This study has been conducted to explore the important social determinants of entrepreneurship success. Families' involvement is crucial for entrepreneurship success. The myth is prevailed in our society as successful life is to be opened as to secure a position in public or private sector. Social determinants are not discussed in detail before. To know what social determinants are important to equip success in business? Qualitative exploratory case study method (Yin. K, 2014) was used to explore social determinants in detail. Field notes were taken on note book with pencil and interviews were recorded personally by the researcher himself and these field notes and data were transcribed to document the important patterns and themes. Thematic analysis was applied to the data for analysis purpose. Findings of the study depicted that family business involve in entrepreneurial intention, role model provide supportive material, family financial help, prior business experience, entrepreneurship knowledge and understanding, were the important determinants of entrepreneurship success.At the end of the paper it was suggested that entrepreneurship training must be provided by the government institution and universities must induct degree program in entrepreneurship. Seminars and conferences on entrepreneurship awareness must be organized by nongovernmental organizations with the collaboration of government agencies and institutions.

Abstract
The article provides a comprehensive overview of attitudes towards nonbinary pronouns, with the aim of better
understanding why these pronouns are either accepted or rejected. Attitudes towards nonbinary they and the
neopronouns ze and xe are explored with a thematic analysis of data derived from a larger online
survey on pronouns (n = 1128). While the results demonstrate various polarized stances for both types of
pronouns, the participants' reactions highlight greater acceptance of and support for nonbinary they. In
addition, the paper proposes that broader ideologies about gender are behind the participants' overt reactions to nonbinary
pronouns. Most notably, while some participants rejected the pronouns on the basis of a binary gender ideology, others viewed
gender as a matter of self-identification, accepting any pronoun an individual chooses for themselves.

Quality of life (QOL) is a common notion that conveys an overall sense of well-being and encompasses numerous characteristics of happiness and general contentment with life. Young adolescents are the most significant segment of the population because they are energetic, vibrant, innovative, and dynamic by nature. They have a strong sense of purpose, motivation, and determination, making them the most precious human resource for developing a nation's economic, cultural, and political development. The number of a country's young population determines its ability and potential for growth. Their importance in enhancing a country's defence strength is undeniable. If the youth's energy and passion are properly channelled, they can make a significant difference in society and propel the country forward. They are the digital innovators in their communities, and they take part as active citizens who wish to contribute to long-term development, particularly in the face of the current COVID pandemic. This segment of the population must be effectively harnessed, motivated, skilled, and streamlined in order for a country to make rapid progress. Thematic Analysis of Quality of Life among Young Adolescents in India is explored in depth in this article.

Following the end of slavery, the Indians contracted to work in the colonies were always seen in a negative light; they were known as 'beasts of burden'; the designation 'coolie' itself, at the time, was a derogatory term. At the beginning of the 20th century, as black intellectuals Sedar Senghor, Marcus Garvey and W.E.B. Dubois brought about a new consciousness, a renaissance of black cultures and values, other intellectuals in the colonies began to realize that their cultural specificities demanded similar awareness and recognition. Chamoiseau and Confiant were pioneers in writing about the Creole experience and identity, and popularized the concept of Creolite. However, it was recognized that Creolite could not be applied equally to all social constituents. Khal Torabully's concept of Coolitude provides us with a theoretical framework within which the term coolie undergoes a radical change. The term is here divested of all negative associations and invested with positive connotations: shared experiences during the voyage by sea and during exile in the land of adoption, where all migrants in Coolitude have a common culture and have forged a plural identity.

