The promotion of a sustainable and affordable urban transport contemplates the bicycle as a mean of transport. The reasons for analysing the cycling mobility in urban areas, has its origin in the confrontation with motorized vehicles, as a sustainable response to the environment. In this context of sustainable mobility, the research team has studied the use of bicycles in Mediterranean cities, specifically in coastal tourist areas. The present work shows the development of a mobility index oriented to the bicycle, transport that competes with the private vehicle. By means of a survey methodology, the research group proceeded to collect field data and the subsequent analysis of them, for the development of a mobility index adapted to bicycle mobility, and with possibilities to adapt to urban environments. Summary This article presents a study aimed at comparing the perceptions of a group of students about their ICT competences with those of their teachers. The students taking part belong to the online degree at the Faculty of Contaduría and Administration of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. The measuring instrument comprised six types of competences: basic, implementation, deepening, teamwork, lifelong learning and ethics. Methodological, it was raised as a quantitative case study; it was developed by analytical, synthetic and theoretical deductive procedures. The results include the disparity between student and teacher assessments, with the tendency of the former to assign higher assessments than those assigned by teachers, even in complex competences. The survey shows that learners, while having basic digital skills, need to be strengthened in terms of implementation and deepening, which refer to the use of scientific information bases, analysis, collective work and ethical awareness. ; Resumen Este artículo expone un estudio cuyo objetivo fue cotejar las percepciones de un grupo de estudiantes sobre las competencias que tienen en tecnologías de información y comunicación con las de sus docentes. This article reflects on the inclusion-moderation thesis, which asserts that parties from the radical right become like mainstream parties once they move from the opposition to government. This mainstreaming primarily occurs through the moderation of issue positions and the decline of populism. In this article, I focus on populism and consider the role of party leadership for government parties. I distinguish between traditional and managerial leadership. While traditional leadership employs an adversarial strategy toward mainstream parties, managerial leadership adopts an accommodative strategy. This article looks at three phases: 1) the opposition period; 2) in office under traditional party leadership; 3) in office under managerial party leadership. I expect that, compared to the second phase when the party is in office under traditional party leadership, levels of populism are higher during the opposition period and lower when it is in office under managerial party leadership. The empirical part of this article conducts a quantitative content analysis on the populist communication of the Geneva Citizens' Movement, a radical right party from Switzerland. The findings tend to support my theoretical argument.

In this context, teachers working in special education structures are invited to respond to their challenging work, with a view to the social inclusion of people with disabilities. This survey aims to explore teachers' views on whether and to what extent the curriculum and the overall functioning of EVET Paramythas and Ptolemaida contribute to the social inclusion of pupils. We chose the quantitative approach as a method for carrying out the survey and the survey-specific questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results showed that NEETs do not remove the social exclusion of persons with disabilities, since they are disconnected structures from other educational structures, the teachers they teach are not permanent and have no specialisation in special education, and there are also a number of problems in the functioning of VET (economics, housing, etc.). With this survey, we are seeking to contribute to the research on the institution of special education, and in particular on issues relating to the PSCC structure, with regard to their functioning. Summary: This article documented two specific cases of political asylum granted in exceptional situations by the Mexican government to Brazilians persecuted by the military regime. In the first case, Gustavo Díaz Ordaz's government witnessed, between September 1969 and March 1970, some twenty political prisoners whose release and immediate dispatch to exile was forced by revolutionary organisations in Brazil in exchange for the release of two diplomatic officials, from the United States and Japan, who had previously been abducted by them. The second case was in 1973, when, in the context of the coup d'état that overthrow the government of Salvador Allende in Chile and the great solidarity that the Mexican government offered to the Chilean people, diplomatic asylum was granted to a group of 43 Brazilians who were persecuted there, but once in Mexico they were denied territorial asylum, forcing them to seek another country of asylum. These are SUI generis cases of political asylum, as they occurred in situations that had not