The article deals with the problem of Greeks and barbarians contacts in the border areas of the Oecumene, which has not been finally resolved for a long time. The particular interest belongs to the northern outskirts of the Chersonesan polis, where, according to the archaeological sources, traced the direct contacts with the barbarians - the Scythians and the Tauri. During the Hellenistic period, the cultural and economic development of these policies was on the rise, which was ensured by a successful internal policy and by established ties with the local population, as well as with the barbarian tribes of the steppe and steppe zones. There are the opposite points of view on such connections in the Northwest Taurica at the Hellenistic period in a significant historiography: peaceful coexistence and military confrontation. The economic contacts of the Chersonesan police with the barbaric population on the Lower Dnipro also were controversial. They were mainly realized through the trade with centres of the Northwest Black Sea region, in particular with Olbia. However, it cannot be ruled out that there also could be exist the direct contacts between the population on the place, where Chersonesan and Olbian chorae bordered with the barbarian settlements. The archaeological complex of monuments of this region testifies to the close ties between the Scythian and Hellenic populations, which obviously benefited the economies of both ethnic communities. Of course, the northern part of Taurica needs additional field research, but we can already tell about the fact that the material culture of distant settlements of the Chersonesan chora retained the traditional ancient style. Thus, the area of Northern Taurica should be considered as a powerful site of cultural and economic ties of the ancient Black Sea region with the world of barbarians. ; У статті розглядається питання контактів греків та варварів на порубіжних територіях Ойкумени, яке вже досить тривалий час не має остаточного вирішення. Особливий інтерес тут викликають північні околиці Херсонеського полісу, де, за археологічними джерелами, простежуються безпосередні контакти з місцевими варварами – скіфами й таврами. За доби еллінізму культурний та економічний розвиток цього полісу був на підйомі, що забезпечувалося успішною внутрішньою політикою та налагодженими зв'язками з місцевим населенням, а також з варварськими племенами степової та лісостепової зон. В історіографії існують протилежні точки зору на характер таких зв'язків у Північно-Західній Тавриці в елліністичний період: мирне співіснування та військове протистояння. Суперечливими були також економічні контакти Херсонеського полісу з варварським населенням на Нижньому Дніпрі. Вони реалізовувалися переважно шляхом торгівлі з центрами Північно-Західного Причорномор'я, зокрема з Ольвією. Про це зараз можемо судити з реконструкції торгівельних маршрутів, за якими вимальовується важлива роль Ольвії, за посередницької ролі якої Херсонес Таврійський створив оптимальні умови розвитку економіки у Північному Причорномор'їмайже на два століття. Але не виключено, що тут також могли існувати прямі контакти між місцевим населенням, де херсонеська та ольвійська хори межували з варварськими поселеннями. The article deals with Balkan features in the image of Odessa, ways of their formation and modern manifestations. The Balkan settlers were among the first residents of the glorious Black Sea city. The first Balkan feature of the image of the city is definitely the demographic. The formation of the ethnic structure of the population of Odessa was reflected in the toponymics of the city – hence the next feature – toponymic. Ethnicity in the terms of the city acquires clear features also through the prism of the activities of significant personalities who, on the one hand, have become famous for their activities in one area or another and at the same time have glorified their people and are associated with a certain ethnicity. In this regard, the following, the third feature – is personal. Public and cultural organizations at the public level create favorable conditions for the interaction of the ethnic community with representatives of both «their» ethnic group and the government or society as a whole. Therefore, it will be appropriate to consider the next fourth feature - socio-cultural, which is revealed through the prism of the activities of public organizations and societies that unite individual ethnic communities and support their ethnic identity in the city. The history of the settlement of the city of Odessa, the formation of its ethnic composition were also reflected in the nutrition system. Accordingly, the following fifth feature cannot be overlooked – a culinary one that can be traced in two dimensions: first, it is the Balkan component of "Odessa" cuisine, and second, ethnic restaurants with the so-called. "Balkan accent" presented in the city. All of the above features allowed us to demonstrate on the example of the Balkan concept of "Odessa culture", how ethnic color has accumulated into a regional one. ; У статті розглядаються балканські риси в образі Одеси, шляхи їх формування та сучасні прояви. Заселення та етнічний склад Одеси стали підґрунтям до формування так званого «одеського» феномену. Специфічність та унікальність його полягає саме в гармонічному поєднанні багатьох, з першого погляду, не поєднаних компонентів: різних соціальних, етнічних та конфесійних прошарків. Балканські переселенці були серед перших жителів славного чорноморського міста. Першою балканською рисою образу міста є демографічна. Формування етнічного складу населення Одеси знайшло своє відображення і в топоніміці міста. Етнічність в умовах міста набуває чітких рис крізь призму значимих особистостей, які з одного боку стали відомими завдяки своїй діяльності в тій чи іншій сфері і одночасно прославили свій народ й асоціюються з певною етнічною належністю. Тому окреслюється третя риса – персональна. Простежується вона у значних справах окремих особистостей, здійснених на благо міста в різні історичні періоди. Неабияким чином формуванню позитивного іміджу того чи іншого етносу в місті сприяють й окремі суспільні товариства, які на публічному рівні створюють сприятливі умови для взаємодії етнічної спільноти з представниками як «своє .» етнічної групи, так і влади чи суспільства в цілому. Звідси четверта риса – суспільно-культурницька, яка розкривається крізь призму діяльності суспільних організацій, що об'єднали окремі етнічні спільноти та підтримують їх етнічну ідентичність у місті. The article considers the problem of the role of science in the processes of governing society and the state. Theoretical approaches to comprehend science as a driving force of social progress are analyzed. The ethical aspect of the relationship between science and politics as subsystems of society is highlighted. It is shown that one of the central themes in research, which is the foundation of the scientific ethos of modernity, is the collision of moral norms of the scientific environment and political realities of the XX-XXI centuries. Depending on the value of social knowledge and its moral authenticity from the connection of the principles of science and democracy, special problems of ethics of socio-political sciences as a separate branch of ethics of science are formulated. The points of intersection of politics and science as phenomena of social reality are determined. On this basis, the ethical specifics of their interaction are revealed on the example of the relationship "politician - scientist". M. Weber's position on the interpretation of the relationship between science and politics as life vocations and professional occupations is analyzed. The impossibility of autonomous existence of science and politics is proved, because in real life a scientist-humanist cannot be free from values, and politics is a sphere where economic, social, legal, historical, spiritual, ideological and cultural spaces intersect. It is shown that politics, like science, asserts its criterion of truth; aims to explain reality and is a means of its transformation; depends on the entity using it. And this subject, in both cases, is political authority. The problem of the interaction between the scientific community and the government is specified. The main tendencies of interpenetrationof science and politics are outlined: intensification of involvement of scientists in the political process and appeal of many politicians to scientific-expert practices. It is shown that most often scientists