discussions, tradition and ethnicity appear as having a significant influence on religious practices. However, factors such as one's cultural context or geographical location were also discussed as relevant to their decision. This article explores the fact the donning of Hijab or covering oneself should be a woman's personal choice and right and lately, how it becomes a communicative gesture in a public space. Los conflictos armados tienen impactos diferenciados sobre las mujeres. En ese sentido, las organizaciones de mujeres de la sociedad civil se insertan en las arenas políticas internacionales a fin de garantizar sus derechos en los contextos bélicos. En el caso de los conflictos ocurridos en Colombia, se identifica la presencia de las mujeres no solo como combatientes y víctimas, sino también como integrantes de organizaciones civiles de mujeres para la construcción de la paz. Estas organizaciones tuvieron un papel destacado en la elaboración del Acuerdo de Paz entre el gobierno de Colombia y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) ocurrido en La Habana, Cuba, durante los años 2012 y 2016. Este artículo se propone a elaborar un análisis del estado de arte de la producción teórica sobre la paz, seguridad internacional, feminismo y subalternidad, para después presentar la coyuntura específica del conflicto en Colombia y sus perspectivas de género. Los resultados indican que los acuerdos de paz pueden ser instrumentos de inclusión política y de reparación de mujeres afectadas por conflictos armados. Al destacar el papel de las minorías políticas en las negociaciones internacionales para la paz en Colombia, esta investigación colabora para el desarrollo y la expansión de perspectivas críticas — feministas y de la subalternidad— de la seguridad internacional y los estudios para la paz. A partir del análisis específico del Acuerdo de La Habana, se tiene como objetivo contribuir a la inclusión de la perspectiva de género en futuros acuerdos de paz en regiones en conflicto ; Armed conflicts have different impacts on women. In this regard, women's civil society organizations are inserted in the international political arenas in order to guarantee their rights in warfare contexts. In the case of conflicts in Colombia, women are identified not only as combatants and victims, but also as members of women civil organizations for peacebuilding. These organizations played a prominent role in the elaboration of the peace agreement between the Government of Colombia and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) in Havana, Cuba, between 2012 and 2016. This article proposes an analysis of the theoretical production on peace, international security, feminism and subalternity, to present the specific case of the conflict in Colombia and its gender perspectives. The results indicate that peace agreements can be instruments of political inclusion and reparation for women affected by armed conflicts. In highlighting the role of political minorities in the international peace negotiations in Colombia, this research contributes to the development and expansion of critical perspectives — feminist and subaltern— on international security and studies for peace. Moreover, building upon the specific analysis of the Havana Agreement, this paper aims to contribute to the inclusion of a gender perspective in future peace agreements

Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to present reasons for the mobility of women in senior management positions in South African higher education. Against the backdrop of women underrepresentation and retention challenges in institution of higher learning in this country, it is pertinent to share the experiences of senior women, with the aim of understanding institutional structures and cultures that make it difficult for women to survive in senior positions.


Design/methodology/approach
The paper used a qualitative approach. The focus of this paper was on the women who had held or were still holding senior management positions in higher education in South Africa. The requirement for this paper was that these women should have moved out or across institutions while at a senior management position. This paper drew from five women from different institutions and involved them in in-depth interviews. The women who fitted the category of senior management in this paper included deputy vice chancellor, deans and heads of departments.


Findings
The findings indicated that the decisions to opt out of senior management positions for the women ranged from personal to institutional. The personal reasons that emerged from this paper pointed mainly to issues of salaries. The women opted to move out of their positions for better salaries which they believed they would get in the private sectors or in other institutions. Professional development also led women to move to more promising spaces that could afford them an opportunity to grow. Apart from these personal reasons, hostile institutional cultures were cited by all women as the most serious contributory factor to their turnover. Of these, they cited patriarchal practices that led to oppression and dominance, which made it difficult for them to cope in the senior positions they held.