previously been registered with any other exile community and are therefore illustrative and revealing the variations in the implementation of asylum policy in Mexico, particularly during the second half of the 20th century. ; Resumen: En este artículo se documentan dos casos peculiares de asilo político concedido en situaciones excepcionales por el gobierno de México a brasileños perseguidos por el régimen militar. Sustainability in Cultural Heritage (CH) is a complex question that needs to be addressed by a group of experts tackling the different issues. In this light, the present work wishes to provide a multi-level analysis of the sustainability in CH, using as an example a recent European H2020 project (CrossCult) and the lessons learnt from its design, implementation and evaluation. The sustainability of CH has qualitatively changed over the last few years, under the developments in digital technology that seems to affect the very nature of the cultural experience. We discuss sustainability in venues using digital technologies, covering a span of needs of small/unknown and large/popular venues, which try to enhance the visitor experience, attract visitors, form venue networks, etc. Moreover, we explore issues of sustainability of digital content and its re usability through holistic design. Aspects of technology, human networks and data sustainability are also presented, and we conclude with the arguments concerning the sustainability of visitor reflection, the interpretation of social and historical phenomena and the creation of meaning. International audience With the coronavirus crisis, remote nature destinations like Chilean Patagonia are worried of a possible collapse of tourism. Local communities, frightened by the risks of welcoming visitors, are withdrawing and protecting themselves. Entrepreneurs hope for a rapid return to "normality" in an area relatively untouched by COVID-19 but they fear the end of the tourism boom, as flying will remain an anxiety-provoking issue in a post-pandemic situation. These destinations have to refocus their offer in order to capture a national clientele, but this seems an unprofitable challenge for isolated areas. While entrepreneurs are refining their marketing plans and government services are establishing their secure reception protocols, leaders of ecological and conservation tourism projects along with rural tourism and leisure migration stakeholders are highlighting their assets. The current crisis could put an end to mass tourism, hypermobilities, projects based on high profitability and overtourism in iconic places. In that sense, the present global socioenvironmental crisis is an opportunity to rethink our relationship with nature and seek ways to strengthen local tourism systems, conceived as places to live and based on environmentally friendly rural economies, cultural, scientific, and traditional exchanges, attractive both to national and foreign visitors. ; Avec la crise du coronavirus, les destinations lointaines de nature comme la Patagonie chilienne sont inquiètes d'un effondrement du tourisme. Although the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) originated in China, now it is affecting over 200 countries and territories all over the world. The COVID-19 pandemic reaffirmed that we are living in a highly integrated globalized world. Since both are global risks related to China, we can think about COVID-19 in connection with the U.S.-China trade dispute. The U.S.- China trade war, which had been escalating since early 2018, seemed to abate when the two countries reached their first agreement in December 2019. Following this, the two countries signed a "phase one" deal on January 15 which came into effect on February 14 this year. Right after implementing the phase one agreement, the Chinese government also announced tariff exemptions on 696 items imported from the U.S., including pork, beef, soybeans, wheat, corn, ethanol, liquefied natural gas, crude oil, steel rails, and some medical equipment.

628 638 3 8 ; S ; [EN] Modulating the structures of subnanometric metal clusters at the atomic level is a great synthetic and characterization challenge in catalysis. Here, we show how the catalytic properties of subnanometric platinum clusters (0.5-0.6 nm) confined in the sinusoidal 10R channels of purely siliceous MFI zeolite are modulated upon introduction of partially reduced tin species that interact with the noble metal at the metal/support interface. The platinum-tin clusters are stable in H(2)over an extended period of time (>6 h), even at high temperatures (for example, 600 degrees C), which is determined by only a few additional tin atoms added to the platinum clusters. The structural features of platinum-tin clusters, which are not immediately visible by conventional characterization techniques but can be established after combination of in situ extended X-ray absorption fine structure, high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy and CO infrared data, are key to providing a one-order of magnitude lower deactivation rate in the propane dehydrogenation reaction while maintaining high intrinsic (initial) catalytic activity This work was supported by the European Union through the European Research Council (grant ERC-AdG-2014-671093, SynCatMatch) and the Spanish government through the "Severo Ochoa Program" (SEV-2016-0683).
