RECOGNISING Didactic materials become increasingly significant and functional. They are a learning resource that optimises the development of the teaching/learning process because of its relevance, by allowing the student's autonomy and cognitive independence. The intention of this work is to raise awareness of how the functional Morphology subject, which has traditionally been complex for students in any of the careers that include it in their curriculum, plays an important role in the curriculum of the Licenciatura in Physical Culture because it allows for the comprehensive interpretation of biological adaptation processes that occur as a result of the systematic practice of physical exercises and, moreover, constitutes the necessary basis for biologically substantiating the regularities that characterise the Theory and Methodology of Physical Education and Sports Entry, it may be less traumatic with the use of semi-didactic materials in the classroom. ; RESUMEN Los materiales didácticos adquieren cada vez mayor significación y funcionalidad. Son un recurso del aprendizaje que optimiza el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje por su pertinencia, al permitir la autonomía e independencia cognoscitiva del estudiante. La intención de este trabajo es dar a conocer cómo la asignatura Morfología funcional, que tradicionalmente ha sido compleja para los estudiantes de cualquiera de las carreras que la incluyen en su currículo, y que desempeña un importante papel en el plan de estudios de la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física porque permite la interpretación integral de los procesos de adaptación biológica que ocurren como resultado de la práctica sistemática de los ejercicios físicos y constituye, además, la base necesaria para fundamentar biológicamente las regularidades que caracterizan a la Teoría y Metodología de la Educación Física y el Entrenamiento Deportivo, puede resultar menos traumática con la utilización de materiales didácticos en la clase encuentro, semipresencial.

RESULT: The aim of this text is to take a look at emotions and their relationship with voting. In particular, the impact of emotions on the 2018 presidential elections in Mexico. A conceptual and contextual literature review is carried out first on the subject. Secondly, the results of a survey on the elector's emotions towards the four presidential candidates are analysed. The results point towards politico-emotional polarisation which, on the one hand, highlights hope and security and, on the other hand, the eye. ; RESUMEN: El objetivo de este texto es emprender una mirada hacia las emociones y su relación con el voto. En concreto, el impacto de las emociones en las elecciones presidenciales de 2018 en México. Se realiza en primer lugar una revisión bibliográfica conceptual y contextual sobre el tema. En segundo término, se analizan los resultados de una encuesta sobre las emociones del elector hacia los cuatro candidatos a la Presidencia. [EN] Results from different authors showed deviations of radial orientation in the a*-b* plane (tilt) for the major axes of chromaticity-discrimination ellipses centered around the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) red color center [Color Res. Appl. 3, 149 (1978)], which are not considered by most of the current advanced color-difference formulas (e.g., CIEDE2000). We performed a visual experiment using red printed samples in order to test the influence of the separation between samples (gap) on the mentioned tilt. Our results confirm a counterclockwise tilt of fitted a*-b* ellipses with a magnitude of approximately 36 degrees for samples with no separation, which is similar to that detected by other authors, and a reduction of the mentioned tilt owing to the separation of the samples. We detected a tilt of approximately 22 degrees for samples with a black gap of 0.5 mm and a tilt of approximately 25 degrees for samples with a white gap of 3 mm. Notably, the uncertainty of previous values given by the corresponding credibility intervals of 95% posterior probability is approximately +/- 8 degrees of the mean values. Finally, we study the performance of the most widely used color-difference formulas in the graphic arts sector using our current experimental results, and conclude that the performance of the CAM02-SCD and CAM02-UCS color-difference formulas is significantly better than that of the CIEDE2000 formula. The controversy written by stoïcian Bardesane, in reaction to the positions of the Albinus platonician, was examined by Ephrem le Syrian, Christian and anti-bardesanite polemist. He is the author of the speech and our only source of information on this controversy. Initiation of the desk study and archaeological inventory survey described here are the plans of the municipality of Emmen to replace caravans with caravan homes in various places. In addition, there is an increase in the number of places of employment in a number of caravan locations and a transfer of ownership. As these plans are accompanied by soil interference, an archaeological preliminary investigation is necessary. This survey shall be carried out in accordance with the Law on archaeological conservation of monuments. According to the policy map of the municipality of Emmen, the Gierzwalje and Valtherlaan sites are subject to a research obligation. For the Lijsterveld and VLearning Ackers site, the planned work falls within the exemption limits and does not require archaeological research. The municipality of Emmen commissioned MUG