Originality/value
This paper aimed to respond to a gap in research on senior management women's mobility in higher education, specifically in South Africa. According to Samuel and Chipunza (2013), there is a serious concern that pertains to retention of senior management within African higher education. However, most studies do not provide a focused attention on women but offer a general interpretation of senior management turnover. There seems to be lack of research that aims at understanding the contextual reasons that lead to turnover of women senior management in South African higher education. Against the backdrop of low representation of women in senior positions in specifically South African higher education and calls for equity, the study looked at the reasons why higher education institutions at times fail to retain this most sought after group (women) in these positions of power. Understanding issues around this matter has the potential to contribute towards improved practices while adding a voice to discourses around gender equity and equality.

Die Einzigartigkeit des Wehrdienstes für israelische Frauen stellt eine repräsentative Forschungsthematik dar, welche bislang bereits aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln diskutiert wurde. Diese Arbeit geht jedoch der Frage nach, ob und inwiefern der Wehrdienst das Selbstkonzept israelischer Frauen beeinflusst. Dabei bedient sich diese Forschungsarbeit einer interdisziplinären Herangehensweise. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Selbstkonzept dieser Frauen und verbindet sich mit soziologischen Aspekten und Perspektiven aus den Geschlechterstudien. Mittels narrativer Interviews und der "Thematic Analysis" Methode wird die Forschungsfrage mithilfe einer qualitativen Forschung beantwortet. Im Fokus steht die Retrospektive der befragten Frauen. Dabei greift diese Arbeit auf Erinnerungen aus der Zeit vor, während und nach dem Wehrdienst zurück. Die Stichprobe besteht aus zehn israelischen Frauen im Alter von 24-40 Jahren, die ihren Wehrdienst bereits absolviert haben. Ich gehe in diesem Zusammenhang davon aus, dass der Wehrdienst (1) das Selbstbewusstsein und den Selbstwert der Frauen stärkt, (2) ihr Selbstkonzept beeinflusst und (3) das Selbstkonzept von einem männlich geprägten Umfeld geprägt wird, an welches sich die Frauen anpassen anpassen. Die Analyse der Interviews arbeitet vier wesentliche Themen heraus: das Bestreben den Wehrdienst wichtig, interessant und/oder bedeutsam zu gestalten; sich an die männliche Struktur der Armee anzupassen; Kompensations-Strategien zu entwickeln, um die Macht des Militärs auszugleichen sowie persönliche Veränderungen und Herausforderungen nach dem Wehrdienst. Diese Themen gliedern die Analyse in vier Kapitel, in welchen signifikante Aussagen der Interviewten näher erörtert werden und zu einer Quintessenz hinführen. Diese Arbeit bildet eine Grundlage für zukünftige Forschungen und gibt einen Überblick über das Selbstkonzept und die Selbstwahrnehmung israelischer Frauen nach ihrem Wehrdienst. ; The unique status of Israeli women who perform their mandatory military service represents a topic of considerable research interest, which has already been discussed in different ways and from different perspectives. However, this paper analyzes the question of whether and to what extent the military service influences the self-concept of Israeli women. The approach of this dissertation is an interdisciplinary one with the focus of the women's own self-concept combined with sociological approaches and a perspective of Gender studies. Via narrative interviews and the thematic analysis method the research question is answered using qualitative research which works with retrospective memories about the time before, during and after the army. The sample are ten Israeli women between the ages of 24 and 40 who have completed their military service. I argue that the service (1) strengthens the self-esteem and self-confidence of Israeli women, (2) influences their self-concept in a sustainable way and (3) the self-concept is influenced by a male environment that the women must adapt to. The analysis produces four themes: (1) the effort to make the military service important, meaningful and/or interesting, (2) adapting to the male structure of the army, (3) compensation strategies in relation to the army's power and personal changes and (4) challenges after army service. These themes structure the analysis in four chapters which contain quotes of the narrative interviews and lead to the final discussion. This paper intends to recognize and highlight the outstanding input made by critic Michael Handelsman in his study on narrative (both essayistic and fictional) written by women in Ecuador. It is important to highlight the scope of a work committed to place women's writing in the cultural and political sphere and show its impact on the public and social scene, in the horizon of its production, circulation and reception possibilities. Handelsman's writings (where he studies essays, novels, short stories and magazines written by Ecuadorian women) are approached with the purpose of observing his reading strategies, which lead him to conceive Literature as a struggle scenario for female writers: a space of self-representation, resistance and production of knowledge, in tension with a system of patriarchal values. Above all, this paper is a tribute to the task continually performed by Michael Handelsman for some decades, with generosity and lucidity, in the search and construction of the corpus that constitutes its object of study. It is a corpus scattered through libraries, archives, magazines, anthologies, which Handelsman has located, attended to, taken care of, systematized, periodized, valued, placed for debate, generated affiliations therewith, always insisting on the existence and scope of the valuable –and sometimes forgotten narrative tradition– produced in Ecuador by female writers. ; Este trabajo tiene como propósito reconocer y destacar el notable aporte realizado por el crítico Michael Handelsman en el estudio de la narrativa (ensayística y de ficción) escrita por mujeres en Ecuador. Interesa resaltar los alcances de una labor empeñada en situar la escritura de mujeres en el terreno de la esfera cultural y política, de su impacto en la escena pública y social, en el horizonte de sus condiciones de posibilidad de producción, así como de circulación y recepción. Los escritos de Handelsman son atendidos (en los que estudia ensayos, novelas, cuentos y revistas escritas por mujeres ecuatorianas) con el propósito de observar sus estrategias de lectura que lo llevan a pensar la literatura como un escenario de lucha para las mujeres escritoras: espacio de autorepresentación, de resistencia y producción de conocimiento, en tensión con un sistema de valores de origen patriarcal. Sobre todo, este trabajo es un homenaje y tributo a la tarea que Michael Handelsman ha desempeñado de manera sostenida durante algunas décadas, con generosidad y lucidez en la búsqueda y construcción de su corpus objeto de estudio. Un corpus disperso en bibliotecas, archivos, revistas, antologías, que Handelsman ha sabido ubicar, atender, cuidar, sistematizar, periodizar, valorar, poner en debate, generar filiaciones e insistentemente señalar la existencia y alcances de esa valiosa, y a veces olvidada tradición narrativa producida en Ecuador por escritoras mujeres.

