In der Onkologie sind schwere Beeinträchtigungen der Lebensqualität allgegenwärtig. Dennoch fehlt es im Klinikalltag häufig an einer psychosozialen Betrachtung der Problematik und ausreichenden Angeboten zur psychosozialen Einbettung der PatientInnen in ihrem stark veränderten Lebensalltag. Qualitätssicherung bei der psychosozialen Begleitung und Bewältigungsunterstützung in Kliniken ist zunehmend im Kommen, jedoch insbesondere für 'weichere Bereiche' wie die psychosoziale Versorgung ein komplexeres Unterfangen als in der medizinischen oder pharmakologischen Versorgung. Kombinationsuntersuchungen aus qualitativen und quantitativen Herangehensweisen mit halbstrukturierten Interviews auf der einen und Testverfahren auf der anderen Seite bieten sich hier an, um sich dem Gegenstand von verschiedenen Seiten zu nähern. Ein Kooperationsprojekt zwischen der Klinischen Sozialarbeit der Mund-Kiefer- und Gesichtschirurgie des Universitätsklinikums Heidelberg und der Alice-Salomon-Hochschule Berlin evaluiert derzeit den Beitrag der des Kliniksozialdienstes zur psychosozialen Versorgung. Im vorliegenden Artikel wird die explorative Auswertung der ersten fünf Interviews anhand eines Belegbeispieles und die daraus entwickelte Hypothesenbildung dargestellt.

Der Autor führt eine Tendenzanalyse der psychotherapeutischen Beratungs- und Behandlungsstrategien und -konzepte durch und kommt dabei zu folgendem Ergebnis: 'Mit der Hereinnahme der Eigenverantwortung/ Therapiewilligkeit in Verbindung mit dem sozialwissenschaftlichen Erklärungsmodell psychischer Krankheit in die therapeutische Praxis klammern die Psychologen faktisch das aus, was sie in reformerischer Absicht unter großem Getöse einst in die therapeutische Behandlung hineinholen zu müssen glauben - ihre psychosoziale Verantwortung. Das sozialwissenschaftliche Krankheitsmodell in Verbindung mit den objektiven psychosozialen Versorgungsstrukturen suggeriert Hilfe, die die Veränderung der krankmachenden Lebensumstände mit einbezieht. Tatsächlich hilft sie nur denen, die die bestehenden Verhältnisse und die in diesen konstituierten Normen und normierenden Hilfsangeboten akzeptieren - die anderen grenzt sie aus.' (Autorenreferat)

"'Frühförderung' bezeichnet pädagogische und therapeutische Maßnahmen für behinderte und von Behinderung bedrohte Kinder in den ersten Lebensjahren. Die Umsetzung der Frühförderung als interdisziplinäre 'Komplexleistung', die sich aus medizinisch-therapeutischen und heilpädagogischen Maßnahmen zusammensetzt und ambulante und mobile Betreuung mit einschließt (vgl. Paragr. 26, 30, 56 SGB IX) bereitet seit Jahren Schwierigkeiten. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat die Bundesregierung die vorliegende Studie in Auftrag gegeben, um Aufschluss über die Organisation und die Finanzierung der Frühförderung und über den Grad ihrer Umsetzung als Komplexleistung zu gewinnen. Neben vielfältigen Informationen über die Situation und die Rahmenbedingung der Frühförderung in Deutschland enthält die Studie auch Hinweise zu besonderen Problemen, die im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Frühförderung als Komplexleistung entstehen und spricht Empfehlungen aus, wie diesen Problemen zu begegnen sei." Background: Health literacy (HL) is considered to be an important precondition for health. HL research often identifies migrants as vulnerable for low HL. However, in-depth data on HL among migrants especially in its domains of health care, disease prevention and health promotion and its determinants are still scarce. Objective: The aim of this study was therefore to analyse the current status of HL among migrants and their descendants from Turkey and from the former Soviet Union (FSU) in Germany and factors associated with it. This has not been studied using large-scale data and bilingual interviews. We differentiate between dimensions of HL, namely the domains of health care, disease prevention and health promotion which goes beyond many previous studies. In addition, we explore new mechanisms by testing the explanatory power of self-efficacy and interethnic contacts for migrants' HL. Methods: The study includes 825 first- and second-generation adult migrants from two of the largest immigration groups in Germany, from Turkey and FSU, who were interviewed face-to-face in German, Turkish or Russian in late summer 2020. HL was measured using the HLS 19 -Q47 instrument. Age, gender, educational level, social status and financial deprivation, chronic illness, health-related literacy skills, self-efficacy, interethnic contacts, migration generation, duration of stay and region of origin were considered as possible determinants. Ordinary least square regressions were estimated. Results: The average general HL score was 65.5. HL in health promotion and disease prevention was lower than in health care. Low financial deprivation, health-related literacy skills, and self-efficacy were positively correlated with each HL domain. Educational level, social status, age, gender, duration of stay and interethnic contacts were positively correlated with HL in some domains. Region of origin was only correlated with the domain of disease prevention until interethnic contact was accounted for. Conclusion: Our study contributes to the existing knowledge by analyzing different domains of HL and testing its correlations with self-efficacy and interethnic contact among migrants. We reveal that migrants cannot generally be considered as vulnerable for low HL, as oftentimes outlined. There is a need for interventions e.g. to enhance the understanding of health information among subgroups with lower HL.

