This article aims to discuss the role humour plays in politics, particularly in a media environment overflowing with user-generated video. We start with a genealogy of political satire, from classical to Internet times, followed by a general description of "the Hitler meme," a series of videos on YouTube featuring footage from the film Der Untergang and nonsensical subtitles. Amid video-games, celebrities, and the Internet itself, politicians and politics are the target of twenty-first century caricatures. By analysing these videos we hope to elucidate how the manipulation of images is embedded in everyday practices and may be of political consequence, namely by deflating politicians' constructed media image. The realm of image, at the centre of the Internet's technological culture, is connected with decisive aspects of today's social structure of knowledge and play. It is timely to understand which part of "playing" is in fact an expressive practice with political significance.

The objective of this work is to understand the in-compression of the phenomenon of consciousness from the neurobiological and philosophical perspective, developing an initial reflection about the findings of the investigation "Consciousness: neurobiological and philosophical perspective" research group in ethics and political line and developing individual and collective consciousness doctorate in Cognitive Sciences, at the Autonomous University of Manizales. This article reports the uncertainties that arise from thinking when faced with the phenomenon of consciousness, it is no longer a fact easy to catch with words, as its prevalence is to show the human being as experience rather than theory. This makes its gaseous form for knowledge, but the attempts who have been made, both from neurobiology, and from philosophy, if not psychology, are ubiquitous in literature. Thus, the issue before us is to look some controversies both speculation formulated in philosophy and their possible relationships as in the neurobiology of consciousness, from Antonio Damasio ; El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en comprender la in-compresión del fenómeno de la conciencia desde la perspectiva neurobiológica y filosófica, desarrollando una reflexión inicial entorno a los hallazgos de la investigación "La conciencia: perspectiva neurobiológica y filosófica" del grupo de investigación en ética y política, y de la línea en desarrollo de conciencia individual y colectiva del doctorado en Ciencias Cognitivas de la Universidad Autónoma de Manizales. Este artículo da cuenta de las incertidumbres que brotan de la reflexión cuando los sujetos se enfrentan al fenómeno de la conciencia, pues no es un hecho que se deje atrapar fácilmente por las palabras, ya que su predominancia es aparecer al ser humano como experiencia y no como teoría. Esto hace que su forma sea gaseosa para el conocimiento, sin embargo, los intentos que se han hecho, tanto desde la neurobiología, como desde la filosofía, cuando no de la psicología, son muy abundantes en literatura. De esta manera el tema que nos convoca es mirar algunas controversias que se revelan tanto en las especulaciones que se formulan en la filosofía y sus posibles relaciones como en la neurobiología de la conciencia, sobre todo desde Antonio Damasio.
