This review presents efforts in Europe over the last few years with respect to standardization of quantitative imaging and dosimetry and comprises the results of several European research projects on practices regarding radiopharmaceutical therapies (RPTs). Because the European Union has regulatory requirements concerning dosimetry in RPTs, the European Association of Nuclear Medicine released a position paper in 2021 on the use of dosimetry under these requirements. The importance of radiobiology for RPTs is elucidated in another position paper by the European Association of Nuclear Medicine. Furthermore, how dosimetry interacts with clinical requirements is described, with several clinical examples. In the future, more efforts need to be undertaken to increase teaching and standardization efforts and to incorporate radiobiology for further individualizing patient treatment, with the aim of improving the outcome and safety of RPTs.

Este trabajo es una versión resumida de un proyecto de investigación realizado bajo la supervisión del Profesor Jack Donnelly en la Universidad de Denver, bajo el título Human Rights in Foreign Policy in and of the European Union: A Model of Analysis ; The influence of human rights in foreign policy should not be seen only as a matter of national identity. The recognition of human rights in foreign policy may also be the result of domestic and international processes of socialisation, and it can also be the product of strategic rational decisions. This article presents a model of analysis to assess the role of human rights in the definition of the foreign policy of the European Union and its Member States. This is an abbreviated version of a research project carried out under Professor Jack Donnelly's supervision at the University of Denver: Human Rights in Foreign Policy in and of the European Union: A Model of Analysis

Part 2: Legal Privacy Aspects and Technical Concepts ; International audience ; In a recent judgment the CJEU found the Data Retention Directive to be incompatible with the rights to privacy and data protection under the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. However, the Court's interpretation of these fundamental rights needs further development, especially with regard to their respective scopes. While the Court declared the EU Directive to be invalid, there remain questions with regard to the Member States' national implementation measures, which remain in force. Nevertheless, they do no longer comply with EU law and therefore need to be repealed or altered substantively. While it should be for the national legislator to achieve this, it might be necessary for service providers and citizens to challenge these provisions before the competent national courts.

In: British Politics
The still present belief some 40 years ago that British politics was both exceptional and superior has been replaced by more theoretically sophisticated analyses based on a wider and more rigorously deployed range of research techniques, although historical analysis appropriately remains important. The American influence on the study of British politics has declined, but the European Union dimension has not been fully integrated. The study of interest groups has been in some respects a fading paradigm, but important questions related to democratic health have still to be addressed. Public administration has been supplanted by public policy, but economic policy remains under-studied. A key challenge for the future is the study of the management of expectations.
The article examines the experience of digital transformations in Europe. Following the United States and European Union countries in Russia, the program "Digital Economy in the Russian Federation" was approved. The success of its implementation is linked with the study and use of the experience of digital transformation, which is already happening in the world. In Europe, the Single Digital Market Strategy has been implemented for two years already. The first results of the implementation of the strategy were considered by the representatives of the European Union in Malta in June 2017. The progress of the implementation of the European strategy, the first results and further steps are discussed in this article.
