The on-going research is being done to understand the existing sport-experiences of players and officials about the expansion of leadership abilities via sport. This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on n=472 (394 players; 78 officials) participated in the Inter-Regional u-23 Games, 2018 organized by the Directorate General of Sport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. A valid and reliable questionnaire was used for the collection of required data. The software package SPSS-24 was used to evaluate the collected data sets. Sports engagement has been found to play an important role in the expansion of leadership skills (p<.05) and the interrelationship between participation in sport and augmentation of leadership skills (.471 ** at 0.01). The inferential analysis revealed no significant difference between male and female players and coaches on the role of sport in the development of leadership skills (p > .05). However, significant differences were measured concerning the role of sport in developing important skills of leadership based on the respondents' sport experiences (p < .05). These findings can be attributed to the promotion of the sport proponents who argue that participation in sport is considered as an important tool that helps in developing important leadership skills among youth.

Respect means due regard for the rights of others, wishes and feelings on the behalf of their achievements, qualities and abilities. The study was cross-sectional in nature. The population comprised of principals, teachers, parents and students of all Public, Private schools and Deena Madras of Southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The key purpose of the study was to compare Public, Private schools and Deeni Madaris students regarding respect as a moral adjustment in society. The total numbers of (n=1500) respondents including "Principals, Teachers, Parents and Students" were taken as a sample through L.R. Gay Size rule of thumb. Convenient, stratified, simple random and disproportionate sampling techniques were used to gather data from the respondents. A statement regarding respect was developed on the six points following Likert type scale. Data was statistically analyzed through SPSS by using frequency and one-way ANOVA that provide important information for policymakers and the stakeholders. Results and conclusions were drawn. Social movements are considered to be a modern phenomenon but they have existed in the past as well. Aligarh movement initiated by Sir Sayyid Ahmed khan is a typical social movement from 19th century, aimed at modernization and uplift of the Muslim community of India. It emerged in a period when the Indian Muslims were facing a sharp decline in their socio-economic and political status. This decline had created a psychology of retreat among them wherein they suspected any attempt to reform their lot. For instance, the introduction of modern education by the British rulers was adopted by the Hindu majority for obvious economic benefits. Conversely, the Muslims remained wary of modern education, particularly the English language as a conspiracy to destroy their age-old culture and religion. In this backdrop Sir Sayyid Ahmed Khan's tireless drive to inculcate modern education proved to be a miracle that transformed the Muslim middle classes for the next century. Although Aligarh movement has attracted tremendous scholarship, there has been virtually little attempt to theorize it as a social movement. In this context the present paper aims to study Aligarh Movement on the parameters of contemporary theories highlighting the causal dimensions of social movements. It will particularly explore the relevance of the elements of deprivation, resource mobilization, political processes, structural strain and those highlighted by the new social movement theory as causal factors in the emergence and evolution of Aligarh Movement.

Fruits play key role in the development of a country and provide Sucrose vitamins and starch etc to human body. Seeing to its scope and demand the present study was arranged to see the impacts of credit program of ZTBL on fruits plant number return and problems faced to fruit growers in the selected area. The universe of the study was district Mardan which consist of three tehsil namely Mardan Takhth Bai and Katlang The total bank beneficiaries were 260 while the fruits growers were only 21. With the help of interview schedule data were collected from the respondents according to objectives and analyzed with the help of descriptive statistics and Paired t-test was used for comparison of fruit plant number and return. The finding of the study shows 76 effect of the credit was positive while 24 claimed the effects were negative. The total plant number of fruit after credit was 8523 and before credit was 3618 difference was 4905 while total change was 136 and plants number were found significant at 5 level. The total return after and before credit were Rs.1420341 and Rs.808347 respectively and difference was Rs.611994 and change was 76 and return was found significant The fruit grower faced larger number of problems i.e shortage of finance lack of quality variety water shortage attack of white ants and stem borer attacks complaint of stealing un-proper marketing system lack of support and subsidized price system and different pest attack etc. On the basis of problems following suggestions were recommended i.e. Credit facility according to requirement on low interest rate should be provided to the farmers quality variety supply to the farmer on low price by Government Department is requested Pesticide availability on low price and proper security to fruit production provision of proper marketing system agro-based industries establishment in the local region Provision of loan in time and on easy term for enhancement of0000 fruit production in the study area are recommended.