in politics realize their potential in the field of its expert support as advisers, analysts, consultants. The classification of experts involved in the political process is proposed: "ideologists", "reformers" and "service". The specifics of the formation of the national culture of policy cooperation are studied. It is shown that the Ukrainian market of consulting and expert services is dominated by the "service" type of scientist in politics. It is concluded that science, due to its rational methodology, is a space where policy is rationalizing. Although science cannot rid politics of conflict, the latter is its essential characteristic, but it is through science that conflict can be rationalized and policy made more effective and efficient. ; У статті розглянуто проблему ролі науки в процесах управління суспільством та державою. Аналізуються теоретичні підходи до осмислення науки як рушійної сили соціального прогресу. Висвітлено етичний аспект співвідношення науки та політики як підсистем суспільства. Показано, що однією з центральних тем у дослідженнях, які становлять фундамент наукового етосу сучасності, є зіткнення моральних норм наукового середовища та політичних реалій ХХ-ХХІ ст. Окреслено шкалу питань етики соціально-політичних наук як окремої галузі етики науки від питання цінності соціального знання та його моральної достовірності до зв'язку принципів науки та демократії. Визначено ареал перетинання політики та науки як явищ соціального порядку та розкрито на цій основі етичну специфіку їх взаємодії на зрізі співвідношень «політик - науковець». Аналізується позиція М. Вебера щодо трактування співвідношення науки та політики як життєвих покликань та професійних занять. Доведено неможливість автономного існування науки і політики, оскільки в реальному житті вчений-гуманітарій не може бути вільним від цінностей, а політика є сферою, де перетинаються економічний, соціальний, правовий, історичний, духовний, ідеологічний та культурний простори. Показано, що політика, як і наука, утверджує свій критерій істинності, ставить собі на меті пояснення дійсності і є засобом її перетворення, залежить від суб'єкта, який її використовує. І цим суб'єктом в обох випадках є політична влада. Висвітлено питання взаємовідношення наукового товариства та влади. Окреслено магістральні тенденції взаємопроникнення науки та політики як соціальних практик: активізація залучення науковців у політичний процес та звернення багатьох політиків до наукових інтелектуальних практик. Показано, що найчастіше вчені в політиці реалізують свій потенціал у сфері її експертного супроводження як радники, аналітики, консультанти. Запропоновано класифікацію експертів, що беруть участь у політичному процесі: «ідеологи», «реформатори» та «сервіс». Досліджено специфіку формування вітчизняної культури співпраці політики та науки. Показано, що на українському ринку консультативно-експертних послуг домінує «сервісний» тип вченого в політиці. Робиться висновок, що наука з огляду на її раціональну методологію є простором, де відбувається раціоналізація політики. І хоча наука не може позбавити політику конфлікту, оскільки останній є її сутнісною характеристикою, саме завдяки науці конфлікт можна раціоналізувати і зробити політику більш результативною та ефективною.

Problem setting. Considering the existing condition of the natural environment and the aggravating waste problem, the state environmental policy of Ukraine is unable to ensure safe living conditions for society. The inconsistency of the legal framework, poor performance of public administration, and the dispersion of power among many authorities serve as catalysts in this sphere. Despite the fact that today the sphere of solid waste management (SWM) is at its reforming stage due to the need for meeting the requirements of the European Union, our country has found itself under harsh conditions when it is necessary to rearrange the SWM system within a short period of time. With this regard, finding the ways to improve the quality of public administration and to define strategic lines of solid waste management development with the help of an improved incentive mechanism is viewed as topical, determining the objective of the present paper. Recent research and publications analysis. The studies of the areas of improving public administration in the sphere of SWM have been dwelt upon in the research works of such domestic scientists as О. Berdanova, О. Bilopilska, N. Horokh, S. Kozmenko, S. Romanchuk, V. Vakulenko, І. Valentiuk, Т. Volkovets and other scholars.Highlighting previously unsettled parts of the general problem. The works by the domestic specialists focus primarily on improving the fiscal mechanism of public administration in the field of SWM. As for the issues related to studying the incentive mechanism in this field, they are insufficiently covered and need further scientific exploration.Paper main body. The Concept of the National Waste Management Program 2013 – 2020 defines the causes of the waste problem, one of which is the lack of a single body charged with waste management functions. This complicates the implementation of any updates due to the dispersion of powers among many institutions. It is advisable to carry out consolidation of the powers within a single central executive body that will ensure the formulation and implementation of public waste management policy. An important stage is also the development of a post-2020 Waste Management Concept that would strengthen such core values as environmental protection and fostering of a waste management culture. Within the framework of formalizing the development vector of the solid waste management sphere, it is necessary to establish a public administration target with defined stages of its implementation in the years to come.Given the inability of government officials to make effective management decisions and develop waste management practices universally, it is essential to create a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) that will involve representatives of all sectors of society to work together to make effective management decisions on MSW management and to accumulate scientific research in order to determine the ways to achieve public administration goals in this area. The SAB should be the focus of promoting the development of the solid waste management system, taking into account available resources. The incentive mechanism can be understood as a set of measures aimed at creating the conditions in which an entity is inclined to perform its assigned duties in the most effective, proactive and conscientious manner. It is appropriate to focus on the ways of enhancing the municipal sector capacity, improving the provision of SWM services to the public, and establishing waste segregation. In view of this, it is necessary to encourage waste producers and importers to reduce the amount of waste and to use environmentally friendly substances for the production of goods. It is considered appropriate to require that the producers and importers of waste make additional payments for putting waste into circulation. The money obtained in this way would be expedient to be channeled to a special environmental fund. The SAB should also be responsible for making a register of waste producers and importers to identify the economic entities that produce and import waste into the customs territory of Ukraine, as well as to obtain data on waste volumes, their morphological composition, class and level of hazard.Conclusions of the research and prospects for further studies. Thus, in order to establish public administration in the field of solid waste management, it is important to develop and implement an incentive mechanism aimed at creating conditions in which an entity is inclined to perform its assigned duties in the most effective, proactive and conscientious way. The proposed strategic areas are drivers of reproduction of the domestic system of solid waste management in Ukraine. ; Актуалізовано питання вдосконалення стимулюючого механізму публічного управління в сфері поводження з твердими побутовими відходами (далі – ТПВ). Обґрунтовано неефективність існуючих механізмів і запропоновано мобілізаційні заходи щодо покращення публічного управління в цьому напрямку. Встановлено, що функціональна спрямованість стимулюючого механізму полягає у досягненні мети публічного управління в сфері поводження із ТПВ, вихованні культури поводження з відходами та консолідації діяльності суб'єктів у напрямку охорони навколишнього природного середовища.

