This study focuses on participation in the implementation and influence of community participation on the application of Smart Village in Village-Owned Enterprise. In the theory of community participation in the implementation phase, there are indicators to measure community participation, namely participation with energy, participation with money, participation with goods, and also participation with ideas. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection, namely questionnaires and literature study. The population number of studies was 28141 people. The sample calculation results in this study were 100 respondents. The survey results are then processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that of the four indicators of community participation mentioned above, two of them influence the development of Smart Village. At the same time, the other two do not affect the development of Smart Village. Indicators that influence the development of Smart Village are participation with energy and participation with goods. In other words, residents of Panggungharjo Village participated in the implementation of the Smart Village in Village-Owned Enterprise and donated some of the items needed to develop the Sustainable Village-Owned Enterprise Panggung Lestari. Whereas participation with money and participation with ideas do not influence the development of Smart Village. The recommendation in this study is that the village government or Village-Owned Enterprise managers can increase community participation in various ways such as involving the community directly in the management of Village-Owned Enterprise and providing space for the community to contribute actively to the form of physical participation

This study aims to analyze legals on village government authority in village assets management. The study was conducted at Tateli and Kanonang village, Minahasa Regency by legal research. The Empirical Legal Research method was used directly on informants in Minahasa Regency. The study finds that: (1) The authority of the village government in managing assets as a source of original village income is opaque. (2) The village decentralization system has not yet reached financial decentralization. (3) Village autonomy and autonomy of financial sector remains difficult to realize in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between the village head and the village consultative body in Ubung, Buru Regency. The research problem is focused on the collaboration between the village head and the village consultative body in containing the spread of Covid-19 in Ubung. The study employed a qualitative approach, with a total of twenty informants chosen at random. This study was conducted in the village of Ubung, with informants including village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body, representatives of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, as well as community representatives considered to possess competencies relevant to the research objectives. This study collects data about the partnership relationship through observation and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis under Miles, Huberman, and Spradley's concepts. This study concludes that the village is extremely responsive in planning and implementing the management of Covid-19, making it easier for the community to be involved. The village side also adjusts to the existing conditions to carry out the control of Covid-19, specifically by conducting analysis and identification to decipher the program of activities that will be planned in collaboration with the Village Consultative Body. In the division of Village Consultative Body tasks, the village government prioritizes development sector implementation and public awareness, while the village government focuses more on-field segmentation planning.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is effectiveness of village-owned enterprise optimization, village wealth management, and village government performance management on the early increase in village income in Badung Regency. ; METHODOLOGY: This survey was conducted in seven villages in Badung Regency. This study used purposive sampling, by determining the sample with certain criteria, namely the village selected as the sample is a village that has a village-owned business entity and its operational activities are still active. The sample size of this survey was 61 respondents, that is, staff directly involved in the management of households in the village. This study used multiple regression. ; FINDINGS: Based on the results of the analysis and testing conducted, optimization of the management performance of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa), Village Asset Management and Village Government will have a positive effect on the increase in the village's original income of Badung Regency. ; ORIGINALITY/VALUE: This study aims to determine by testing empirically the effect of optimizing village owned business entites, village assets management, and village government managerial, performance on increasing village original income. ; peer-reviewed

Cet article analyse un conflit local survenu au sein d'une commune de 5 000 habitants, lié à l'installation, de 2016 à 2018, d'un « village d'insertion » pour 80 migrants roumains précaires. Pour en comprendre les ressorts sociologiques et politiques, il mobilise, dans un premier, temps la notion de syndrome Not In My Backyard ( nimby , « Pas dans mon jardin »), utilisée dans de nombreux travaux depuis les années 1980 pour étudier les conflits liés à l'implantation de structures sociales. Il démontre, ensuite, que ce conflit dépasse les frontières de la commune par l'irruption d'acteurs extérieurs à celle-ci : d'une part, des groupuscules d'extrême droite engagés dans une « guerre culturelle » contre l'immigration ; d'autre part, le diocèse de Lyon impliqués dans une réponse large d'accueil des migrants. Enfin, par une comparaison avec une situation similaire mais non conflictuelle, le texte pose la question du poids et de l'influence de chacun des facteurs internes et externes dans la production de conflits locaux d'implantation.

This study aims at finding out the actual condition of community empowerment activity and improvement of productive economic activities through village funds financing and gaining information on Village Funds management to increase productive economy in the village level. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach using Milles and Huberman as its method of analysis. This study finds that village funds financing is able to improve people's welfare. This is evident from various achievement of the government of Bone Bolango regency. The success of this village funds in improving people's welfare has made the central government to increase the village allocation funds for this regency annually. This village allocation fund is distributed through two channels: 1) direct disbursement for productive economic activities (grant), (2) fund disbursement for productive economic activity through Village Owned Enterprise (Hereinafter will be referred as BUMDes). To optimize this village funds management, several strategic steps such as: 1) increasing the capacity of village institution; 2). Establishment of Business Units as a joint working group needs to be done.

Innovation, creativity and productivity in rural areas are generally limits by human resources, funding and technology. High poverty in rural areas in Indonesia reach 13.47% (bps.co.id). This condition caused difficulties to the community's development, especially an improvement of their economy and welfare.One of the efforts that can be done to overcome these problems is through the development of Smart Village. Smart Village is an ecosystem consisted of various elements to improve the community's quality of life and the village environment involving various stakeholders such as the government, private companies, academics and the village community's elements.This research aims to review the concept of Smart Village development and practices in Indonesia by using one case study from the development concept to the implementation. In details, the study seeks to:i. review the theory and concept of Smart Village development,ii. identify components or elements of Smart Village,iii. review the Smart Village development practices, andiv. formulate the strategic recommendation of Smart Village development.A case study data was obtained from Lingsar Village, West Lombok Regency, Indonesia. The analysis will be done with descriptive analysis approach.Finally, the paper covers a case study of small village and information to support the practice of smart village implementation. The initiative will be useful as a reference for rural development science.

India, a developing country and we all Indians are trying to make it a develop country. But not a single factor will make it so. Smart cities are one of those factors. While everybody is busy dealing with smart cities, we forgot that we have villages too. So, we also need to make our villages smart. Maharashtra government is trying to make its villages better. They are launching various schemes for the same. Now, it is the responsibility of Gram Panchayts to get them applied effectively and within a short period of time. As a result, village growth will take place indirectly resulting in growth of state as well as country. In this particular project we are about to deal with the Pimpalgaon Malvi village. Though some basic amenities like electricity, clean drinking water, road network, e – learning is available but the village is still lack of sewage water disposal, solid waste management, rain water harvesting, biogas plants, energy conservation, bus stop, street lights etc. So by applying these factors we can make the village smart.
