هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع دور مقترح للجامعات الأردنية في تنمية مفاهيم الثقافة السياسية لدى طلبتها، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (332) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة حسب الجداول الإحصائية، شملت (177) طالباً و(155) طالبة، من مختلف الكليات الجامعية العلمية والإنسانية للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2012- 2013، واستخدم فيها المنهج المسحي التطويري. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة (استبانة) شملت أربعة مجالات: دور المقررات الجامعية، دور عضو هيئة التدريس، دور الأنشطة الطلابية، ودور اتحاد الطلبة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: التقدير الكلي لواقع دور الجامعات الأردنية في تنمية مفاهيم الثقافة السياسية لدى طلبتها من وجهة نظر الطلبة جاء بدرجة متوسطة.وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في واقع دور الجامعات الأردنية في تنمية مفاهيم الثقافة السياسية لدى طلبتها من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في واقع دور الجامعات الأردنية في تنمية مفاهيم الثقافة السياسية لدى طلبتها من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي، وكانت الفروق بين ذوي المستوى الدراسي (سنة ثانية) وبين ذوي المستوى الدراسي (السنة رابعة فأكثر) لصالح ذوي المستوى الدراسي (السنة الثانية). وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) في تنمية مفاهيم الثقافة السياسية لدى طلبتها من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الكلية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها الأخذ بالدور المقترح الذي تم وضعه لدور الجامعات الأردنية في تنمية مفاهيم الثقافة السياسية لدى طلبتها من وجهة نظر الطلبة. ; The purpose of this study is to put a suggested role for the Jordanian universities in the development of political culture concepts among its students. A random sample was taken of (332) students, included (177) males and (155) females from different scientific and human university colleges for the second semester (2012-2013). A developmental survey was used in this study. To answer the questions of this study, a questionnaire was used. The questions were divided into four sections: (a) the role of university courses; (b) the role of lecturers; (c) the role of students' activities, and (d) the role of students' union. The results of the study were as the following: The total evaluation for the real role of Jordan universities in developing the concepts of political culture among their students from their point of view was moderate. There were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the role of Jordanian universities in the development of political culture concepts among its students which maybe attributed to variable of sex.There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the role of Jordanian universities in the development of political culture concepts among its students which maybe attributed to variable of educational status (second year) and whom educational status (fourth year) in favor of whom educational status (second year). There were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the role of Jordanian universities in the development of political culture concepts among its students which maybe attributed to variable of college. The study recomended various recomendations; the most important one is taking the suggested role which was put for the role of Jordanian universities in developing of political culture concepts among its students from their point of view.

Reflecting on his academic exile in the United States, the Germanpolitical scientist Franz L. The Europeans became accustomed to the practice of theAmerican liberal democracy and learned to value its political culture;émigré scholars, on the other hand, brought with them a differentacademic Denkstil and contributed to a more critical self-understandingof American democratic theory.

Celem artykułu było zasygnalizowanie głównych kierunków ewolucji polskich obyczajów i postaw politycznych, dających się dostrzec dzięki analizie polskiej parlamentarnej debaty budżetowej przeprowadzanej w okresie 2001–2010. Refleksji poddano tu przebieg pierwszych czytań debat z lat 2001–2010, przy czym przedmiotem uwagi uczyniono dwa pola opisu: ilościowe – uwarunkowania regulaminowe, forma (debata długa, średnia), uczestnicy – liczba, funkcja (we władzy wykonawczej, w parlamencie, w klubie parlamentarnym) oraz jakościowe – wybrane elementy semantyki i pragmatyki języka debaty – poparcie lub odmowa poparcia dla propozycji rządu (tu ograniczono się do dwóch wybranych debat – z 2002 roku i z 2010 roku). Wnioski wynikające z podjętej analizy wskazują na malejące (w przeciwieństwie do deklaracji głoszonych przez jej uczestników) znaczenie debaty budżetowej, na jej pozorną profesjonalizację i rzeczywistą, owocującą zjawiskami związanymi z mediatyzacją i tabloidyzacją polityki, polityzację. ; The aim of the article "Polish political culture in the light of the parliamentary budgetary debates from 2001–2010. Selected aspects" is to point out the main directions of the evolution of the Polish customs and political attitudes that can be seen by analyzing the Polish parliamentary budget debates carried out in the period from 2001–2010. The course of the first debate readings from 2001 to 2010 has been examined, where attention is focused on two areas of description: quantitative – the conditions of the regulations, the form (long or medium debate), the participants, including their number and function (regarding executive power, parliament, and parliamentary club), and qualitative – selected semantic and pragmatic elements of the debate language in support of or opposed to the government proposals (here reduced to the two selected debates from 2002 and 2010). As opposed to the declarations made by the participants, the conclusions resulting from this analysis indicate the decreasing importance of the budget debate, as well as its apparent professionalization and actual politicization, resulting in phenomena related to the mediatization and tabloidization of politics.