The purpose of the work was to analyze the history of pediatrics development based on numismatic materials. Numismatics (from the Latin numisma — coin), the branch of historical science, originated in the 19th century and became closely related to economics, politics, culture and law, it includes the thematic study of coins, medals and plaques. The history of pediatrics is best illustrated by various forms of medal art (exonumia, or paranumismatics), and the medal became the prototype of a commemorative (memorial) coin. This work presents a catalogue of 116 numismatic materials (97 medals, 11 plaques, 8 coins), including some unique ones that were presented for the first time. There are images on coins and medals of common international symbols of pediatrics — Har-pa-khered, or Harpocrates (a boy holding a finger to his mouth), and later ones (a pelican feeding its chicks by the blood from the torn breast, and a Florentine swaddled baby). The stages of development of the study of using therapeutic factors were reflected in the work on the materials of numismatics, there are references to significant historical events; brief biographies of physicians (46 persons) were mentioned, who made an invaluable contribution to the formation of pediatric science. On the medals, it can be found the portraits of the organizers of the service of providing medical care for children, prominent pediatricians and representatives of narrow specialists. Unfortunately, for now the memory of famous pediatricians of the past is not sufficiently marked by release of numismatic products, therefore, we hope for a systematic approach to this matter in the future, for the purposeful promotion of the achievements of pediatrics by means of numismatics, which provides an visual example for studying the history of medicine, contributes to an increase in the level of doctor's education. The authors expect to emerge of new interesting materials of such small forms of art. ; Целью работы был анализ истории развития педиатрии по нумизматическим материалам. Отрасль исторической науки нумизматика (от лат. numisma — «монета») зародилась в XIX веке и стала тесно связанной с экономикой, политикой, культурой и правом, включает в себя тематическое изучение монет, медалей и плакет. Лучше всего историю педиатрии иллюстрируют различные формы медальерного изобразительного искусства (экзонумия или паранумизматика), а медаль стала прообразом памятной (мемориальной) монеты. В данной работе представлен каталог 116 нумизматических материалов (97 медалей, 11 плакет, 8 монет), в том числе некоторых уникальных, впервые приведенных. Имеются изображения на монетах и медалях международных общепринятых символов педиатрии — Гор-па-херда, или Гарпократа (мальчика, держащего палец руки у рта), и более поздних (пеликана, кормящего кровью из разорванной груди своих птенцов, и флорентийского запеленатого младенца). В работе по материалам нумизматики отражены этапы ­изучения использования лечебных факторов, есть ссылки на значительные исторические события, упоминаются краткие биографии медиков (46 персон), внесших неоценимый вклад в формирование педиатрической науки. На медалях можно встретить портреты организаторов службы оказания медицинской помощи детям, видных педиатров и представителей узких специальностей. К большому сожалению, пока память о знаменитых врачах-педиатрах прошлого недостаточно отмечена выпуском нумизматической продукции, поэтому в будущем надеемся на планомерный подход к этому делу, на целенаправленную пропаганду достижений педиатрии средствами нумизматики, которая подает наглядный пример для изучения истории медицины, способствует повышению уровня образованности врачей. На превеликий жаль, поки пам'ять про знаменитих лікарів-педіатрів минулого недостатньо відзначено випуском нумізматичної продукції, тому в майбутньому сподіваємося на планомірний підхід до цієї справи, на цілеспрямовану пропаганду досягнень педіатрії засобами нумізматики, яка подає наочний приклад для вивчення історії медицини, сприяє підвищенню рівня освіченості лікарів. Автори розраховують на появу нових цікавих матеріалів таких малих форм образо­творчого мистецтва.

The purpose of the article is to identify the transformational form-creating processes of the Ukrainian television art of the 21st century on the example of the genre of documentary drama in the context of postmodern trends. Research Methodology. The following methods have been applied in the article: analytical and historical, cultural methods (to understand process of infotainment formation and development in the context of the Ukrainian television space at the beginning of the 21st century), cultural method (to develop the necessary view of the modern Ukrainian television art, the special feature of the postmodern concept implementation in the media space, the issues of mass culture and mass communications), the method of art history, conceptual and cognitive analyses, which contributed to the understanding of the conceptual representation of information and entertainment presentation of material in the modern Ukrainian television. Scientific Novelty. The article presented an attempt to determine the peculiarity of the aesthetics of the Ukrainian documentary drama in the context of infotainment of domestic television, and also to demonstrate its main artistic, figurative and technological features; to identify challenges and prospects for further development of a new genre of the modern television art. Conclusions. In the development of the domestic docudrama, wide possibilities of video editing and post-production technologies are used, but the creators are particularly demanding in choosing the means that are organic to the artistic language of films. The use of video editing and computer visual effects is an expressive tool for creating a "digital chronotope" that can reveal the philosophy of documentary drama and inject it with virtuality. Evolution tendencies of the Ukrainian documentary drama in the process of infotainment of television art give evidence of the establishment of a democratic screen language aimed at a wide audience, and at the same time of the strengthening of the philosophical sound of works. In our opinion, the process of globalization and convergence of techniques and methods of television documentary and infotainment, interaction and interpenetration of various verbal and non-verbal characteristics in the near future will have transition from quantity to quality. ; Целью статьи является выявление специфики трансформационных формообразующих процессов украинского телеискусства XXI века на примере жанра документальной драмы в контексте постмодернистских тенденций. Методы исследования. Применены аналитический и историко-культурный методы (для осмысления процесса формирования и становления инфотейнмент в контексте специфики отечественного телевизионного пространства начала XXI в.), культурологический метод (для выработки необходимого взгляда на современное украинское телеискусство, специфику реализации постмодернистской концепции в медийном пространстве, проблематику массовой культуры и массовых коммуникаций), метод искусствоведческого, концептуального и когнитивного анализов, которые содействовали осмыслению проблематики концептуальной репрезентации информационно-развлекательной подачи материала в современном украинском телеискусстве. Научная новизна. Предпринята попытка определить специфику эстетики украинской документальной драмы в контексте инфотейнментизации отечественного телеискусства, а также определить ее основные художественно-образные и технологические особенности. Выявлены проблемы и охарактеризованы перспективы дальнейшего развития нового жанрового образования современного телеискусства. Выводы. В процессе развития отечественной докудрамы используются широкие возможности технологий видеомонтажа и постпродукции, однако создатели проявляют особую требовательность в выборе средств, органических для художественного языка их фильмов. Использование видеомонтажа и компьютерных визуальных эффектов – выразительные инструменты создания «цифрового хронотопа», который способен раскрыть философию документальной драмы и привнести в нее виртуальность. Тенденции эволюции украинской документальной драмы в контексте процесса инфотейнментизации телеискусства свидетельствуют об утверждении демократического экранного языка, обращенного к широким зрительским массам и одновременно усилении философского звучания произведений. По нашему мнению, процесс глобализации и конвергенции приемов и методов телевизионной документалистики и инфотейнмента, взаимодействия и взаимопроникновения различных вербальных и невербальных характеристик в ближайшее время перейдет из количественного в качественное. ; Метою статті є виявлення специфіки трансформаційних формотворчих процесів українського телемистецтва ХХІ ст. на прикладі жанру документальної драми в контексті постмодерністичних тенденції. Методи дослідження. Застосовано аналітичний та історико-культурний методи (для осмислення процесу формування та становлення інфотейнмент у контексті специфіки вітчизняного телевізійного простору початку ХХІ ст.), культурологічний метод (для вироблення необхідного погляду на сучасне українське телемистецтво, специфіку реалізації постмодерністської концепції в медійному просторі, проблематику масової культури та масових комунікацій), метод мистецтвознавчого, концептуального та когнітивного аналізів, що посприяли осмисленню проблематики концептуальної репрезентації інформаційно-розважального подавання матеріалу в сучасному українському телемистецтві. Наукова новизна. Здійснено спробу визначити специфіку естетики української документальної драми в контексті інфотейнментизації вітчизняного телемистецтва, а також виявити її основні художньо-образні та технологічні особливості; виявлено проблеми та охарактеризовано перспективи подальшого розвитку нового жанрового утворення сучасного телемистецтва. Висновки. У процесі розвитку вітчизняної докудрами використовуються широкі можливості технологій відеомонтажу та постпродукції, однак творці виявляють особливу вимогливість у виборі засобів, органічних для художньої мови фільмів. Використання відеомонтажу та комп'ютерних візуальних ефектів – виразні інструменти створення «цифрового хронотопу», що здатні розкрити філософію документальної драми та привнести в неї віртуальність. Тенденції еволюції української документальної драми в контексті процесу інфотейнментизації телемистецтва засвідчують утвердження демократичної екранної мови, спрямованої на широкі глядацькі маси, й водночас посилення філософського звучання творів. На нашу думку, процес глобалізації та конвергенції прийомів і методів телевізійної документалістики й інфотейнменту, взаємодії та взаємопроникнення різноманітних вербальних і невербальних характеристик у найближчий час перейде з кількісного в якісний.

