A search is presented for excited electrons and muons in ??? final states at the LHC. The search is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb ?1 of proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, collected with the CMS detector in 2016. This is the first search for excited leptons at s = 13 TeV. The observation is consistent with the standard model background prediction, and the most stringent exclusion limits to date are set on the excited lepton mass and the compositeness scale, at 95% confidence level. Excited electrons and muons are excluded for masses below 3.9 and 3.8 TeV, respectively, under the assumption that the excited lepton mass equals the compositeness scale. A search for the pair production of heavy fermionic partners of the top quark with charge 5/3 (X 5/3 ) is performed in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the CMS detector at the CERN LHC. The data sample analyzed corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb ?1 . The X 5/3 quark is assumed always to decay into a top quark and a W boson. Both the right-handed and left-handed X 5/3 couplings to the W boson are considered. Final states with either a pair of same-sign leptons or a single lepton are studied. No significant excess of events is observed above the expected standard model background. A search is performed for events consistent with the pair production of a new heavy particle that acts as a mediator between a dark sector and normal matter, and that decays to a light quark and a new fermion called a dark quark. The search is based on data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 16.1 fb ?1 from proton-proton collisions at s=13 TeV collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC in 2016. The dark quark is charged only under a new quantum-chromodynamics-like force, and forms an "emerging jet" via a parton shower, containing long-lived dark hadrons that give rise to displaced vertices when decaying to standard model hadrons. The data are consistent with the expectation from standard model processes. Limits are set at 95% confidence level excluding dark pion decay lengths between 5 and 225 mm for dark mediators with masses between 400 and 1250 GeV. Decay lengths smaller than 5 and greater than 225 mm are also excluded in the lower part of this mass range. The dependence of the limit on the dark pion mass is weak for masses between 1 and 10 GeV. A search for heavy resonances, decaying into the standard model vector bosons and the standard model Higgs boson, is presented. The final states considered contain a b quark-antiquark pair from the decay of the Higgs boson, along with electrons and muons and missing transverse momentum, due to undetected neutrinos, from the decay of the vector bosons. The mass spectra are used to search for a localized excess consistent with a resonant particle. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb?1 collected in 2016 by the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC from proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The data are found to be consistent with background expectations. Exclusion limits are set in the context of spin-0 two Higgs doublet models, some of which include the presence of dark matter. The North Anatolian fault (NAF), a 1000 km-long dextral fault zone is known for its strong seismic hazard. It accommodates the westward motion of Anatolia, relative to Eurasia. In its western part, the NAF splits into three strands, one of which passing south of the Marmara sea and the Iznik lake. This NAF middle strand (MNAF) shows nowadays a very low seismic activity. However, this area has been characterized by a significant earthquake hazard over the last two millennia. Several ancient authors mention the occurrence of more than six destructive earthquakes that impacted Iznik (old Nicaea), which was an important political and religious centre during the Hellenistic and Roman periods. Our study aims to constrain the recent seismic activity on the MNAF in the Iznik area at different time scales through a multidisciplinary approach coupling earth science and archeology.The first goal of this thesis is to develop the study of ancient buildings as archives of the historical seismicity by observing their successive damages and repairs. The city of Nicaea is appropriate for this kind of study as it presents several well preserved ancient buildings that bear traces of numerous repairs. I focus my study on the critical infrastructures for the city such as the 3 km-long protecting walls. This also includes the aqueduct that provided the city with water and is crossed by a segment of active fault, and a Roman basilica recently discovered underwater in the Iznik lake 20 m far from the shore. Applying different dating techniques (stratigraphy of the archaeological building, 14C) to the various materials of these buildings (terra cotta, mortar, concretions on the aqueduct), I was able to identify at least three damaging earthquakes since the 6th century AD. The amount of damage on these buildings allows to estimate local intensities at VIII on the European macroseismic scale (EMS98). Thanks to numerical simulations, I show that the current deformation visible on a Roman obelisk north of Iznik is compatible with magnitudes close to Mw 7 for epicentral distances smaller than 15 km.The second goal of this thesis is to constrain the Quaternary slip rate on the MNAF and better understand the formation of Iznik Lake, a 313 km²-large lake located just west of the city, which is the largest freshwater lake in the Marmara region. The main faults around the lake were mapped using a high-resolution DEM derived from Pleiades images. Geomorphic markers offset by the MNAF were systematically measured. The statistical analysis of the offsets revealed six major ruptures preserved in the landscape, with coseismic displacements between 2 and 6 m. The ages of three levels of lacustrine terraces north of the lake were quantified by radiocarbon and in-situ produced 10Be. A minimal horizontal slip rate of 2.9 mm/yr was estimated. The southward tilting of the lake paeloshorelines is compatible with a high vertical slip rate on the MNAF around 6 mm/yr.While working on the morphology and lithologies of the Iznik area, we have discovered significant evidence for LGM glacial events. The U-shaped morphology of several successive valleys east of Iznik Lake separated by topographic highs is interpreted as the print of past glaciers. This is confirmed by the presence of moraine deposits on the sides of the valleys, erratic blocks from various lithologies and glacio-lacustrine sediments. The geographical distribution of these morphological and lithological markers enabled us to reconstruct the former location and eastward retreat of this glacier. The absolute ages obtained from glacial deposits and alluvial sediments postponing the glaciation are compatible with paleoenvironmental proxies in Iznik Lake and previous studies of other Turkish LGM glaciers. This constitutes the first evidence of glaciation at low elevations in Turkey. ; La faille nord anatolienne (NAF), une zone de faille dextre longue de 1000 km est caractérisée par un fort aléa sismique. Grâce à des simulations numériques, je montre que les déformations visibles sur un obélisque romain au nord d'Iznik sont compatibles avec des magnitudes proches de Mw 7 pour des distances épicentrales inférieures à 15 km.Le deuxième objectif de cette thèse est de contraindre la vitesse de glissement quaternaire sur la MNAF et de mieux comprendre la formation du lac d'Iznik à l'ouest de la ville. Ce lac de 313 km² est le plus grand lac d'eau douce de la région de Marmara. Les principales failles autour du lac ont été cartées avec un MNT de haute résolution dérivé d'images Pléiades. Les marqueurs géomorphologiques décalés par la MNAF ont fait l'objet de mesures systématiques. L'analyse statistique de ces décalages a mis en évidence six ruptures majeures préservées dans le paysage, avec des déplacements cosismiques entre 2 et 6 m. Les âges de trois niveaux de terrasses lacustres au nord du lac ont été quantifiés par radiocarbone et 10Be produit in situ. J'ai pu déterminer un taux de glissement horizontal minimum de 2.9 mm/yr. Le basculement vers le sud des paléorivages est compatible avec un taux de glissement vertical élevé sur la MNAF autour de 6 mm/yr.En travaillant sur la morphologie et les lithologies de la région d'Iznik, nous avons découvert des preuves d'épisodes glaciaires LGM. La morphologie en U de plusieurs vallées à l'est du lac d'Iznik, séparées par des sauts topographiques correspond à l'empreinte d'anciens glaciers. Cette hypothèse est confirmée par la présence de moraines en bord de vallée, de blocs erratiques aux lithologies variées, et de sédiments glacio-lacustres. La distribution spatiale de ces marqueurs morphologiques et lithologiques nous permet de reconstruire l'emplacement et le retrait vers l'est de ce glacier. Les âges absolus des dépôts glaciaires et des alluvions postérieurs à la glaciation sont compatibles avec des proxies paléoenvironnementaux provenant du lac d'Iznik et les études réalisées sur d'autres glaciers turcs LGM. Il s'agit de la première découverte de glaciers à si basse altitude en Turquie.