El objetivo de este artículo es establecer el rol que le corresponde asumir a la mujer en la implementación del Post-Acuerdo en el contexto colombiano. Para ello, se ha diseñado un estudio con enfoque cualitativo y de nivel descriptivo-explicativo basado en el análisis documental de fuentes como el Acuerdo de Paz de 2016, la legislación, la doctrina, la jurisprudencia y los estudios relacionados con el tema. Se abordaron tres puntos específicos: la participación de la mujer en las negociaciones del Acuerdo de Paz, el enfoque de género incluido en el Acuerdo y las políticas públicas que se han adelantado en función de garantizar la participación de las mujeres. Los resultados muestran que las mujeres tuvieron una mejor participación en la construcción de los Acuerdos de Paz sí se compara con otros procesos internacionales o nacionales. Allí participaron como víctimas, expertas, grupos organizados, subcomisiones permanentes, entre otras. Esto llevo, sin lugar a dudas, la inclusión del concepto mujer y género dentro del texto final del Acuerdo de Paz suscrito en el 2016: 261 veces en total. Pero el problema se encuentra en la implementación de los Acuerdos, la cual aún es escasa después de un año y medio después de la firma. Se sugieren algunas recomendaciones para hacer efectiva en la práctica el enfoque de género y la participación de la mujer en el Post-Acuerdo. ; The objective of this article is to establish the role that corresponds to assume the woman in the implementation of the Post-Agreement in the Colombian context. To this end, a study has been designed with a qualitative and descriptive-explanatory approach based on the documentary analysis of sources such as the 2016 Peace Agreement, legislation, doctrine, jurisprudence and studies related to the subject. Three specific points were addressed: women's participation in the negotiations of the Peace Agreement, the gender approach included in the Agreement and the public policies that have been advanced in order to guarantee the participation of women. The results show that women had a better participation in the construction of the Peace Accords if it is compared with other international or national processes. There they participated as victims, experts, organized groups, permanent subcommittees, among others. This undoubtedly led to the inclusion of the concept of women and gender in the final text of the Peace Agreement signed in 2016: 261 times in total. But the problem lies in the implementation of the Agreements, which is still scarce after a year and a half after the signing. Some recommendations are suggested to effectively implement the gender approach and the participation of women in the Post-Agreement.