The article is devoted to disclosure of the characteristic features of Cossack pedagogy. Attention is focused on the fact that education in the context of the chosen topic is understood as a specially organized by interactions among educators and pupils to understand the spiritual and material culture of the nation, the formation of national consciousness and the achievement of spiritual unity of generations. The identity of Ukrainian national psychology in the article is determined by the basis of Cossack pedagogy. Among the factors, a large number of male children were identified, who constantly replenished the ranks of Sich's pupils, abandoned, or abducted in campaigns against рeople of other faiths, as well as the high cultural level of the Cossack state. The authors noted that education dynamically developed through the formation of Cossack schools of various types. The goal of these schools was to educate and form a diversified personality through the development of martial arts, combat training through dance, teaching singing, reading and writing, the God's law. Graduates of Sich schools could continue their studies at the Kiev-Mohyla Academy. It is stated that Cossack pedagogy synthesized humanism and deep democratism of the Ukrainian worldview, relied on national traditions, rich experience of self-government and the level of formation of justice in conventual and fraternal schools. The article focuses on the global significance of Cossack pedagogy. As the most famous example of Cossack martial arts, the authors highlighted the Cossack Hopak dance. It is indicated, that individual Cossacks by special exercises achieved an incredible effect when the body seemed to play (in this case, the enemy's painful hits were not felt). Cossacks were able to instantly concentrate internal energy in that part of their body where the enemy's blow was directed. Such phenomena are inherent in martial arts, for example, the art of Tibetan monks of the cathode and the "school of the iron shirt" in kung fu and karate. ; Статья посвящена раскрытию характерных признаков казацкой педагогики. Внимание акцентировано на том, что в контексте выбранной темы воспитание подразумевается как специально организованная среда взаимодействия воспитателей и воспитанников для осмысления духовной и материальной культуры нации, формирования национального сознания и достижения духовного единения поколений. Самобытность украинской национальной психологии в статье определена базисом казацкой педагогики. Среди факторов выделено большое количество детей мужского пола, которые постоянно пополняли ряды воспитанников Сечи, брошенные, или похищенные в походах на иноверцев, а также высокий культурный уровень Казацкого государства. Авторами отмечено, что образование динамично развивалось путем формирования казацких школ разного типа. Целью этих школ было воспитание и формирование разносторонне развитой личности путем освоения боевого искусства, боевых тренировок через танец, обучения пению, грамоте, Закону Божию. Выпускники сечевых школ могли продолжить обучение в Киево-Могилянской Академии. Констатировано, что казацкая педагогика синтезировала гуманизм и демократизм украинского мировоззрения, опиралась на национальные традиции, опыт самоуправления и уровень правосознания в монастырских и братских школах. Акцентировано внимание на мировом значении казацкой педагогики. В качестве самого известного примера казацкого единоборства авторы выделили казацкий танец гопак. Указано, что отдельные казаки специальными упражнениями достигали невероятного эффекта, когда тело будто бы играло (в таком случае болевые удары противника не ощущались). Казаки умели мгновенно концентрировать внутреннюю энергию в ту часть своего тела, куда был направлен удар противника. Подобные явления присущи восточным единоборствам, например, искусству тибетских монахов катода и «школе железной рубашки» в кунг-фу и карате. ; Статтю присвячено розкриттю характерних ознак козацької педагогіки. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що виховання у контексті обраної теми розуміється як спеціально організоване середовище взаємодії вихователів і вихованців для осмислення духовної і матеріальної культури нації, формування національної свідомості і досягнення духовної єдності поколінь. Самобутність української національної психології визначено у статті базисом козацької педагогіки. Серед інших чинників виокремлено також велику кількість дітей сиріт чоловічої статі, що невпинно поповнювали лави вихованців Січі, кинуті, чи викрадені в походах на іновірців, високий культурний розвиток Козацької держави. Авторами наголошено на тому, що освіта динамічно розвивалася шляхом створення козацьких шкіл різного типу. Ці школи мали на меті виховання і формування різнобічно розвиненої особистості через освоєння бойового мистецтва, бойового тренування через танець, навчання співів, грамоти, закону Божого. Випускники січових шкіл могли продовжувати навчання в Києво-Могилянській Академії. Констатовано, що козацька педагогіка синтезувала гуманізм і глибокий демократизм українського світогляду, спиралася на національні традиції, багатий досвід самоврядування та рівень формування правосвідомості у монастирських і братських школах. Акцентовано увагу на світовому значенні надбань козацької педагогіки. Авторами найвідомішим прикладом козацького єдиноборства виокремлено козацький танець гопак. Зазначено про те, що окремі козаки спеціальними вправами досягали неймовірного ефекту, коли тіло мов би грає (у такому випадку больові удари противника не відчувалися). Козаки вміли миттєво концентрувати внутрішню енергію в ту частину свого тіла, куди спрямовувався удар нападника. Подібні явища притаманні й східним системам боротьби, наприклад, мистецтву тибетських ченців катода і «школі залізної сорочки» у кунг-фу та карате.