Ce lac de 313 km² est le plus grand lac d'eau douce de la région de Marmara. Les principales failles autour du lac ont été cartées avec un MNT de haute résolution dérivé d'images Pléiades. Les marqueurs géomorphologiques décalés par la MNAF ont fait l'objet de mesures systématiques. L'analyse statistique de ces décalages a mis en évidence six ruptures majeures préservées dans le paysage, avec des déplacements cosismiques entre 2 et 6 m. Les âges de trois niveaux de terrasses lacustres au nord du lac ont été quantifiés par radiocarbone et 10Be produit in situ. J'ai pu déterminer un taux de glissement horizontal minimum de 2.9 mm/yr. Le basculement vers le sud des paléorivages est compatible avec un taux de glissement vertical élevé sur la MNAF autour de 6 mm/yr.En travaillant sur la morphologie et les lithologies de la région d'Iznik, nous avons découvert des preuves d'épisodes glaciaires LGM. La morphologie en U de plusieurs vallées à l'est du lac d'Iznik, séparées par des sauts topographiques correspond à l'empreinte d'anciens glaciers. Cette hypothèse est confirmée par la présence de moraines en bord de vallée, de blocs erratiques aux lithologies variées, et de sédiments glacio-lacustres. La distribution spatiale de ces marqueurs morphologiques et lithologiques nous permet de reconstruire l'emplacement et le retrait vers l'est de ce glacier. Les âges absolus des dépôts glaciaires et des alluvions postérieurs à la glaciation sont compatibles avec des proxies paléoenvironnementaux provenant du lac d'Iznik et les études réalisées sur d'autres glaciers turcs LGM. Il s'agit de la première découverte de glaciers à si basse altitude en Turquie.

The first political trame of the Venezuela urban history, established by "La Comisión Municipal de Urbanismo"in 1937;"La Dirección de Urbanismo","El Plan Monumental de Caracas' in 1939 and the 1952 and 1954 Caracas planimetry regulation plan, ruled the urban planning development and appointed a new social and institutional order.With the single-family house concept as a study unit, the first city densification process was established, following an open connected set of statutes and urban plans, during the 1945-1965 period.For which it is of undoubtedly testimonial value in the city's morphological growth. From the simplicity of Armando Reveron's El Castillete in 1920 and Carlos Raúl Villanueva's Caoma 1951-1952 and Sotavento 1957-1958 at the littoral central coast; as well as Dirk Bornhorst's Hato Hamburgo1956 and Klaus Heufer's Quinta 'H' 1960 in Caracas, are clear examples of the constructive outthrust in which the house is built using the single-family house concept.lnitial demonstrations that compose the spirit of the time and the starting point of this study. The analysis explores processes architectonic, considering as a fact what belongs to the local place. A method that will prove,which ones are the great 'invariants' that a culture transmits and how they can be used as materials of the project. The single-family house concept developed by a group of foreigners architects, concretes the notion of modern will. Some of them lived in Venezuela ,in the United States; others went back to Europe; but, all of them made multiple contributions out of the experience they brought from their countries of origin.The method (means,way) of interaction with the local scenery sets the introduction to the first steps of the project activity between the local people, the outsiders and the landscape. However,it is just only through the single-family house concept that the following personalities stand out: Jan Gorecki (1914), Russian origin; Klaus Heufer (1923) and Dirk Bornhorst (1927), both born in Germany; Richard Neutra (1892-1970), Austrian origin;Arthur Khan (1910) born in lstanbul, Turkey and finally: Gio Ponti (1897-1970), Domenico Fillipone(1903-1976), Athos Albertoni (1905-1977) and Guido Guazzo (1930), all of ltalian precedence.The significance of the whole process goes far beyond the constructive assorted offer; there existed a concentrated and significant amount of architectural requests at national level; mainly, impelled by and as a consequence of an intense and profitable oíl activity, between 1945 and 1965. During this period, the European architects, the Venezuelan ones and their clients, showed an ostensible national leadership. They constitute a generation that prompted the construction of a new stage in the local architecture.The typology of the single-family house projected by these professionals was driven in a particular way during the mentioned period, reached an important grade of development and a great conceptual and formal quality.Their own houses play a main role in the repertory that composes this investigation (investigative work) and with them,through them; we reach the point of defining the modern will in the single-family house concept. Problem Durumu: Bugün, teknolojik ve bilimsel gelişmelerin yoğun etkisiyle ekonomiden siyasete, spordan doğal felaketlere kadar birçok alanda ve sorunda dünya dinamiklerinin sürekli olarak değiştiği bir çağ yaşanmaktadır. Bu çağın sihirli sözcüğü ise küreselleşmedir. "Küreselleşme" ya da "Globalleşme", tüm dünyanın birbirine bağlanmasının