Ingenieursbureau, Archeology Division, to carry out desk research and archaeological inventory research. For both sub-locations, a medium to high archaeological expectation was assumed on the basis of the desk study and the policy map of the municipality of Emmen. The high expectation was based, inter alia, on the location on the flank of the Honds back and the occurrence of podlox soils. Historical construction is not known within the sub-areas. There were also no earlier archaeological values or archaeological surveys carried out previously within the sub-areas. Archaeological values are known in the surrounding area. On the basis of the soil map, the Gierzwalu sub-site was known to have been present in the area of peat, which was later extracted. Peat growth started from late neolithicum. It is therefore likely that from late neolithicum to the late Middle Ages, when the area is extracted, it was not possible to live in the research area. However, loose findings can be expected from this period, such as the neolithic adulteration found in the surrounding area until iron time. Peer reviewed ; Strategic Plans, Citizen Juries, Participatory Budgets or Children Councils are some of the labels used to refer to processes that incorporate a certain component of citizen participation that have been taking place over the last few years. These processes have also become more common in Spanish local governments, especially since the nineties. The main aim of this chapter is to analyse what they mean and what they involve with respect to other formal mechanisms of participation that have been in operation in European cities for decades, and which were largely based on the role given to associations. We shall avoid here the justification of why it is necessary to open more forums to citizen participation in the design of public policies, a subject that we have already discussed in other papers (Font, 2001). Working therefore on the basis that this participation is necessary, the argument developed here refers to how these participatory processes work and who leads them. Specifically, we want to analyse a series of experiences which have in common the fact that they go beyond the instruments of associative democracy which most Spanish and European town councils have adopted for many years (Navarro, 1999). That is, here we shall study all those participation mechanisms involving some innovation with respect to the municipal consultative councils, the presence of which has become generalised in our large and medium-sized municipalities.

Carbon leakage in this pape ris the phenomenon whereby Electricity Intensive Industries subject to harsh environmental standards move their activity or part of it to more environmentally lenient regions. Carbon leakage has been mentioned as a possible outcome of the EU Emission Trading Scheme. Different studies are underway to assess the reality of the phenomenon and to devise policies to mitigate its possible impact. One remedy, proposed by the Energy Intensive Industries is to combine free emission allowances with a pricing of electricity whereby energy émissions and transmission costs are bundled and sold on an average cost basis. The paper attempts to model this proposal. We cast the problem in a spatial model of the power sector where generators can develop new capacities, the transmission system is organized on a flowgate basis, emission allowances are auctioned, except possibly for industries, and traded. The consumer market is decomposed in two segments. Industries purchase electricity according to some form of average cost price, the rest of the market is supplied at marginal cost. These equilibrium models are non convex. We present the models and discuss their properties. Companion papers report policy implications.

Using an analytical grid mixing international relations and public policy analysis, we assume in this paper that international organisations compete actively at the international level for the formulation of public policies. We enlighten the difficulties experienced by the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) both to exist and to be considered as legitimate in international arenas and debates on agricultural policies. Our main hypothesis to explain such difficulties is that the FAO makes a poor use of its cognitive resources and that its discursive production is weak. This hinders the FAO from adding value to international debates and from appearing as a legitimate discussion partner. In this paper, we propose three categories of explanatory variables for such a cognitive and discursive malfunctioning: (i) acting as an international bureaucracy, the FAO presents some specific organisational weaknesses (policy work organisation and coordination, cultural tensions and paradigmatic oppositions between units and departments, leadership and management problems); (ii) the FAO is subject to the political control of developed countries that are able to leverage budgetary pressure; (iii) no efficient measures have ever been taken to really include the civil society and peasant organisations in the FAO's policy works and thoughts. ; Dans un cadre analytique mélant approche cognitive des politiques publiques et sociologie des relations internationales, ce texte pose l'existence d'une concurrence internationale pour l'influence sur la fabrication des politiques publiques à laquelle prennent pleinement part les organisations internationales. This article reconsiders the links between writers and the state during the modernisation of Argentinian