This article represents an analysis of efficiency of Ukrainian democracy within the framework of three popural indices of democracy – The Economist Democracy Index, Freedom In the World index and Polity IV. Comparative analysis shows the core factors which bring three different democratic concepts, used in the indices, to the integral unity. Finding correlation between factors of Ukrainian democracy, measured in the indices through a certain time period (2006-2018), helps getting integral look at the problem of non existent universal theoretic base for understanding democracy. The basic idea of the analysis, represented in this article, shows that different factors, used by indices in measuring democracy, do not evenly correlate in practice, though they represent holistic approach to the essence of democracy. Choosing specific theoretical approach of understanding democracy makes it hard for indices to fully measure real democracy. This analysis aims at searching correlation in different basic factors of democratic models, used by indices with different approaches. As the result of the analysis the article ranks a number of basic factors, used in three popular indices of democracy, according to the strength of correlation of these factors with other factors of the index they represent and with the final score of the index. Integral choice of the basic factors, which correlate with the change of Ukraine's democratic trends according to the three indices, covers several dimensions of democratic model. Ukrainian democratic trends in the specific time period (2006-2018), as the analysis shows, from integral point of view correlates the most with the changes in electoral process and pluralism, civil liberties and legal restrictions of the executive power. Political culture, political participation and individual rights show weak correlation with Ukrainian democratic trends within the period of time, chosen for the analysis. ; Статья представляет собой анализ эффективности украинской демократии в рамках трех популярных индексов демократии – The Economist Democracy Index, Freedom In the World и Polity IV. Сравнительный анализ показывает основные факторы, которые сводят три различные демократические концепции, используемые в индексах, в единое целое. Определение корреляции между факторами украинской демократии, измеряемыми с помощью индексов за определенный период времени (2006–2018 гг.), позволяет комплексно взглянуть на проблему отсутствия универсальной теоретической базы для понимания отличительных особенностей демократии. Основная идея анализа, представленного в данной статье, заключается в том, что различные факторы, используемые индексами при измерении демократии, на практике не коррелируют равномерно, хотя и представляют собой целостный подход к сути демократии. Фокус на конкретном теоретическом подходе к пониманию демократии затрудняет полноценное измерение реальной демократии с помощью индексов. Данный анализ направлен на поиск корреляции в различных базовых факторах демократических моделей, используемых индексами с разными подходами. В результате анализа в статье ранжируется ряд основных факторов, используемых в трех популярных индексах демократии, в зависимости от силы корреляции этих факторов с другими факторами индекса, который они представляют, и с окончательной оценкой индекса. Интегральный выбор основных факторов, которые коррелируют с изменением демократических тенденций в Украине по трем индексам, охватывает несколько измерений демократической модели. Украинские демократические тенденции в конкретный период времени (2006–2018 гг.), как свидетельствует анализ, с интегральной точки зрения больше всего коррелируют с изменениями характеристик избирательного процесса и плюрализма, гражданскими свободами и правовыми ограничениями исполнительной власти. Политическая культура, участие в политической жизни и права личности показывают слабую корреляцию с украинскими демократическими тенденциями в течение периода времени, выбранного для анализа. ; Стаття представляє аналіз ефективності української демократії в межах трьох популярних індексів демократії – The Economist Democracy Index, Freedom In the World та Polity IV. Порівняльний аналіз демонструє основні фактори, що включають три різні демократичні концепції, які використовуються в індексах як єдине ціле. Визначення кореляції між факторами української демократії, що вимірювались за допомогою індексів за певний період часу (2006–2018 рр.), дозволяє комплексно вивчити проблему відсутності універсальної теоретичної бази для розуміння конкретних особливостей демократії. Основна ідея аналізу, представленого в цій статті, визначає, що різні фактори індексів для вимірювання демократії на практиці не корелюють рівномірно, хоча і представляють собою цілісний підхід до сутності демократії. Фокус на конкретному теоретичному підході до розуміння демократії ускладнює повноцінне вимірювання реальної демократії за допомогою індексів. Даний аналіз спрямований на пошук кореляції в різних базових факторах демократичних моделей, що використовуються індексами з різними підходами. У результаті аналізу в статті визначається низка основних факторів, що використовуються в трьох популярних індексах демократії, залежно від сили кореляцій цих факторів з іншими факторами індексів, які вони представляють, і з фінальною оцінкою індексів. Інтегральний вибір основних факторів, які корелюють зі зміною демократичних тенденцій в Україні за трьома індексами, охоплює кілька вимірів демократичної моделі. Українські демократичні тенденції в конкретний період часу (2006–2018 рр.), як свідчить аналіз, із інтегральної точки зору найсильніше корелюють зі змінами характеристик виборчого процесу та плюралізму, громадянських свобод та правових обмежень виконавчої влади. Політична культура, участь у політичному житті та індивідуальні права демонструють слабку кореляцію з українськими демократичними трендами протягом періоду часу, вибраного для аналізу.

In recent years, a growing number of projects, objects, programs, artifacts, works and texts belonging to the cultural sphere have, at one or at all stages of the production process, some transmedia component. Practically, there are no actors in the culture and communication fields "who are not thinking about their production in transmedia terms, from fiction to documentary, through journalism, advertising and political communication" (Scolari, 2014). Regarding the audiovisual industry, for example, "transmedia" has become the "magic word" of any project; in fact, "in some moments it seems as if something could not be done in a single medium" (Tubau, 2011). The literary system has also integrated transmedia as an element or an aesthetic process. The story, but also a similar aesthetic, rhetoric or theme, extend beyond the margins of the literary text to other media, each of which does not lose its autonomy and specificity. In turn, transmedia also articulates "modes of reciprocal and procedural affectation between media, languages and technologies", which strongly destabilize their origin spaces (Kozak, 2015): literary texts, which often function as start windows, change in the transmedia process. The following article will analyzed how transmedia functions in two contemporary novels written in Spanish: La muerte me da (2007), by Mexican author Cristina Rivera Garza; and Alba Cromm (2010), by Spanish author Vicente Luis Mora. In addition to describing the transmedia system, the article will emphasized on how transmedia establishes as a core component in the conformation of the novels' heroines. ; En los últimos años, cada vez más proyectos, objetos, programas, artefactos, obras, textos pertenecientes a la esfera cultural poseen, en alguna o en todas las etapas del proceso productivo, algún componente transmedial. Prácticamente, no quedan actores de la cultura y la comunicación "que no estén pensando su producción en términos transmediáticos, desde la ficción hasta el documental, pasando por el periodismo, la publicidad y la comunicación política" (Scolari, 2014). En lo que respecta a la industria audiovisual, por ejemplo, "transmedia" se ha convertido en la "palabra mágica" de cualquier proyecto de media o gran envergadura; de hecho, "en algunos momentos parece como si ya no se pudiese hacer algo que se desarrolle en un único medio" (Tubau, 2011). El sistema de la literatura, por su parte, también ha integrado a la transmedialidad como un elemento o proceso estético más. El relato, pero también una misma estética, retórica o temática, se extienden más allá de los márgenes del texto literario hacia otros medios, cada uno de los cuales no pierde su autonomía y especificidad. A su vez, en la transmedialidad también se articulan "modos de afectación recíproca y procesual entre medios, lenguajes y tecnologías", los cuales desestabilizan fuertemente sus espacios de origen (Kozak, 2015): los textos literarios, que muchas veces funcionan como ventanas de inicio, resultan transformados en el proceso transmedial. En el siguiente artículo, se analizará la transmedialidad en dos novelas contemporáneas en español: La muerte me da (2007), de la mexicana Cristina Rivera Garza; y Alba Cromm (2010), del español Vicente Luis Mora. O sistema da literatura, por sua vez, também tem integrado à transmidialidade como um elemento ou processo estético mais. O relato, mas também uma mesma estética, retórica ou temática, se estendem para além das margens do texto literário para outros meios, a cada um dos quais não perde sua autonomia e especificidade. A sua vez, na transmidialidade também se articulam "modos de afetação recíproca e procesual entre meios, linguagens e tecnologias", os quais desestabilizam fortemente seus espaços de origem (Kozak, 2015): os textos literários, que muitas vezes funcionam como janelas de início, resultam transformados no processo transmídia. No seguinte artigo, a transmidialidade será analisada em duas novelas contemporâneas em espanhol: A morte dá-me (2007), da mexicana Cristina Rivera Garza; e Alba Cromm (2010), do espanhol Vicente Luis Mora. Além de detalhar o funcionamento do processo transmídia, uma ênfase especial será colocada em como isso é estabelecido como um componente na formação das heroínas das histórias.