yakından hissedilmesi üzerine gereksinim duyulmuş bir sözcüktür. Alanyazın incelendiğinde küreselleşmeye ilişkin birbiriyle benzeşen ve farklılaşan yönleriyle kimi tanımlamalara ya da yaklaşımlara rastlandığı görülmektedir. Küreselleşmenin belirtilen boyutlarının sonucu olarak dünya adeta "Global Köy" haline gelmiştir. Küresel eğitimin en temel amacı da bu "Global Köy" toplumunun üyeleri olarak yetişecek bireylerin gerekli ve yeterli bilgi, beceri ve tutumlarla donatılmış bir biçimde yetişmelerini sağlamaktır. Küresel eğitime göre, öğrencinin, gelişen ve değişen dünyanın getirdikleriyle başa çıkabilecek bilgi, beceri ve tutumlarla donatılmış; yaşadığı toplumun, devletin ve dünyanın vatandaşı olmanın getirdiği sorumluluk ve bilince sahip olması gerekmektedir. Bu sorumluluk ve bilinç ile tüm insanların dünyaya uyum sağlaması beklenmektedir. Sosyal bilgilerin temel amacı ise, birbirine karşılıklı olarak bağımlı bir dünyada, kültürel olarak çeşitlilik gösteren ve demokratik bir toplumun bireyleri olarak, genç insanları, kamusal yaşama katılım için gerekli bilgi ve karar alma mekanizmalarıyla donatmak biçiminde tanımlanmaktadır. Buna paralel olarak sosyal bilgiler eğitimcisi bilim insanlarının yapmış oldukları tanımlamalar doğrultusunda sosyal bilgiler eğitimi anlayışının küresel eğitimin kültürel çeşitlilik, küresel bağımlılık, demokratik toplum için yeterlilik sahibi ve karar alabilen bireyler yetiştirilmesi gibi temel ortak noktaları bulunduğu görülmektedir. Küresel eğitime ilişkin ilk çalışmalar ve ilk uygulamalar, ABD ve İngiltere'de başlamış olmakla birlikte, günümüzde hem birçok ülkede akademisyenlerce çalışılan bir alan olmuş hem de birçok ülkenin eğitim politikalarını, kurumlarını ve programlarını doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak etkilemiştir. Ülkemizde de, son dönemde küreselleşmenin eğitime etkisine yönelik çalışmalar olmakla birlikte, küresel eğitimin tarihsel ve kuramsal çerçevesi temel alınarak yapılan çalışmalara nadiren rastlanmaktadır. İlgili alan yazın incelendiğinde ülkemizde Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin bireyleri içinde bulunduğu toplumsal ve kültürel yaşama hazırlama gibi bir görev üstlendiği görülmektedir. Bu nedenle, sınıf öğretmenlerinin gözüyle Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin küresel eğitim ile olan ilişkisine ve Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin küresel eğitimin amaçlarına hizmet edebilme bakımından ortaya konması bir gereklilik olarak görülmüştür. Böylece, yurtdışında alan uzmanları tarafından son elli yılda ortaya konan küresel eğitimin ülkemizdeki Sosyal Bilgiler derslerinde ne kadar yer aldığı ve nasıl yer alması gerektiği ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca, yurtdışında uygulamalı araştırmaların daha fazla olduğu ve uygulamalı araştırmaların alanyazındaki küresel eğitim tanımlamalarına uygun bir çerçevede yürütüldüğü görülmüştür. Yurt içinde yapılan çalışmalar daha çok küreselleşme ya da küreselleşmenin eğitime yansımaları biçiminde olduğu; doğrudan küresel eğitim ile ilgili olmadığı da görülmüştür. Araştırmanın Amacı: Bu araştırmanın amacı 4. ve 5. sınıfı okutmakta olan sınıf öğretmenlerinin Sosyal Bilgiler dersi bağlamında küresel eğitime ilişkin görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda şu sorulara yanıt aranmıştır: 4. ve 5. sınıfı okutan sınıf öğretmenleri; ? Küreselleşme, kültür ve küresel eğitim kavramlarına ilişkin ne düşünmektedirler? ? Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde öğrencilere çoklu bakış açısının kazandırılması konusunda ne düşünmektedirler? ? Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde kültürel konuları nasıl işlediklerine ilişkin görüşleri nelerdir? ? Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde küresel olaylar, sorunlar ve gelişmeleri nasıl işlediklerine ilişkin görüşleri nelerdir? ? Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde küresel bağlantılar ve küresel bağımlılığa ilişkin konuları nasıl işlediklerine ilişkin görüşleri nelerdir? ? Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretim programında küresel eğitimin nasıl yer alması gerektiği konusundaki görüşleri nelerdir? ? Sosyal Bilgiler derslerinde öğrenci çalışmalarında küresel eğitim öğeleri nasıl yer almaktadır? Araştırmanın Yöntemi: Bu araştırmada, küresel eğitime ilişkin sınıf öğretmenlerinin geçmiş deneyimleri, şu anki uygulamaları ve küresel eğitimin sınıf öğretmenleri için ne anlama geldiği araştırma konusu derinlemesine irdelenmek istendiğinden olgubilim deseni uygun görülmüştür. Araştırmada katılımcılar ölçüt örneklem yoluyla seçilmiştir. Katılımcıların seçiminde belirlenen ölçütler "(1) 2011-2012 eğitim öğretim yılında 4. ve 5. sınıfı okutmak ve (2) 2004 ilköğretim Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programı ile 1998 programının her ikisini de okutmuş olmak" olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda altı farklı okuldan on iki sınıf öğretmeniyle görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin Sosyal Bilgiler derslerinde gerçekleştirdikleriödev çalışmalarından ulaşılabilen 105 ödev de elde edilen doküman verileri bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir. Bu araştırmada, görüşmeler