Die Zusammenstellung gliedert aktuelle sozialwissenschaftliche Literatur- und Forschungsnachweise zum Thema Essstörungen in fünf Kapitel: das erste Kapitel versammelt Überblicksarbeiten und empirische Studien; das zweite beschäftigt sich mit Therapieformen und im engeren Sinne medizinischen Ansätzen; Kapitel drei präsentiert Untersuchungen zu Essstörungen in verschiedenen sozialen Gruppen und dem Einfluss von Variablen wie Alter, Geschlecht und sozialem Status; der folgende Abschnitt nimmt die familialen Strukturen und das Umfeld der Erkrankten in den Blick; Kapitel fünf thematisiert, welche Wirkungen Körperbilder, Identitäten, gesellschaftliche Normen haben; das letzte Kapitel schließt mit Arbeiten zu Essverhalten und der Prävention von Essstörungen als einem wichtigen Bereich von Public Health.

In diesem Beitrag nutze ich einen diskursanalytischen Ansatz zum Verständnis von Identitäten, die durch den Erhalt psychiatrischer Diagnosen als Dilemmata konstruiert werden (ich werde diese im Weiteren als "diagnostische Identitäten" bezeichnen), und zum Nachvollzug der folgenden Aushandlungen von Identität im Lichte dieser Dilemmata. Konkreter interessiert mich die Diagnose Schizophrenie und wie Menschen, die als schizophren diagnostiziert wurden, ihre Identitäten konstruieren. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt der Schizophrenie-Diagnose ist, dass die eigene Identität möglicherweise als bedroht (und bedrohlich) erlebt wird mit Blick auf die zahlreichen negativen und ganz überwiegend stereotypisierten Vorstellungen, die über Schizophrenie existieren.
Indem ich auf Literatur aus dem Bereich der Gesundheitsversorgungsforschung zurückgreife, versuche ich über die Begrenzungen einer psychiatrisch-biomedizinischen Perspektive hinauszukommen um verstehen zu können, welchen Einfluss derartige Klassifikationen und Zuschreibungen auf diejenigen haben, die sie erfahren. Ich zeige auch die diskursiven Überarbeitungen individueller diagnostischer Identitäten und deren Strategien wie z.B. Widerstand gegen die Diagnose, Versuche, sich von der Diagnose zu distanzieren, eine Existenzialisierung der Diagnose oder deren Anerkennung, ohne zugleich zu akzeptieren, als schizophren diagnostizierte Person ein "soziales Risiko" zu sein.