Today Ukraine faces a number of social, medical, spiritual problems (severe ailments, alcoholism, abortions, depression, suicides, etc.). They are usually determined by a low level of culture of spiritual and physical health of the population. Therefore, the need for Civic Education of future physicians is urgent. This will ensure their readiness for educational and public activities in order to address these important health problems. The aim of the study is to determine the content and methods of Civic Education of future medical professionals on the basisof interdisciplinary integration. The author uses methods of analysis of scientific literature, normative documents, content analysis, induction and deduction.It has been found that structuring the content of Civic Education within Human Rights, Gender and National components will help prepare future physicians for social work with different social groups, taking into consideration national characteristics and world experience in protecting Human Rights in the Health Care system. The Human Rights component involves the study of topics related to international legal acts, which regulate the provision of Human Rights, especially of vulnerable groups (children, including orphans, children with special needs, unborn children, national minorities and people with disabilities). The Gender component means studying issues of implementation of equal rights and opportunities for women and men in the field of Health, as well as addressing the problems that are determined by the gender peculiarities of patients. In this context Civic Education of future physicians means: firstly, understanding of socio-cultural and political and legal factors of gender issues in the field of Health Care; secondly, readiness to carry out educational work (within Family Psychology and Conflictology) in order to prevent domestic / sexual violence as well as provide professional assistance to those who became its victims; thirdly, the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems regarding family planning, abortion, post abortion syndrome, etc. The National component of Civic Education deals with issues that reflect the main characteristics of Ukrainian Identity / historical experience of the Nation and their role in solving medical and bioethical problems.The basic method of forming of Civic Education of students of medical universities, namely the method of project preparation is determined. It is aimed at developing the practical skills of future physicians to create and implement community initiatives. in order to improve the Nation Health. This method will help students to master the skills of Citizen Participation in society / in government. As a result, future physicians will be able to use such methods of Citizen Participation as local initiative, participation in public organizations, volunteer services or activities as well as awareness campaign. This method will be effective if teachers and students systematically collaborate in order to prepare and implement social and medical projects. ; Сьогодні Україна має низку соціальних, медичних, духовних проблем (важкі недуги, алкоголізм, аборти, депресії, суїциди тощо). Вони зазвичай детерміновані низьким рівнем культури духовного і фізичного здоров'я населення. Тому актуальною є потреба громадянської освіти майбутніх медиків. Це забезпечить їх готовність до просвітницької та громадської роботи задля вирішення важливих проблем охорони здоров'я. Мета статті – визначити зміст і методи формування громадянської освіченості майбутніх медичних фахівців на засадах міждисциплінарної інтеграції. Авторка використовує методи аналізу наукової літератури, нормативних документів, контент-аналізу, індукції і дедукції.Встановлено, що структурування змісту громадянської освіти в межах правозахисного, гендерного та національного компонентів допоможе підготувати фахівців медицини до громадської роботи з різними соціальними групами, враховуючи національні особливості та світовий досвід захисту прав людини в сфері охорони здоров'я. Правозахисний компонент передбачає вивчення тем, пов'язаних із міжнародними нормативними актами, які регулюють забезпечення прав людини, особливо, вразливих груп (діти, діти сироти, діти з особливими потребами, ненароджені діти, а також національні меншини та люди з інвалідністю). Гендерний компонент означає вивчення359 № 2(17)2 0 1 9ПЕДАГОГIЧНI НАУКИпитань щодо реалізації рівних прав і можливостей для жінок і чоловіків у сфері охорони здоров'я, вирішення проблем, детермінованих гендерними особливостями пацієнтів. У цьому контексті громадянська освіченість майбутніх медиків означає: по-перше, розуміння соціально-культурних і політико-правових чинників гендерних проблем у сфері охорони здоров'я; по-друге, готовність проводити просвітницьку роботу (в межах сімейної психології та конфліктології) задля попередження домашнього, сексуального насильства, а також надання професійної допомоги особам, які стали їх жертвами; по-третє, здатність визначати, аналізувати й вирішувати проблеми щодо планування сім'ї, абортів, постабортного синдрому та ін. Національний компонент громадянської освіченості пов'язаний з питаннями, що відображають основні риси української ідентичності, історичний досвід нації та їх роль у вирішенні медичних і біоетичних проблем.Пріоритетним методом формування громадянської освіченості студентів медичних ЗВО визначено метод підготовки проектів, спрямований на вироблення практичних навичок майбутніх медиків створювати та реалізовувати громадські ініціативи з метою покращення здоров'я нації. Цей метод допоможе студентам розвивати навички громадянської участі у суспільстві, у владі. Відтак, майбутні медики зможуть використовувати такі методи участі громадян, як місцева ініціатива, участь у громадських організаціях, волонтерські послуги чи діяльність, а також просвітницька кампанія. Даний метод буде ефективним за умови системної співпраці викладачів і студентів з метою підготовки та реалізації соціальних і медичних проектів.