sınıf öğretmenlerinin küresel eğitime ve Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde küresel eğitime yönelik geçmiş yaşantılarının ve deneyimlerinin derinlemesine incelenebilmesi için "Üç Görüşme Modeli" üzerine temellendirilmiştir. Veri toplama araçlarının geliştirilmesi sürecinde ilk olarak araştırmacı tarafından görüşme soruları geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen görüşme soruları, iki alan uzmanı, bir dil uzmanı ve bir yöntem bilimi uzmanının görüşlerine sunulmuştur. Uzmanlardan gelen dönütler doğrultusunda, sorularyeniden düzenlenmiştir. Ardından, görüşme sorularının pilot uygulaması iki sınıf öğretmeni ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğretmenlerle yapılan pilot görüşmeler sonucunda soruların işleyip işlemediği belirlenmiş, yeniden gerekli düzenlemeler yapılmış ve görüşme formuna son şekli verilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, görüşme yapılan öğretmenlerin kendi sınıflarındaki öğrencilerin Sosyal Bilgiler derslerinde yapmış oldukları dokümanlar da incelenmiştir. Dokümanların incelenmesi sürecinde herhangi bir ölçüt belirlenmemiş; ulaşılabilen dokümanların tümü incelenmiştir. Öğrenci ürünleri incelenerek, hem inandırıcılığın artırılması hem de öğretmen görüşlerinin sınıf içerisindeki yansımalarına ulaşmak amaçlanmıştır. Görüşmeler ve dokümanlar yoluyla elde edilen verilerin analiz edilmesinde içerik analizi yaklaşımı benimsenmiştir. Araştırmanın Bulguları: Araştırma verilerinin analizi sonucunda dört ana temaya ulaşılmıştır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşleri bağlamında "Küreselleşme, kültür, küresel eğitim kavramlarına ilişkin bulgular; Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde küresel eğitime ilişkin bulgular; Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde küresel eğitimin daha etkili sunulabilmesi için öneriler" olmak üzere üç temel bulguya ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte incelenen öğrenci dokümanlarından elde edilen bulgular ise kendi içerisinde "Çoklu bakış açısı, kültür, küresel sorunlar, küresel bağlantılar, değerler, teknolojik gelişmeler" gibi birtakım kategorilerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın Sonuçları ve Önerileri: Araştırma sonuçlarına dayalı olarak Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin küresel eğitim alanyazınında belirlenen çerçevesi bakımından oldukça önemli bir ders olduğu ancak gerek öğretmen görüşlerinden gerek öğrencilerin Sosyal Bilgiler dersi kapsamında yapmış oldukları ödevlerden anlaşıldığı üzere dersin küresel eğitim bakımından yüzeysel kaldığı anlaşılmıştır. Bu noktada Sosyal Bilgiler dersinin daha etkili bir biçimde gerçekleştirilmesi için küresel eğitimin kuramsal çerçevesi ve uygulamada yapılması gereken eksikliklerin giderilmesi gerektiği önerilebilir. ; Problem Statement: In recent years in Turkey, studies have been conducted that focus on the effects that globalisation has on education, but there have not been any papers based on the historical and conceptual framework of global education. Examining the literature, it can be argued that social studies courses have played a role in preparing individuals for the social and cultural lives in which they live. For this reason, it seems to be necessary to reveal the relationship between social studies courses and global education, as well as the extent to which the courses serve the aims of global education from the perspectives of primary school teachers. This study aims to reveal primary teachers' views on training individuals who can adapt to today's world based on the basic framework of global education in the context of social studies courses, and will also present solutions for preparing students for an increasingly global world. Purpose of the Study: This study aims to investigate primary school teachers' views about global education in social studies courses. Method: Semi-structured interviews and documentary analyses were implemented in this phenomenological paper. Interviews were conducted with 12 primary school teachers at six different primary schools in Eskisehir. Documentary analyses were based on the students' assignments from the interviewed teachers' classes. In this process, 105 assignments were analysed. Content analysis was used to analyse both interviews and assignments. Findings: According to the analysis process, four main themes emerged: (1) definitions about globalisation, culture and global education; (2) global education in social studies courses; (3) suggestions about infusing global education in social studies courses; and (4) students' assignments in social studies courses. Conclusion and Recommendations: According to the findings, it is found that there are misconceptions about global education and globalisation in teachers' identifications. In the paper, it was found that the teachers' definitions of globalisation and culture were mostly positive. Respect to differences toward multiple perspectives was mentioned in the social studies courses; however, this was not reflected in the students' work. It was found that activities that can be regarded in the context of global issues and global connections were insufficient and superficial.

