There is increasing evidence that scientific misconduct is more common than previously thought. Strong emphasis on scientific productivity may increase the sense of publication pressure. We administered a nationwide survey to Flemish biomedical scientists on whether they had engaged in scientific misconduct and whether they had experienced publication pressure. A total of 315 scientists participated in the survey; 15% of the respondents admitted they had fabricated, falsified, plagiarized, or manipulated data in the past 3 years. Fraud was more common among younger scientists working in a university hospital. Furthermore, 72% rated publication pressure as "too high." Publication pressure was strongly and significantly associated with a composite scientific misconduct severity score.

The results of this study indicate that there is development of topics about the Chinese Indonesian issues. At the beginning of the reform in 2000 until 2005, they much-discussed about discrimination, conflict and anti-Chinese sentiment, identity and culture. While the post 2005, the topics become more diverse, covers culture (art, food, tradition, literature, religion, architecture, etc.), identity, biography, history, role in Indonesian society and new issue such as women's issues. The legal deposit copy, obliging each recipient to provide its eternal preservation, has always guaranteed the completeness of joint library resources, formed by native libraries. In course of time, a new approach proved itself: if it were undesirable and, moreover, impossible in the conditions of stack crisis to preserve constantly everything published, the depository libraries should be given the right to choose materials having permanent information, cultural and historical value. It determined the necessity of partnership between libraries of different types and kinds, coordination in document resources formation, other activities aspects. However, a number of legal juristic acts and financial documents, adopted in the previous decade, changed the paradigm of interrelations between institutions of different financial forms. Profiling their resources, libraries of higher educational institutions consciously limit subjects and types of editions as well as depth of their retrospection with due regard for possibilities of satisfying their users' wide information needs by the stocks of other – basicly large universal scientific – libraries. For all that, practice of stocks formation even in SPSTL SB RAS indicates of the short supply – because of small circulation of this literature, lack of proper information and non- receipt of legal copies, etc. – of scientific editions of this segment. Statistic data formed on the base of a number of Novosibirsk State Universities publishing repertory as well the results of the analysis of this segment of SPSTL SB RAS stocks could serve as an obvious case. We suppose that it is necessary to cumulate statistical data on other basic universities of the Siberian Federal Region (SFR). That will permit, from our viewpoint, not only to determine with a high degree of certainty modern completeness and guality of SPSTL SB RAS' stock formation as the receiver of the legal deposit copy, but also to formulate perspectives of interaction between all the actors of the territorial scientific-aducational complex.
Political freedom cannot be separated from the freedom of conscience, reason and thought. Christian vocation to evangelize concerns the teachers of theology who following theological methods are responsible for seeking suitable ways to preach Christian teaching to the people of their time. The journal SOTER opens this possibility in Lithuania. The aim of the article – to reveal quantitative and qualitative aspects of the scientific topics of the journal. The tasks of the article: 1) to show the importance of theology science in spreading Christian culture; 2) to identify the seeking of wisdom and truth in philosophical tradition; 3) to show the priority of Catholic educa tion; 4) to do research on folk devotions, ethnoculture, Christian art and culture; 5) to give the structural analysis and methodology of the SOTER scientific publications. The Methods: Quantitative, qualitative and statistical methods are used in order to research the topics of the publications and interdisciplinary aspects of them: a detailed analysis of the contents, the programme of mathematical statistics (Microsoft Excel). The freedom of religion is a cultural value. Through culture the Church becomes closer to the nations but as a sign of transcendence, in different cultures it has to preserve the identity of the faith. The care about the objectives of the faith enables the Church to educate clerics and lay people on a high level of theology. The journal SOTER published a lot of articles by the scientists of theology during the ten years. These are the publi-cations on Church history, dogmatic, moral, pastoral, fundamental, ecumenical, spiritual theology, vocations, liturgy, Canon Law, Catholic social teaching. Different theological topics are rather proportional in the journal. [.]