"Der Vortrag beschreibt ein Konzept zur Analyse von historischen, autobiographischen Dokumenten, in denen die Autoren über selbst erlebte Erfahrungen des 'Deliriums' und des Wahns berichten. Grundlage ist eine aktuelle Studie (Brückner 2006) über 121 Fälle von psychischen Grenzerfahrungen aus dem europäischen Raum seit der Antike bis 1900. Das methodische Design soll vorgestellt werden und wird mit Fallvignetten aus dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert illustriert. Im Zentrum steht eine methodologisch und kulturhistorisch begründete Argumentation für die Realisierung der Subjektperspektive in der Psychiatriegeschichte. Die medizingeschichtliche Biographieforschung zielt traditionell entweder auf die Viten 'großer' Ärzte oder auf die Pathographien 'berühmter' Persönlichkeiten. Erst in den letzten 25 Jahren haben sich auch patientengeschichtliche Untersuchungen durchgesetzt (vgl. Porter 1987). Um die Sichtweise der historischen Subjekte von Krankheitserfahrungen zu erschließen, bieten sich Selbstzeugnisse und persönliche Dokumente als empirisches Material an. Mit dem inhaltlichen Fokus auf das Gebiet der Psychosen und speziell auf die Erfahrung des Wahns, kann die Perspektiventriangulation zum kritischen Leitprinzip einer gültigen und zuverlässigen Auswahl der subjektiven Texte werden. Im Kern handelt es sich um eine qualitative Stichprobenziehung; charakteristisch dafür ist die ständige Verfeinerung der Auswahlkriterien im laufenden Forschungsprozess durch die Wechselwirkung zwischen Einzelfallrekonstruktion, Hypothesenbildung und Stichprobenerstellung. Am Anfang stehen begriffsgeschichtliche Untersuchungen: Wahnphänomene wurden vor dem 19. Jahrhundert noch nicht mit dem heute geläufigen, psychiatrischen Wahnbegriff bezeichnet, sondern seit dem 16. Jahrhundert mit dem umfassenden Begriff des 'Deliriums'. Zu kurz griffe nun eine Selektion des Materials am Maßstab von heutigen diagnostischen Kriterien (retrospektive Diagnostik) oder aber allein am Maßstab der früheren historischen Begrifflichkeiten, ersteres würde die historischen Bedeutungsgehalte 'präsentistisch' unterschlagen, letzteres würde Erkenntnisfortschritte 'kontextualistisch' nivellieren. Demgegenüber gilt es, die Sichtweise der Autoren, das Urteil ihrer nahen Zeitgenossen und die heute möglichen Interpretationen systematisch zu vergleichen, um entscheiden zu können, ob ein Text relevante Passagen enthält und damit zur Stichprobe gehört oder nicht. Die Quellen sollten zudem weiteren Gütekriterien genügen. Die Untersucherperspektive geht als Expertenperspektive in die Beurteilung ein. Dabei kommt es nicht darauf an, zu entscheiden, ob eine bestimmte Person tatsächlich krank war, sondern darauf, entsprechende Hypothesen methodengeleitet zu produzieren und die Kriterien zu explizieren. Auf diese Weise kann eine heterogene Vorauswahl von fraglichen Texten in eine vergleichbare Stichprobe überführt werden, die dann weiter untersucht werden kann, etwa hinsichtlich der sozialen Bedingungen des Schreibens, der subjektiven Krankheitstheorien der Autoren, ihres Sprachverhaltens oder ihrer Bezüge auf die zeitgenössische Theoriebildung." This article is divided in two parts; the second part (consisting of Sections 3, 4 and 5) will be published in the next issue of FQS. After asking what is typical or general in the life history of Hülya as a migrant worker in Germany and what is exceptional or unique (Section 1) the biographical processes of her life history up to the most central episodes of her conventional and estranging pre-arranged marriage and her way out of it through divorce after having stayed in Germany for several years will be delineated (Section 2). Before reaching this turning point Hülya not only undergoes the "common" type trajectory of a migrant worker - the trajectory of being a cultural stranger, of being void of language, of being exploited by hardest sorts of work -, but, in addition, her personal biographical development is retarded by the exceptional, but probably not totally untypical experience of being trapped within a situation of compulsory labour (resembling slave labour). For a long time she also feels obliged to remain in her trajectory position of an isolated migrant worker, since originally she had mainly meant to go to Germany in order to support her poverty stricken family back in Turkey with her earnings. Partly based on the fear that she will get self-alienated and "petrified" like the older women with whom she dwells and works together Hülya accepts a pre-arranged marriage (probably mainly negotiated by her mother) as the only way out of her predicament. But willy-nilly Hülya must learn that she - already embarked on her way to an individualized and emancipated existence - cannot live in such a superimposed arrangement, and therefore she distances herself from her husband through the biographical escape action schemes first of returning to Germany alone and then of pushing ahead her divorce. Hülya's way of rendering her life history (which Section 3 will focus on) is quite straightforward in most parts of her narrative. But it is obvious that she is ashamed to tell about her estranging marriage and her disreputable divorce. Dealing with this emotionally difficult turning point in her life history Hülya tends to report in a quite laconic and evasive way. But in doing so she realizes that her story line would get implausible if she continued narrating like this. Therefore she inserts a number of background constructions and argumentative explanations in her laconic line of narration. Part of the article is focussed on this "disorderly" kind of rendering. Then the 4th part of the article resumes the reconstruction of the biographical processes of Hülya's life up to the "presence" of the interview situation in 1986. Here the focus is on (a) Hülya's medical problems seen as a typical transformation of the migrant worker's trajectory of exploitation and self-alienation and (b) her processes of learning and metamorphosis in reaching the present biographical and social state of a highly individualized and emancipated woman. Part of Hülya's emancipation process is her disguised self-distancing from the ways of feeling and thinking of her late beloved mother and her expectations towards the life course of her daughter Hülya. (This is biographical work hidden even to herself.) The 5th section of the interview deals with Hülya's blend of biographical work and of collective identity work in existing as a "marginal personality" according to the early Chicago Sociologists' understanding of marginality as cultural hybridity. Pursuing this line of analysis the article finally deals with Hülya's use of the communicative scheme of argumentation, which becomes linguistically dominant in the coda part of her main autobiographical account and which remains dominant during the subsequent part of questions and answers.