Bu durum okulların değişen bağlamlara hızlı uyum sağlamasını ve esnek bir yapıya sahip olmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Okulu yeniden yapılandırma ve okula dayalı yönetime vurgu yapan reform hareketleri, okulu geliştirmede temel araç olarak katılımcı yönetimi ileri sürmüşlerdir. Bu süreçte bilim adamları, geleneksel ast-üst ilişkisinin vurgulandığı bürokratik yapıdaki okullarla elde edilemeyecek başarıların, yetkilerin dağıtılması ve merkezi olmayan yönetim yapısı ile ulaşılabileceğini savunmuşlar ve katılımcı yönetimin günümüzün en iyi yönetim yaklaşımı olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Bu nedenle, iş örgütlerinde ve okullarda katılımcı karar vermenin araştırma, politika ve uygulamalar için merkezi bir tema olduğu ileri sürülmüştür. Alanyazında katılım ya da katılımcı liderlik, ortak karar verme süreci ya da hiyerarşide astlar ve üstler arasında karar vermede paylaşılan etki olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bu açıdan katılımcı yönetim, karar verme yetkisinin dağıtılmasına ve gücün paylaşılmasına odaklanmıştır. Karara katılmanın mükemmel okul için sosyal kapasiteyi ve kararın niteliğini artıracağı, öğretmenlerin motivasyonlarını yükselteceği, iş hayatının niteliğine katkıda bulunacağı, mesleki eğitimi ve demokratik okul ortamını geliştireceği ileri sürülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin karar sürecine katılımı ile ilgili pek çok araştırma yapılmıştır. Katılımcı liderlikle öğretimsel gelişme, öğrencilerin akademik çıktıları, öğretmen performansı, örgütsel bağlılık ve doyum arasında pozitif ilişki bulunmuştur. Günümüzdeki yüksek rekabet koşulları öğretmenlerin formal iş tanımlarının ötesinde çaba göstermelerini zorunlu kılmıştır. Değişen durumlar karşısında okullar, formal iş gereklerinin ötesinde katkıda bulunmak isteyen öğretmenlere daha çok bağımlı hale gelmiştir. İşgörenlerin formal sorumluluklarının ötesinde çaba harcamaya istekliliği etkili örgütsel performansın temeli olarak görülmektedir. Alanyazında emredilmeden yapılan örgüte yararlı davranışlar, formal rol sorumluluğuna dayalı zorunlu davranışlardan ayrılmış ve bu davranışlar örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı olarak nitelendirilmiştir. Bilim adamları örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının örgütsel başarı üzerindeki etkisini kabul etmiştir. Lider destek algıları, adalet, bağlılık, doyum gibi genel duyuşsal moral faktörlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ile ilişkisi belirlenmiştir. Yardım etme davranışı, sportmenlik, örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel uyum, bireysel girişim, sivil erdem ve kişisel gelişim olarak ileri sürülen örgütsel vatandaşlık davranış boyutlarından bireysel girişimin, diğer boyutlardan farklı olarak gelişimsel ve ilişkisel kategorilerden birine yerleştirilemeyeceği belirtilmiştir. Bireysel girişimin, örgütün performansını geliştirmek için gönüllü yapılan yaratıcılık ve yenilik eylemleri olarak diğerlerinden farklılaştığı ileri sürülmüş ve bu kavram değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı kavramı ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Bireysel girişimin, gönüllü yapılan yaratıcı eylemleri ve bir görevi geliştirmek için tasarlanan yenilikleri içerdiği belirtilmiştir. Günümüzde okulların etkili olabilmesi için yenilikleri uygulaması yaşamsal öneme sahiptir. Liderlik örgütsel yeniliği etkileyen en önemli faktörlerden birisidir. Alanyazında yaratıcılık, yeni ve yararlı fikirlerin üretilmesi, yenilik ise bu fikirlerin örgütlerde başarılı şekilde uygulanması olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Katılımcı yöneticiler, yeni olanakları keşfetmesi, yeni bilgiler üretmesi ve bunları uygulaması için öğretmenleri cesaretlendirir. Bu nedenle katılımcı liderlik davranışının değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını etkilediği ileri sürülebilir. Üstlerin katılımcı liderlik davranışlarını astların iş performansına etkisini açıklamak için kullanılan motivasyonel model, karara katılmanın astlara içsel ödüller sağladığını ileri sürmektedir. Alanyazında içsel motivasyonun yetenek, otonomi ve ilişki ihtiyaçlarından kaynaklandığı belirtilmiş ve katılımcı liderliğin içsel motivasyonun bir kaynağı olduğu ileri sürülmüştür. Karar sürecine katılım astların aidiyet duygusunu, öz yeterliğini ve kontrol duygularını (otonomi) artırdığı ve böylelikle çalışanların içsel motivasyon düzeyini yükselttiği söylenmiştir. Konu ile ilgili araştırmalar, çalışanların otonomi duyguları desteklendiğinde, düşük kontrol algıladıklarında içsel motivasyonlarının yükseldiğini ileri sürmüşlerdir. Bu açıklamalara dayalı olarak katılımcı liderliğin içsel motivasyonu artıracağı söylenebilir. Araştırmanın Amacı: Bu araştırmanın amacı, katılımcı liderliğin değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ile ilişkisinde, içsel motivasyonun aracılık etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaca yönelik, katılımcı liderliğin içsel motivasyonu ve değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını yordama düzeyi ile içsel motivasyon ve değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın Yöntemi: Bu araştırma, ilişkisel tarama modelinde bir çalışmadır. Araştırmaya Niğde merkez ve merkeze bağlı 68 ilköğretim okulunda çalışan 850 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada katılımcı liderlik ölçeği, içsel motivasyon ölçeği ve değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık ölçeği olmak üzere üç farklı ölçek kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Katılımcı liderliğin değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışına etkisi Baron ve Kenny (1986) tarafından önerilen süreç izlenerek test edilmiştir. Verileri analiz etmek için aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, Pearson korelasyonu kullanılmış ve aracılık modeli LISREL 8.7 programı kullanılarak yapısal eşitlik modeli yoluyla test edilmiştir. Araştırmanın Bulguları: Katılımcı liderlik ile değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı (?=0.26, p<.01) ve içsel motivasyon (?=0.27, p<.01) arasında anlamlı pozitif ilişki belirlenmiştir. Değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ile içsel motivasyon (?