"Van Dijk presents a new theory of context that explains how text and talk are adapted to their social environment. He argues that instead of the usual direct relationship being established between society and discourse, this influence is indirect and depends on how language users themselves 'define' the communicative situation. The new concept van Dijk introduces for such definitions is that of context models. These models control all language production and understanding and explain how discourse is made appropriate in each situation. They are the missing link between language and society so far ignored in pragmatics and sociolinguistics. In this interdisciplinary book, the new theory of context is developed by examining the analysis of the structure of social situations in social psychology and sociology and their cultural variation in anthropology. Child delinquency is treated as a period of initial years of age when the child begins with the possibility of some responsibility before the law, which also process within the legislation for minors. In most countries this age ranges in the above limit, most commonly the lower limit for children delinquency is treated from age 10 to age 14. Furthermore, in the above age limit, the minor starts with rigorous accountability to the law.The term psychosocial interventions usually involve different procedures in individual and group psychotherapy, counselling, learning social skills, sociotherapy and crisis intervention, basic sign of psychosocial interventions management services and planned application of techniques derived from psychological principles that conduct qualified persons in order to change the basic features such as feelings, values, attitudes and behaviour that is deemed inconvenient.The purpose of this paper is to give a clear view of the use of psychosocial interventions in the field of children's delinquency that is, it is corroborated by theoretical and practical basis. In order to obtain relevant viability20of the presented theoretical aspects is accompanied by the experience of the Republic of North Macedonia, more precisely in the frame of the legal framework and practical experiences.

Mit Techniken der Datenfusion lassen sich Datensätze aus unterschiedlichen Stichproben auf der Basis gemeinsamer Variablen mit Hilfe des statistischen Matchings verschmelzen. So entsteht eine virtuelle Stichprobe, die zwar vollständig, aber künstlich geschaffen ist. Fehlen in einer Stichprobe Informationen über ein Individuum, so werden sie auf der Basis der Daten eines anderen, sehr ähnlichen Individuums aus einer anderen Stichprobe abgeleitet. Die Verfasser diskutieren die Möglichkeiten der Datenfusionstechniken und stellen Parameter der Verteilung aller Variablen in der künstlichen Stichprobe auf. Von Interesse ist dabei besonders die Korrelation von nicht gemeinsam beobachteten Variablen, die nur mit Hilfe des Matchings geschätzt werden können.