Проблемы эволюции военно­ социологических исследований приобретают не только внутринаучное, но и социальное звучание.Сегодня научные работы по проблемам военной организации общества представляют самые различные научные дисциплины. Исследуются исторические, педагогические, экономические, философские, социологические, медицинские и другие аспекты проблемы обеспечения военной безопасности общества. В работах российских исследователей, которых большинство, раскрыты и проанализированы особенности и характерные черты процесса становления социологического подхода к изучению военно­социальных явлений. Вместе с этим на сегодняшний день недостаточно исследована эволюция военно­социологических исследований.Автор знакомит читателя с основными результатами социологического исследования, посвященного изучению эволюции военно­социологических исследований на постсоветском пространстве за период 1993 – 2013 годов.При проведении исследования использовались сами диссертационные работы, а также библиографические указатели Российской государственной библиотеки, Национальной библиотеки Украины имени В. И. Вернадского, Национальной библиотеки Беларуси, национальных библиотек бывших советских республик в сети Internet. The nature of these threats calls for reform of the military organization of the world. Scientific support of the military reform is the key to its effective implementation. The problems of the evolution of military sociological research are not only internal academic, but also social significance.Today, the scientific work on the military organization of society represent a variety of scientific disciplines. Explores the historical, educational, economic, philosophical, sociological, medical, and other aspects of the problem of ensuring the military security of the society.In the works of Russian researchers, the majority of which are disclosed and analyzed the features and characteristics of the process of becoming a sociological approach to the study of military and social phenomena. At the same time today is not enough to investigate the evolution of military sociological research.The author introduces the reader to the main results of a sociological study on the evolution of military sociological research on post­Soviet territory during the period 1993 ­ 2013 period. The study used themselves dissertations, and bibliographies: Russian State Library, the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I.Vernadsky National Library, the National Library of the former Soviet republics in the Internet. The total number of theses in 1621.The results showed that during the period from 1993 to 2013 on sociological subjects were protected by 82 theses. The most studied problems of military organization management processes are found in the military organization, its social structure. Less studied the economic aspects of the military organization. The study of the dynamics of military sociological research has shown that the problems of the social structure of the military organization in the long term remain valid. The economic aspects of the military organization only become relevant. It's a natural tendency, which reflects the influence of both objective and subjective factors at the present stage of reforming the military organization.

After more than half a year of apparent success at controlling Covid-19 infections, Thailand registered a shocking spike in numbers in the second half of December 2020. The first batch of infections emerged in the province of Samut Sakhon, just southwest of Bangkok, at a major shrimp market when up to 1,300 persons were detected with the feared coronavirus in a matter of days. And after barely two weeks, infections were seen in up to 33 provinces throughout Thailand. Although four provinces including Samut Sakhon were placed on regional lockdown, this was unable to slow the spread of Covid-19. By the first week of 2021, 28 provinces throughout the country were declared 'red zones' and subjected to lockdown measures in varying degrees of severity. Going into the second half of January 2021, daily infections were numbering more than 200. The Thai government, however, has resisted calls to impose blanket lockdowns nationwide, so far placing only 6 provinces under provincial lockdown. By the start of February 2021, the 7-day average of infections number was more than 850, with the majority of cases found in Samut Sakhon through what the authorities have referred to as 'active testing'.

Poverty simulations suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic and the measures implemented by the government to contain the spread of the virus will increase the number of poor in the country. As such, various social safety nets were implemented by both the national and local government agencies to help the affected individuals, families, and enterprises cope with the economic effects of COVID-19 and to smoothen their consumption particularly during the initial stages of the national lockdown, albeit temporarily.