literature, when some of the new literature and its practices are legitimised by identifying the needs of the new public with the needs of the new citizens, i.e. responding to the market — en-modernisation (or producing for it and in its forms) what the state and modernisation demand for them. These writers, who are no longer 'politician lawyers', become pedagogues of the nationalism of the state or of the knowledge of good governance to become the writers called for by the market. At the same time, the question can only be seen clearly if it is also analysed what intellectual co-opting policies were deployed by the Modernising State. These views are illustrated by the cases of Roberto Payró, Leopoldo Lugones, Ricardo Rojas and Manuel Gálvez; some proposals by Josefina Ludmer, Graciela Montaldo and Julio Ramos on the subject were discussed. The experiences of developing 'green' and 'responsible' policies were initially carried out by industrial sectors posing major risks to the environment and thus subject to very young environmental legislation. Then, the increasing pressure from all stakeholders contributed to their development in a large number of organisations. Thus, the recent environmental management function has its full legitimacy within the undertaking which causes nuisances and risks to human health and the environment, known as 'industrial-environmental risks' (EIRs). How should this new function be understood? In this respect, the question of risk perception is interesting because we can better understand how the company perceives EIRs and organises itself internally to better manage them. It is therefore essential to understand how risk perceptions are formed and then to consider effective ways of preventing and managing EIRs. The question of the role of risk perception in putting in place management policies within the company remains largely unaddressed in the management literature. The aim of this paper is to present, on the one hand, a multidisciplinary analysis of the literature on risk and risk perception, one of the ways in which the concept of risk can best be understood. The risk, an unseizable and multidimensional concept, has been approached by various disciplines from the humanities and social sciences as well as from hard sciences. In particular, the concept of risk perception is first necessary in cognitive sciences (psychology, artificial intelligence, anthropology, etc.) and then in mathematics, which now finds applications in economic and management sciences. This article looks at full-scale examples as a sign of the dynamic debate, which encouraged the position to be taken in front of images, ranging from aesthetic decoration to moral behaviour designed by church power for faiths. If, as Lacan suggested, the necessary thing is 'what is constantly writing', my statement today is clearly to be placed under the auspices of this repetition of necessity. I will confine myself to pointing out echoes, reiterations, resorts, between a certain philosophical course of the 18th century and a certain current discourse on globalisation. Something "has always been writing" for at least 300 years, yet we are barely starting to take action. This 'something' comes to us on many fronts: untenability of our claims to free arbiter, inseparability of physical phenomena, denunciation of the blurring of methodological individualism, problem with the concepts of 'subject' and 'action', harmfulness of the categories of property and Mal, inadequacy of the political model of the nation state, deep suspicion of any form of identity claim, etc. All of this is a body and a tradition of thought that I will call — a bit arbitrarily — 'spinozist'. A few words first to justify this label. It is true that Spinoza's work provides a particularly fertile doctrinal matrix in that it enables political, psychology, epistemology, physics and metaphysics to be chained ('concatener'). It is very much because of its ability to offer an inclusive and self-founding framework that spinozism owes its past prestige and its current wealth, in a western modernity, in a permanent crisis of globalisation and in constant need of replenishment. Olympic Games; when is organising with derogations! As for each organisation of international sports events in our territory, and a fortiori for the Olympic Games in Eté, the administrative harassment which took over the state apparatus leaves little time for reflection, or even simply for discussion on the feasibility of such a project at a controlled cost. Law No 2018-202 of 26 March 2018 on the organisation of the Olympic and Paralympic Games of 2024 has indeed been the subject of an impact assessment, like all draft laws, but analysis of the text shows that the exercise is more formal than real. The impact study produced before Parliament 1 shows optimism that confines mystic beliefs. Thus, the question of the economic and financial impact is summarised on half page 2, the reading of which shows only that 'the public authorities (Etat, Région Ile de France and the City of Paris will provide the COJO with a grant of EUR 100 million for the organisation of the Paralympic Games'. On reading this impact study, the only cost to public authorities would therefore be EUR 100 million, not for the Olympic Games themselves but for the Paralympic Games. Other expenditure to be incurred by public authorities is carefully ignored. It is therefore understood that such an impact assessment is more part of the marketing plan than of an objective work of an evaluation of public policies.