=0.75, p<.01) arasında yüksek düzeyde anlamlı pozitif ilişki bulunmuştur. İçsel motivasyonun katılımcı liderlik ile değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkide tam aracılık rolü oynadığı saptanmıştır (?=0.06, t= 1.87). Araştırmanın Sonuç ve önerileri: Bu araştırmada katılımcı liderlik, değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık ve içsel motivasyon arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre katılımcı liderlik ile değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık ve içsel motivasyon arasında anlamlı pozitif ilişki bulunmuştur. İçsel motivasyon ile değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında anlamlı pozitif ilişki belirlenmiştir. Müdürlerin katılımcı liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasında ilişkide, içsel motivasyonun tam aracılık rolü oynadığı saptanmıştır. Katılımcı liderliğin içsel motivasyon üzerinden değişim yönelimli örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Bu bulgular önceki araştırma sonuçlarıyla tutarlılık göstermiştir. Bir başka deyişle, katılımcı liderliğin içsel motivasyonu harekete geçirdiği, bunun da örgütsel çıktılara yol açtığı yönündeki analitik çalışmaları desteklediği söylenebilir. Alanyazında katılımcı yönetimin içsel motivasyonla birlikte bilişsel mekanizmaları da harekete geçirdiği ileri sürülmüştür. Bu araştırmada bu durum incelenmemiştir. Eğitim örgütlerinde katılımcı liderlik davranışları ile örgütsel yenilik ve yaratıcılık araştırmaları da alana katkı sağlayabilir. ; Problem Statement: Scientists support that success cannot be achieved through schools with a bureaucratic structure in which top-down relation is emphasized but rather with a decentralized structure of authority. Scientists also posit that participative management is the best approach. Participation or participative leadership is defined as deciding jointly or as the shared influence for deciding between superiors and subordinates. From this standpoint, participative management has focused on allocating decision-making authority and sharing power. It is vital for schools to apply innovations to be effective. Leadership is one of the most important factors affecting organizational innovation. Participative leaders encourage teachers to find new opportunities, generate new information, and perform. Thus, it can be asserted that participative leadership behavior effects change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. The motivational model used to explain the effect of participative leadership behaviors of superiors on the work performance of subordinates asserts that participation in decision making provides intrinsic rewards for subordinates. It has been indicated within research results that participative leadership affects subordinates' behavior by means of intrinsic motivation. Purpose of the study: This study aimed to explore the mediating role of intrinsic motivation on the relationship between participative leadership and change-oriented organizational behavior. Method: The survey model was used in this study. The participants included 850 teachers randomly selected from 68 elementary schools in the center of Nigde and its districts in Turkey. Three different instruments were used in this study. The scales were translated using the translation and back translation method. In order to examine the construct validity of the scales, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used. Structural equation modeling was conducted using the LISREL 8.7 computer program for the mediating test. Findings: Participative leadership was a significant predictor of changeoriented organizational citizenship behavior (?=0.26, p<.01) and intrinsic motivation (?=0.27, p<.01). A significant relationship between changeoriented organizational citizenship behavior and intrinsic motivation (?=0.75, p<.01) was present. Intrinsic motivation fully mediated the relationship between participative leadership and change-oriented organizational behavior (?=0.06, t= 1.87). Conclusion and Recommendations: Results indicated that participative leadership significantly affected change-oriented organizational citizenship and intrinsic motivation. A significant relationship was found between change-oriented organizational citizenship and intrinsic motivation. It was determined that intrinsic motivation fully mediated the relationship between participative leadership and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior

From the simplicity of Armando Reveron's El Castillete in 1920 and Carlos Raúl Villanueva's Caoma 1951-1952 and Sotavento 1957-1958 at the littoral central coast; as well as Dirk Bornhorst's Hato Hamburgo1956 and Klaus Heufer's Quinta 'H' 1960 in Caracas, are clear examples of the constructive outthrust in which the house is built using the single-family house concept.lnitial demonstrations that compose the spirit of the time and the starting point of this study. A method that will prove,which ones are the great 'invariants' that a culture transmits and how they can be used as materials of the project. The performance of missing transverse energy reconstruction algorithms is presented using ?s = 8 TeV proton-proton (pp) data collected with the CMS detector. Events with anomalous missing transverse energy are studied, and the performance of algorithms used to identify and remove these events is presented. The scale and resolution for missing transverse energy, including the effects of multiple pp interactions (pileup), are measured using events with an identified Z boson or isolated photon, and are found to be well described by the simulation. Novel missing transverse energy reconstruction algorithms developed specifically to mitigate the effects of large numbers of pileup interactions on the missing transverse energy resolution are presented. These algorithms significantly reduce the dependence of the missing transverse energy resolution on pileup interactions. 