Napjaink gyorsan változó információs társadalmában a tanároknak folyamatosan felül kell vizsgálniuk és kihívások elé kell állítaniuk nézeteiket, módszereiket, mivel a sokszínű osztályközösségek, illetve a változó tanulási formák, források és tanulási környezetek gyors, adaptív pedagógiai reakciókat igényelnek (Lampert, 2010). A reflektív gondolkodás elengedhetetlen kelléke a tanárok szakmai repertoárjának így a 20. század végétől a reflektivitás egyre nagyobb hangsúlyt kap a pedagógusképzésben (Kinsella, 2007; Collin, Karsenti és Komis, 2013).
A tanárszakos hallgatók reflektív gondolkodásának támogatására, illetve feltárására számos módszer áll rendelkezésre mind hazai, mind nemzetközi viszonylatban. Ezeknek a tanulmányoknak szisztematikus feldolgozását célul kitűző kutatások azonban kis számban vannak csak jelen a hazai szakirodalomban.
Jelen tanulmány, a reflektív naplónak, mint a reflektivitás egyik hatékony eszközének tanárképzésben való alkalmazási lehetőségeit tárja fel a szakirodalmi elemzés módszerével. A kutatásba bevont tanulmányok céljait és eredményeit vizsgálja a reflektív naplóírás tanárszakos hallgatók fejlődésére gyakorolt hatásainak relevanciájában. A reflektív naplókkal kapcsolatos kutatások eredményei rávilágítottak, hogy a naplóírás különböző területen gyakorolhat hatást a tanárrá válás folyamatában. Támogathatja a szakmai tudás elmélyülését, tudatosabbá teheti a tanári gyakorlatot, de segítheti a tanítással kapcsolatos attitűdök, nézetek felülvizsgálatát is. Emellett fejlesztheti a tanárszakos hallgatók reflektivitásának szintjét és hozzájárulhat inkluzív szemléletmódjuk kialakításához.

Much has been written on the relationship of China and Africa in the past decade. However, the subject of Chinese migrant entrepreneurs in Africa and their articulation with African counterparts was little explored up to the early 2010s. Apparently, this research gap has been closed, as shown by four publications in recent years: three edited volumes and one monography, focusing on this subject. In view of early prejudices on the passive or even disapproving reception of Chinese migrants by Africans, the state of the art underlines the importance and scope of African agency vis à vis Chinese migrant entrepreneurs in Africa. African Affairs' is the top journal in African Studies and has been for some time. Die praktische Relevanz der Gesundheitskommunikation ist mittlerweile unumstritten. In der Vergangenheit wurde jedoch oft die theoretische Fundierung der Forschung vernachlässigt. Der Band greift dies durch theoretische Reflexionen und aktuelle empirische Studien auf. Thematisiert werden ethische Aspekte im Bereich des gesundheitsbezogenen Journalismus sowie Herausforderungen für die Gestaltung von Gesundheitskampagnen. Die Beiträge gehen ferner Persuasionseffekten von Gesundheitsbotschaften und dem Einfluss von Gesundheitskommunikation auf die Wahrnehmung und Einstellung zu gesundheitsrelevanten Themen nach. Qualitative Sozialforschung stellt Forscher vor eine besondere Aufgabe. Die Güte der Forschungsarbeit hängt nicht allein von einer möglichst aussagekräftigen Datenerhebung ab; auch die Auswertung des Materials setzt Maßstäbe, an denen der Wert einer Untersuchung zu messen ist. [Einleitung] Die Lebenserwartung in Deutschland ist seit Ende des zweiten Weltkriegs kontinuierlich ange-stiegen und Prognosen zeigen, dass sie weiter zunehmen wird. Laut Variante L2 der 14. koordi-nierten Bevölkerungsvorausberechnung steigt die Lebenserwartung von Jungen bei Geburt, aus-gehend von der Sterbetafel 2015-2017, bis 2060 von 78,4 um sechs Jahre auf 84,4; bei Mädchen steigt die Lebenserwartung von 83,2 Jahren um knapp fünf Jahre auf 88,1. Die Lebenserwartung zum Alter 65 steigt von 17,8 (Männer) bzw. 21 (Frauen) Jahren auf 21,8 (Männer) bzw. 24,5 (Frauen) Jahre. Diese Werte beziehen sich jedoch auf den Durchschnitt der Bevölkerung einer Kohorte. Die Ungleichheit in der Lebenserwartung innerhalb einer Kohorte ist jedoch groß. Diese Ungleichheit ist aus sozialpolitischer Sicht ein zentrales Problem und ihre Überwindung stellt eine große Herausforderung für die Gesellschaft dar, da die Unterschiede in der Lebenser-wartung nicht zufällig sind, sondern neben individuellen auch stark mit sozialen und ökonomi-schen Faktoren zusammenhängen. Zahlreiche nationale und internationale Studien haben ge-zeigt, dass es deutliche systematische Unterschiede in der Lebenserwartung gibt. Beispielsweise kann gezeigt werden, dass Menschen mit hoher Bildung, mit hohen Einkommen und hohen Vermögen deutlich länger leben als der Durchschnitt (siehe zum Beispiel Kroll und Lampert 2014). Gleichzeigt wurde auch dokumentiert, dass die Ungleichheit in der Lebenserwartung nach Einkommen in den letzten Jahren zugenommen hat (siehe zum Beispiel Haan et al. 2019). Das heißt der Anstieg der Lebenserwartungen fällt sehr unterschiedlich aus. In dieser Studie sollen die bisherigen Analysen zu heterogener Lebenserwartung erweitert wer-den. Insbesondere soll gezeigt werden, wie groß die Ungleichheit zwischen relevanten sozio-ökonomischen Gruppen ist. Dabei wird der Fokus auf systematischen Unterschieden in der Le-benserwartung nach Einkommen, Berufen, Stellung im Beruf und gesundheitlicher Belastung liegen. Die empirischen Analysen erfolgen - getrennt für Männer und Frauen - auf Basis der Daten des Sozio-oekonomischen Panels (SOEP), das auch in der Vergangenheit für vergleich-bare Studien genutzt wurde. ABSTRACTOn January 22, 2002, Kmart Corporation filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy laws. While under Chapter 11 protection, Kmart renegotiated its debt, shed some of its non-performing assets, and issued new equity. Financier Eddie Lampert of ESL Investments bought much of Kmart's debt for less than $1 billion while it was in bankruptcy. As part of the reorganization plan, virtually all of Kmart's debt was converted into shares, and ESL Investments emerged as Kmart's largest shareholder. Subsequent to its emergence from bankruptcy on May 6, 2003, Kmart's stock has gone up from around $15/share to nearly $80/share over a period of one year. The case requires students to analyze Kmart's financial performance prior to the bankruptcy, identify the circumstances leading to the bankruptcy, use projected financial statements to derive Kmart's value post-bankruptcy, and explore issues related to Kmart's adoption of Fresh Start reporting upon its emergence from bankruptcy. The case questions fall into five categories: (1) pre-bankruptcy evaluation, (2) reorganization plan and Kmart in bankruptcy, (3) Fresh Start reporting, (4) bankruptcy valuation analysis, and (5) post-bankruptcy performance. The questions are largely independent, allowing instructors the flexibility to adopt only the sections relevant to their courses.