Explanatory models (EMs) for illness are highly relevant for patients, and they are also important for clinical diagnoses and treatment. EMs serve to capture patients' personal illness narratives and can help reveal how culture influences these narratives. While much research has aimed to understand EMs in the Western hemisphere, less research has been done on other cultures. Therefore, we investigated local causal attributions for mental illness in Cuba because of its particular history and political system. Although Cuban culture shares many values with Latin American cultures because of Spanish colonization, it is unique because of its socialist political and economic context, which might influence causal attributions. Thus, we developed a qualitative interview outline based on the Clinical Ethnographic Interview and administered interviews to 14 psychiatric patients in Havana. We conducted a thematic analysis to identify repeated patterns of meaning. Six patterns of causal attribution for mental illness were identified: (1) Personal shortcomings, (2) Family influences, (3) Excessive demands, (4) Cultural, economic, and political environment in Cuba, (5) Physical causes, and (6) Symptom-related explanations. In our sample, we found general and Cuba-specific patterns of causal attributions, whereby the Cuba-specific themes mainly locate the causes of mental illness outside the individual. These findings might be related to Cubans' socio-centric personal orientation, the cultural value of familismo and common daily experiences within socialist Cuban society. We discuss how the findings may be related to social stigma and help-seeking behavior.

Violence risk instruments are widely employed with at-risk minority clients in correctional and forensic mental health settings. However, the construction and subsequent validation of such instruments rarely, if at all, incorporate the perceptions, worldviews, life experiences, and belief systems of non-white communities. This study utilized a culturally informed qualitative approach to address the cross-cultural disparities in the forensic risk literature. Cultural perspectives on violence risk assessment were elicited from a sample of 30 American Indian and First Nations professionals from health, legal, and pedagogical sectors following an inspection of the Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth instrument. Generally, participants believed that the Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth instrument was not culturally appropriate for use with American Indian and First Nations youth in its current form. Recurrent themes of concern included the instrument's negative labeling capacity, lack of cultural contextualization, individualized focus, and absence of cultural norms and practices. Recommendations to improve the cross-cultural applicability of the Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth are discussed within.

Since discovering SARS-CoV-2 (previously known as nCoV-19), an emerging infectious disease caused by a new virus under the family Coronaviridae, the number of reported occupational-related violence among frontline healthcare workers has been increasing. This study used a qualitative design that employed a random selection of fifteen (15) respondents from the five (5) DOH Hospitals in Central Luzon (Region 3). The data were analyzed to determine the codes/labels and the themes of the study. Analyses of the interviews identified four (4) significant themes, namely: (1)Awareness of Maltreatment, (2) Optimistic Perspective, (3) Spiritual Positivism, and (4) Proactive Health & Information Drive. Thesefindings suggested that government officials, hospital administrators, and community leaders should provide a concrete policy guideline on the safety of health care workers during the COVID-19 pandemic and impose necessary sanctions on those who pose a risk to their safety under the governing laws.In addition, the findings of the study also providethe need to address pressing issues on lack of support from different institutions especially in cases of communicable diseases such as COVID-19. It also suggests additional investment in health, science & technology, advancement in laboratory assays and medicine, and additional human resources accommodate increasing cases of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases.

This case study describes how the method of thematic analysis was used in a research project examining the phenomenon of cyberbullying in the United Kingdom, from the perspectives of students between 13 and 16 years of age and their teachers. In this case study, we focus on the methodological steps underlying the data collection (sampling, ethical approval, and interviews), the analysis (thematic coding), and the case report. Furthermore, we illustrate the method with one of the identified codebooks Threat to Self and Well-Being and discuss the implications of cyberbullying for the cyber-victim. Finally, we provide some guidelines on how the method of thematic analysis can be used to examine the phenomenon of cyberbullying.

Purpose
Although thematic analysis is a commonly used technique, this paper aims to explore the potential advantages (and drawbacks) of both thematic analysis and a dialogic approach to qualitative data analysis.


Design/methodology/approach
Initially, the epistemology and application of each design, thematic analysis and dialogic analysis are compared. Then, examples of coding segments of narrative data from 85 open-ended interviews with older adults exploring the meaning of place and place-attachment are presented through both thematic and dialogic analyses.


Findings
The conclusion offers suggestions about how dialogic analysis can add additional context and more participant inclusion and agency to thematic analysis.


Originality/value
The blending of these two qualitative analysis approaches offers better emphasis on fully presenting older individuals' narratives.