2-s2.0-85040831449 ; Results are reported on a search for decays of a pseudoscalar A boson into a Z boson and a light scalar h boson, where the Z boson decays into a pair of oppositely-charged electrons or muons, and the h boson decays into bb?. The search is based on data from proton–proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy s=8 TeV collected with the CMS detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 19.7 fb?1. The h boson is assumed to be the standard model-like Higgs boson with a mass of 125 GeV. With no evidence for signal, upper limits are obtained on the product of the production cross section and the branching fraction of the A boson in the Zh channel. Problem Durumu:Avrupa Konseyi'nin 2010-engelliler eylem planında onlarıntoplumla bütünleşmesi ve yaşam kalitelerinin artırılması için istihdam sorununun çözülmesi gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Bunu sağlamak amacıyla politikalar geliştirilerek eğitim olanaklarının yaygınlaştırılması gerektiği belirtilmektedir. Çünkü sağlık, çalışma, gelir ve sosyal yaşama katılma düzeyini artıran en önemli etmen eğitimdir. Engellilik eğitim yaşamına katılmayı engellediği gibi, eğitimden yararlanamamak da engelliliğin yükünü artırmaktadır. Son yıllarda görme engelli öğretmenlerin istihdamı ve çalışmalarına ilişkin tartışmalar, Türkiye gündemini uzun süre işgal etmiştir. Bunlardan, eğitimci ve velilerin onların vereceği eğitimin niteliği konusunda kuşkulu oldukları anlaşılmaktadır. Geniş bir alanyazın taramasının ardından eğitim alanında görme engellilere yönelik araştırmaların çoğunlukla öğrenci odaklı gerçekleştirildiği görülmektedir. Oysazaman zaman eğitim fakültelerine görme engelli öğretmen adayları da gelmektedir. Fakülte ve okulların buna yeterince hazırlıklı olduğu söylenemez. Bu nedenle yapılan araştırmayla görme engelli öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik uygulamalarına dikkat çekilmek istenmektedir. Araştırmanın Amacı:Araştırmanın temel amacı; eğitim fakültesi sosyal bilgiler öğretmenliği programı son sınıf öğrencisi bir görme engelli öğretmen adayının gerçekleştirdiği sosyal bilgiler öğretimi uygulamalarının betimlenmesidir. Araştırmanın YöntemiAraştırmada, nitel yöntemlerden durum çalışması kapsamında bütüncül tek durum deseninden yararlanılmıştır. Durum çalışması aşamalarına uyularak çalışılacak durum, araştırma soruları, katılımcılar belirlenmiş, veriler toplanmış, analiz edilmiş ve raporlaştırılmıştır. Görme engelli öğretmen adayı (GEÖA), on iki hafta boyunca her hafta altı derse girerek uygulama yapmıştır. Uygulama döneminin sonunda sürecin paydaşları olan öğrenciler, rehber öğretmen, görme engelli öğretmen adayı, gören öğretmen adayı ve danışman öğretim elemanının görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Ayrıca GEÖA'nın dönem sonundaki derslerinde yapılandırılmamış gözlem yapılmıştır.Görüşler araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda incelenmiş, araştırmacı ve bir uzman tarafından ayrı ayrı kodlanmıştır. Daha sonra kodlar karşılaştırılarakuzlaşmaya gidilmiş ve güvenirlik oranı % 95.45 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Kodlar belli temalar altında sınıflandırılmış ve bulgularda anlamlı bütünler oluşturularak sayısallaştırılmıştır. Örnek görüşler kod adlarıyla verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümündeyse yorumlanmış ve başka araştırmaların bulgularıyla karşılaştırılarak teyit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın Bulguları: Katılımcıların GEÖA'na ilişkin ilk izlenimlerinin benzerlikler taşıdığı görülmektedir. Bir engelliyi öğretmen adayı olarak görmek katılımcılarda şaşkınlık, merak ve kuşku yaratmıştır. Ancak engelli olmasına karşın eğitim alması ve öğretmen olma mücadelesi taktir de oluşturmuştur. GEÖA derse başlarken öğrencileri selamlayıp, konuşturmakta yaşantılarını paylaşmakta ve psikolojik olarak derse hazırlamaktadır. Örneklerle onların dikkatlerini çekmekte ve dersten kazanımlarını ileterek güdülenmelerini sağlamaktadır. Önceki konuyla bağlantıyı soru-yanıt tekniğiyle kurmakta, söz veya PowerPoint'le ne işleyeceğini açıklamaktadır. Bunu yaparken braille metninden yararlanmaktadır. Sınıfı yönetirken GEÖA'nın sesten tanıma yeteneğiyle iletişim kurduğu öğrencileri yönergelerle yönlendirdiği anlaşılmaktadır. Demokratik bir ortam oluşturan GEÖA, örnekler, ipuçları, yüreklendirme, ödüllendirme, güdüleme etkinlikleriyle iletişim kurma çabasını sergilemektedir. Ayrıca öğrencilere yaklaşarak iletişim kurmaktadır. Buna karşın göz temassızlığının iletişimi istenen düzeyde kurmasını engellediği görülmektedir. Dersi işlerken GEÖA'nın ağırlıklı olarak anlatım ve soru-yanıt yöntem-tekniklerini kullandığı anlaşılmaktadır. Bu süreçte ekran okuyuculu dizüstü bilgisayar, PowerPoint ve braille metni kullanmaktadır.GEÖA, ölçme-değerlendirmeyi soru-yanıtlarla sözel veya sunuyla, eleştirel bir değerlendirmeyle öğrencilere dönüt vererek ve meslektaşlarıyla paylaşarak gerçekleştirmektedir. Ancak var olan koşullarda bunları kayda geçirmesi zor gözükmektedir. Dersi sonlandırırken GEÖA dönüt, tekrar ve özetle toparlamakta ödev vermektedir. Süre yetmediğindeyse kontrolsüz bir biçimde sonlandırmak zorunda kalmaktadır. Bu da dersin bitirilmesinde onun zorluk yaşadığı şeklinde yorumlanabilir. Gören öğretmen adaylarından farkları bağlamında GEÖA daha güler yüzlü, hoşgörülü, anlayışlı, sakin bulunmuştur. Ancak görsel iletişim kuramaması nedeniyle kendini fiziksel-sosyal ortama hakim hissetmemesinin onu derste daha tedirgin ve mesafeli olmaya ittiği söylenebilir. En belirgin fark ise görselleri kullanamamak olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. GEÖA'nın Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde sorunların fiziki yapı ve materyallerüzerinde yoğunlaştığını anlaşılmaktadır. Materyal kullanımında yardım almakta ve özel materyallere gereksinim duymaktadır. Okulların çoğunda fiziki yapı görme engellilere uygun değildir. Son yıllarda yaygınlaştırılmaya çalışılan kaynaştırma eğitimleri eğitim ortamlarının "engellilere uygunluk" açısından sorgulanmasına yol açmıştır. GEÖA'nın yaşadığı diğer bir sorun da sınıf yönetiminde derse ilgi ve güdünün sürekliliğiyle güvenliği sağlamada zorlanmasıdır. GEÖA öğrenme sürecini bütün öğrencilerin ilgi ve gereksinimlerine göre düzenlemeye çalışmaktadır. Ancak fiziki yapı ve materyal eksikliği onun çabasını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Sosyal Bilgiler dersi alan yeterlikleri arasında bulunan mekanı algılama becerisini de GEÖA'nın materyalsiz bir ortamda kazandırması oldukça zordur. Araştırmanın Sonuçları ve Önerileri: GEÖA'nın öğretmenlik uygulamasının sosyal ve fiziki bağlamda çeşitli sonuçları