In response to the growing threat of emerging infectious diseases, several countries have implemented epidemic intelligence activities to complement traditional surveillance systems. Epidemic intelligence is the process of early detection, verification, analysis and reporting of health events in order to recommend publish health measures. In addition to indicator-based surveillance, it also relies on event-based surveillance and the use of both official and unofficial information sources to improve the early detection of potential health threats.Through two case studies of tool development (PADI-web and OpenESSENCE), I illustrate examples of pluridisciplinary collaborations between computer scientists, epidemiologists and local health agencies to ensure the co-design of automated data collection and analysis tools in the context of online media monitoring for animal health in France (PADI-web) and enhanced electronic surveillance for human mass gatherings in the Pacific (OpenESSENCE). These developments aimed to mobilize generic and automated tools in a pluridisciplinary and One Health approach to improve the early detection and alerting of health threats.Through two case studies analyzing epidemic intelligence data (spatio-temporal analysis and spread rate modelling), I highlight the integration of expert knowledge and innovative methodologies to characterize disease threats and inform risk analyses using a pluridisciplinary approach. Strengthening the links between epidemic intelligence and risk analysis provides real-time data on the epidemiological situation and improves disease knowledge to adapt and target epidemic intelligence systems.With the emergence of three novel coronaviruses in the past two decades, there is a strong need for an integrated approach to epidemic intelligence involving cross-border collaborations in a One Health context to promote the pooling of pluridisciplinary data, expertise and tools through a common strategy. The monitoring of weak signals and genetic information can help improve the timely detection of the emergence of unknown pathogens. The integration of new sources of information and innovative technologies into existing epidemic intelligence systems can form the basis for an enhanced risk detection, monitoring and assessment platform. Mathematical models can identify environmental and socio-economic drivers of disease emergence and spread to facilitate the surveillance and prediction of future outbreaks. The implementation of an integrated approach should extend beyond scientific disciplines to bring together scientists, health professionals, governmental agencies and private stakeholders to implement contextualized and collaborative actions that foster a pluridisciplinary culture across the human-animal interface. ; De nouvelles approches telles que la veille sanitaire et l'intégration des données non-officielles ont été développées pour améliorer la performance des systèmes de surveillance et permettre aux autorités d'anticiper les menaces liées aux maladies infectieuses émergentes. La veille sanitaire (également appelée intelligence épidémiologique d'après la traduction du terme anglais « epidemic intelligence ») est le processuui sont à la fois complexes et trans-sectorielles, la pluridisciplinarité est un enjeu majeur de la vs de collecte, de vérification, d'analyse et de communication de toute information permettant la détection, l'évaluation et l'investigation de dangers sanitaires dans un but d'alerte précoce (source : OMS).Dans le cadre de problématiques de santé qeille sanitaire qui permet d'adopter une approche globale et intégrée de la surveillance des risques sanitaires. Elle permet de disposer de visions complémentaires et polyvalentes de la problématique pour en assurer une meilleure compréhension. L'intérêt d'une approche pluridisciplinaire est illustré dans ce manuscrit par quatre cas d'étude répartis en deux chapitres, l'un basé sur l'amélioration de la collecte de données pour alerter et l'autre sur l'analyse de données pour caractériser et prédire.Les deux premiers cas d'études (chapitre 3) présentent deux outils, PADI-web et OpenESSENCE, développés dans le cadre d'une approche pluridisciplinaire visant à améliorer la détection et l'alerte précoce de dangers sanitaires dans des contextes de santé animale et santé humaine.Dans le chapitre 4, l'importance d'une démarche pluridisciplinaire est à nouveau illustrée par deux cas d'étude présentant des méthodes d'analyse de données de veille sanitaire visant à caractériser les dangers sanitaires pour alimenter les analyses de risque et les modèles de prédiction.La mise en œuvre d'une approche pluridisciplinaire des différents processus de la veille sanitaire est essentielle pour améliorer la performance des systèmes à travers la mise en place d'outils et de méthodes innovantes. L'intégration de diverses disciplines scientifiques et l'implication des acteurs concernés dans le processus de développement de ces méthodes permet d'avoir une vision globale de la problématique, de mieux comprendre les principes sous-jacents et d'en interpréter les résultats, mais aussi de plus facilement s'approprier les outils et méthodes développés. La crise COVID-19 de 2020 est le dernier exemple en date du besoin de collaborations pluridisciplinaires et entre acteurs, avec la mobilisation du secteur de la santé animale et la mise à disposition de matériels, équipements et experts. Comme l'illustre la crise sanitaire COVID-19, il est indispensable de pouvoir mieux anticiper les menaces sanitaires en mobilisant une grande diversité d'expertise, pratiques autant que théoriques, et aborder la préparation et prévention de manière plus proactive.

Problem setting. The sphere of public administration is quite multifaceted, since it combines issues of both social policy, economy, politics, international cooperation, and even the functioning of the social foundations of society. The article was created to analyse the problems of forming the organizational and staff structure of the border unit. In general, organizational and staffing policy is the planning of human resources needs, the formation of the structure and staff, the appointment, creation and transfer of appropriate reserves. Problems of demotivation, low innovative activity of the Border Guard staff, growing examples of professional stresses and social conflicts in the border teams are in the area of formation of the organizational and staff structure of the border unit.Recent research and publications analysis. In recent years, various aspects of the problem of forming an organizational and staff structure have been the focus of scholars. Such theoretical substantiation was addressed by such national scientists as V. Dzundzyuk, Y. Mashkarov, D. Oliynyk, V. Sorokov, G. Shvydanenko.In relation to the Border Service, such scientific studies are sporadic, for example, V. Lemeshko studied the problem of the functioning of special units of the Border Agency. There is a lot of work devoted to the Border Guard Service of Ukraine, but it is mostly work in the military-technical sciences, law, pedagogical or psychological sciences.Highlighting previously unsettled parts of the general problem. Further study requires the problem of ways of forming an effective organizational and staff structure of the border unit, which contributes to the effective functioning of the entire border agency. An important and insufficiently studied issue of this problem is the issue of a comprehensive approach to justify this structure.Paper main body. Building a scientific foundation for the formation of organizational and staff structure of the border unit is an important management task. The main purpose of the organizational and staff structure of the border unit is to optimize the links between its structural elements.In the State Border Service, the organizational and staffing structure has a priority status, as it is the formation of the structure that reflects the specialization of the service and the extent of its existence in society, the level of use of technology, basic equipment, and, most importantly, organizational forms of professional activity.The organizational and staff structure of the border unit is an extremely difficult object of study, as it is a component of an important strategic social institute of Ukrainian society – the State Border Service of Ukraine, and it can be interpreted as a policy of the state, a policy of a separate agency, a policy towards its servicemen and employees.Thus, the organizational and staff structure of the border unit can be interpreted both narrowly and broadly.According to the narrow interpretation, the organizational and staff structure of the border unit is a system of wishes, rules and restrictions in the relationship between the representatives of the border service and the service itself.The effectiveness of forming an organizational and staff structure depends on a clear allocation of rights and responsibilities for each level of the structure, detailed regulation of tasks for the departments of the entity and individuals, creating appropriate rules and instructions, forming a corporate culture of the border team, in order to follow the interests of the common cause. To this list should be added the requirement to take into account the provisions of the basic scientific theoretical and methodological approaches: axiological, synergetic, competent, activity, personality-oriented, systemic, normative, power, normative-methodological, structural and functional.Conclusions of the research and prospects for further studies. The basis of the theoretical and methodological scientific approaches analysed in the article is the statement about the formation of organizational and staff structure of border units taking into account all levels: both society, border team, and professional environment. The result of such formation is the functioning of the personnel, organizational, functional, regulatory and legal system of the border unit. The goal of the border unit management should be to ensure a high level of professionalism in forming a democratic type of organizational and staff structure. Prospects for further scientific exploration may be to study the problem of monitoring the quality of the organizational and staffing structure of the border unit, as measures to prevent errors in the professional activity of the unit should be designed to ensure that the capabilities and staffing structure are consistent with the ever-changing tasks. ; Розглянуто проблематику обґрунтування процесу формування організаційно-штатної структури прикордонного підрозділу науковими теоретико-методологічними підходами. Сформульовано мету наукової статті. Проведено ретельний аналіз наукової літератури із представленого питання. Виділено та розкрито сутність аксіологічного, синергетичного, системного, структурно-функціонального, діяльнісного, особистісно-орієнтованого, компетентнісного, владного, нормативного, нормативно-методичного підходів. Проаналізовано основні результати здійсненого наукового пошуку, сформульовано висновки дослідження.

