A trustworthy voting process in democratic is important that each vote is recorded with accuracy and impartiality. The accuracy and impartiality are tallied in high rate with biometric system. One of the sign is a fingerprint. Fingerprint recognition is still a challenging problem, because of the distortions among the different impression of the same finger. Because of the trustworthy of biometric voting technologies, it may give a great effect on numbers of voter-s participation and outcomes of the democratic process. Hence in this study, the authors are interested in designing and analyzing the Electronic Voting System and the participation of the users. The system is based on the fingerprint minutiae with the addition of person ID number. This is in order to enhance the accuracy and speed of the voting process. The new design is analyzed by conducting pilot election among a class of students for selecting their representative.

This article examines three digital-era social-issue documentaries – Sin by Silence, Playground, and Semper Fi – to reveal elements of cultural and narrative influence that contributed to legislative change in the United States. Expanding the coalition model of documentary's political impact through case studies and in-depth interviews with policy subnetworks shaped for each film – policymakers and legislative staffers, advocacy group leaders, and documentary directors – this study finds that social-issue documentaries are influential for U.S. policy engagement when they are perceived as emotional, factual, and nonpartisan. Documentary is thus positioned as 'situated knowledge' in a policymaking context – narrative that presents human implications and lived experiences. Ultimately, the policy impact of these documentaries is attributed to the dual defining characteristics of documentary: creative expression and reflection of truth. The present work contributes to expanding literature about documentary and social change.
The objectives that make up the study are to reflect on the manifestations of capitalism that accentuate the expressions of the social question in Latin America in the current context, as well as to problematize the Social Question in the case of Paraguay, highlighting the demands of historically oppressed population segments. Also and no less important, build relationships between the social question, social rights and Social Work, considering the studied segments. In the whole of the subject to which this study is linked, theoretical foundations are exercised, the investigative competence focused mainly on the bibliographic review, data systematization, building a product that enables both training and information. Latin America is configured as dependent or periphery of world capitalism. The expressions of the social question in each country present their own peculiarities according to the geographic context that is located. Based on this reflection on social rights and public policies, that although those established as state policies are scarce in the country, but rather as government plans or they are not implemented as planned, observing the absence of the State in various areas, we can say that confronting the expressions of the social question is even more challenging for Social Work in Paraguay.