ortaya çıkmıştır. Öncelikle sosyal bağlam ele alındığında ilk izlenimlerden başlayarak engellilerin önündeki en büyük sorunun önyargılar olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bunların olumlu hale getirilebilmesi için etkili bir eğitimle engellilerle sorumluluğun paylaşıldığı bir toplum yaratılmalıdır. Engellilerin bulunduğu eğitim ortamları sosyal ve fiziki öğeleriyle birlikte onlara hazır duruma getirilmelidir. Çeşitli araştırmalarda engellilerin başarılarında çevrelerindeki insanların tutumlarının etkileyici olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hatta kimilerinde engellilerle ilişkilere yönelik eğitimden sonra insanların onlara yaklaşımlarında olumlu yönde değişiklikler yaşandığı saptanmıştır. Bu nedenle okullardaki tüm insanların eğitilerek engellilere hazır duruma getirilmesi önemlidir.GEÖA'na gören öğrencilere nasıl eğitim vereceği konusunda sürekli rehberlik yapılmalıdır. Bunun için öğretmenlik uygulamalarında özel eğitim uygulama akademisyenide görevlendirilebilir. Mesleğe başladıktan sonra da bir engelli-izleme birimiyle rehberlik hizmetleri sürdürülebilir. Destek gereksinimi, özel eğitim danışmanı gibi olan yardımcı ve gezgin öğretmenliksistemleriyle eğitim fakültelerindeki öğretmenlik ve topluma hizmet uygulamalarıylakarşılanabilir.Sınıf yönetiminde görmeden yoksun olması nedeniyle GEÖA'nın koklama, dokunma, işitme, konuşma gibi becerilerini geliştirici önlemler alınmalıdır. Bu nedenle ses ve tonlamaları etkili kullanabilmesi için drama eğitimi ve teknik alt yapıya gereksinimi bulunmaktadır. GEÖA'nın öğretmenlik uygulamasını etkileyen bir diğer etmenin ortamın fiziki koşulları olduğu görülmektedir. Okullar fiziki yapı ve materyaller açısından engellilere yönelik olarak düzenlenmelidir. Görme engelliler yardımcı teknoloji, strateji ve destek hizmetlerine gereksinim duymaktadırlar. Alanyazından her geçen gün görme engellilere ilişkin yeni teknolojiler geliştirildiği anlaşılmaktadır. GEÖA'nın ders işlerken en çok yararlandığı materyallerin braille metni, ekran okuyuculu dizüstü bilgisayar ve projeksiyon olduğu görülmektedir. Ancak fiziki yetersizliklerin farklı yöntem-teknik ve materyalleri kullanmasını engellediği anlaşılmaktadır. Oysa özellikle sosyal bilgiler eğitiminde engellilere yönelik kimi materyallerin var olduğu bilinmektedir. Ekran okuyuculu CBS, akıllı tahta ve dokunmatik harita gibi materyallerin sosyal bilgiler öğretimindeki verimi artıracağı öngörülebilir. Değerlendirme ve kayıt tutma için de sınavların braille'e dönüştürülmesi veya sesli optik bir sistemden yararlanılması sağlanabilir.Sonuç olarak sosyal bağlam ve fiziki yapı engellilerle eğitime uygun duruma getirilmelidir. Böylece görme engelli öğretmen adaylarının diğer insanlara bağımlılığı azaltılarak üretken yapıya kavuşmaları sağlanabilir. Ayrıca yönetici ve eğitimciler engellilere uygun eğitim ortamları yaratılmasının gerekliliğine inandırılmalıdır. Bu, engellilere yönelik materyallerin diğer öğrencilerin de kullanabileceği biçimde tasarlanması yanında kolay ulaşılabilir ve ekonomik duruma getirilmesiyle de sağlanabilir. ; Problem Statement: It is emphasized in the Council of Europe's action plan for people with disabilities (PD) that it is important to solve the employment problem to enable PD to integrate into society and improve the quality of their lives. In order to achieve this, educational opportunities along with employment for PD at places in which physical conditions are adjusted should be provided. Disability prevents PD from joining educational life which also increases the burden of their disability. Education will help them integrate with the society they live in and therefore prevent isolation. However, some people in Turkey have doubts about the professional competencies of PD. Purpose of Study: In this study, the social studies teaching practice conducted by a practicum student who is blind is described. Methods: The holistic single case design, which is one of the qualitative research techniques, was used through interviews and observations in this study. The university supervisor, mentor teacher, sighted practicum students and students who continually interact with the main participant who is a blind practicum student (BPS) make up the other participants. In analyzing the student interviews, content analysis was carried out. Findings and Results: The findings of the study are as follows: first Impressions of the BPS, the BPS beginning the lesson, classroom management, teaching the lesson, evaluation, ending the lesson, his differences from other practicum students, the problems that occur in the social studies lessons of the BPS, suggestions for the BPS's lessons. Conclusions and Recommendations: The results suggest that all school stakeholders should be educated and prepared for the education process with people who are blind or visually impaired (BVI). This practice conducted by the BPS revealed the importance of education, social and physical conditions

Background and Objective: Scorpion sting and snakebite are the important problems in some area such as Iran that must be addressed. This study was to investigate temporal pattern of scorpion sting and snakebite incidence in patients referred to Masjedsoleiman's main hospital, during 24 months from 21 March 2008 to 20 March 2009. Materials and Methods: It was an analytical study to scrutiny of monthly and seasonal procedure of scorpion sting and snakebite. Data were analyzed by SPSS and Minitab. To identify the goodness of fit model for monthly and seasonal incidence of scorpion sting and snakebite, autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) models were used to explore time series analysis. Results: Of all 9457scorpion sting and snake-bite cases in patients referring to hospital, 45% (n=4253) were men. Mean age of them was 28.26±0.36 years. Significant numbers (27%) of these patients had 21-30 years old, and were bitted in urban (93%), at their home (99.7%). The auto regression suggested that monthly average incidents model have a moving average. The analyses through Anderson- Darling test provide evidence that the distribution of residuals was normal (P= 0.125). Conclusion: Weather variables can be as the predictors of scorpion sting and snake-bite incidence for Masjedsoleiman.