This study aims to find the human concept according to Driyarkara's metaphysical anthropological thinking, and to find its relationship with the development of Indonesian human identity. This research was a literature study in the field of philosophy which puts Driyakara's works in the field of human philosophy as a material object and human philosophical works from other philosophers as a formal object. The research object used philosophical hermeneutic by implementing method steps, such as: analysis, verstehen, interpretation, description, heuristic, holistic. The results show: first, Driyarkara rests on the dynamics of human existential experience in its depth by using the phenomeno-logical method from loop to funcamental as the idea of man, namely the Pancasila man. Second, humans as an open-dynamic person develop life together by cooperating as a form of familial democracy to enhance each other's fellow human beings, because that's why humans are "becoming" not "being". Third, Driyarakara's human concepth an existential situation in a harmonious unity (harmony unity). Fourth, criticism of Driyarkara's fundamental human concept, and produce the identities of the human persona subject in the network of human existence. Fifth, Driyarkara's human concept remains actual and has theoretical and practical relevance for the development of Indonesian human identity. The Driyarkara's human concept is worthy of being introduced in culture through education directed at the humanitarian process by developing cognitive, religious,and aesthetic talents so that humans are more autonomous and dignified, to be actual in real life practice. ; Este estudio tiene como objetivo encontrar el concepto humano según el pensamiento antropológico metafísico de Driyarkara, y encontrar su relación con el desarrollo de la identidad humana de Indonesia. Esta investigación fue un estudio de la literatura en el campo de la filosofía que coloca las obras de Driyakara en el campo de la filosofía humana como un objeto material y las obras filosóficas humanas de otros filósofos como un objeto formal. El objeto de investigación utilizó la hermenéutica filosófica mediante la implementación de los pasos del método, tales como: análisis, verstehen, interpretación, descripción, heurística, holística. Los resultados muestran: en primer lugar, Driyarkara se basa en la dinámica de la experiencia existencial humana en su profundidad utilizando el método fenomenológico-lógico del bucle al funcamental como la idea del hombre, es decir, el hombre Pancasila. En segundo lugar, los humanos, como personas de dinámica abierta, desarrollan la vida en común cooperando como una forma de democracia familiar para mejorar a los demás seres humanos, porque es por eso que los humanos se están "convirtiendo" en lugar de "ser". En tercer lugar, el concepto humano de Driyarakara es una situación existencial en una unidad armoniosa (unidad armónica). En cuarto lugar, criticar el concepto humano fundamental de Driyarkara, y producir las identidades del sujeto de la persona humana en la red de la existencia humana. En quinto lugar, el concepto humano de Driyarkara sigue siendo actual y tiene relevancia teórica y práctica para el desarrollo de la identidad humana de Indonesia. El concepto humano de Driyarkara es digno de ser introducido en la cultura a través de la educación dirigida al proceso humanitario desarrollando talentos cognitivos, religiosos y estéticos para que los humanos sean más autónomos y dignos, para ser actuales en la práctica de la vida real. ; Este estudo visa encontrar o conceito humano de acordo com o pensamento antropológico metafísico de Driyarkara, e encontrar sua relação com o desenvolvimento da identidade humana indonésia. Esta pesquisa foi um estudo de literatura no campo da filosofia que coloca as obras de Driyakara no campo da filosofia humana como um objeto material e as obras filosóficas humanas de outros filósofos como um objeto formal. O objeto de pesquisa utilizou a hermenêutica filosófica por meio da implementação de etapas do método, tais como: análise, verstehen, interpretação, descrição, heurística, holística. Os resultados mostram: primeiro, Driyarkara se apóia na dinâmica da experiência existencial humana em sua profundidade, utilizando o método fenomenológico do laço ao funcional como a ideia de homem, ou seja, o homem Pancasila. Em segundo lugar, os humanos, como uma pessoa de dinâmica aberta, desenvolvem vida juntos cooperando como uma forma de democracia familiar para aprimorar os outros seres humanos, porque é por isso que os humanos estão "se tornando" e não "sendo". Terceiro, o conceito humano de Driyarakara é uma situação existencial em uma unidade harmoniosa (unidade de harmonia). Em quarto lugar, a crítica do conceito humano fundamental de Driyarkara, e produzir as identidades do sujeito humano persona na rede da existência humana. Quinto, o conceito humano de Driyarkara permanece atual e tem relevância teórica e prática para o desenvolvimento da identidade humana indonésia. O conceito humano do Driyarkara é digno de ser introduzido na cultura por meio da educação direcionada ao processo humanitário, desenvolvendo talentos cognitivos, religiosos e estéticos para que os humanos sejam mais autônomos e dignos, para serem reais na prática da vida real.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the role of middle powers in the non-proliferation regime through the case study of South Korea, then suggest pertinent policy measures to advance the middle power capacity and contribution to strengthening the regime. To this end, this paper first examines the theories relevant to the concept and adopts the three-level role theory model for the analysis. The following chapter delves into the history and structure of the non-proliferation regime, before analyzing the key issues of the contemporary landscape and the resolvable potential of middle powers against these challenges. Subsequently, this thesis analyzes South Korea as a nuclear middle power based on the established framework and its three criteria to verify South Korea's status as a nuclear middle power and evaluate its performance within the domain of international nuclear non-proliferation.