Some people found the language incomprehensible (Michel Tremblay used the Joual dialect particular to Montreal's working class) and many felt it presented them negatively. Les Вelles Soeurs is probably more important for Canadians today than it was in 1968. Then, it meant to confirm what most Quebecers already knew-that their society is distinct. Michel Tremblay illustrated over 20 years ago а particularly Canadian paradox-that this country's cherished, vast cultural diversity is also one of the reasons for its frail unity. This was never meant to be а grand political statement or а message of doom, but rather а simple statement of fact. Tremblay also deals with very universal issues. He touches on the haves and the have-nots of any society. The play is about pride, jealousy, envy, independence, greed, lust, betrayal, loyalty and family. As English Canadians, we tend to think of ourselves as passive, sometimes even boring, as we bemoan а lack of identity. The variability of the phytoplankton biomass derived from daily chlorophyll- a (Chl- a ) satellite images was investigated over the period 1998–2017 in the surface waters of the English Channel and the northern Bay of Biscay. Merged satellite (SeaWiFS-MODIS/Aqua-MERIS-VIIRS) Chl- a was calculated using the OC5 Ifremer algorithm which is optimized for moderately-turbid waters. The seasonal cycle in satellite-derived Chl- a was compared with in situ measurements made at seven coastal stations located in the southern side of the English Channel and in the northern Bay of Biscay. The results firstly showed that the satellite Chl- a product, derived from a suite of space-borne marine reflectance data, is in agreement with the coastal observations. For compliance with the directives of the European Union on water quality, time-series of 6-year moving average of Chl- a were assessed over the region. A clear decline was observed in the mean and 90th percentile of Chl- a at stations located in the mixed waters of the English Channel. The time-series at the stations located in the Bay of Biscay showed yearly fluctuations which correlated well with river discharge, but no overall Chl- a trend was observed. In the English Channel, the shape of the seasonal cycle in Chl- a changed over time. Narrower peaks were observed in spring at the end of the studied period, indicating an earlier limitation by nutrients. Monthly averages of satellite Chl- a , over the periods 1998–2003 and 2012–2017, exhibited spatial and temporal patterns in the evolution of the phytoplankton biomass similar to these observed at the seven coastal stations. Both the in situ and satellite Chl- a times-series showed a decrease in Chl- a in the English Channel in May, June and July. This trend in phytoplankton biomass is correlated with lower river discharges at the end of the period and a constant reduction in the riverine input of phosphorus through improvements in the water quality of the surrounding river catchments.

The seasonal cycle in satellite-derived Chl-a was compared with in situ measurements made at seven coastal stations located in the southern side of the English Channel and in the northern Bay of Biscay. The results firstly showed that the satellite Chl-a product, derived from a suite of space-borne marine reflectance data, is in agreement with the coastal observations. For compliance with the directives of the European Union on water quality, time-series of 6-year moving average of Chl-a were assessed over the region. A clear decline was observed in the mean and 90th percentile of Chl-a at stations located in the mixed waters of the English Channel. The time-series at the stations located in the Bay of Biscay showed yearly fluctuations which correlated well with river discharge, but no overall Chl-a trend was observed. In the English Channel, the shape of the seasonal cycle in Chl-a changed over time. Narrower peaks were observed in spring at the end of the studied period, indicating an earlier limitation by nutrients. Monthly averages of satellite Chl-a, over the periods 1998-2003 and 2012-2017, exhibited spatial and temporal patterns in the evolution of the phytoplankton biomass similar to these observed at the seven coastal stations. Both the in situ and satellite Chl-a times-series showed a decrease in Chl-a in the English Channel in May, June and July. This trend in phytoplankton biomass is correlated with lower river discharges at the end of the period and a constant reduction in the riverine input of phosphorus through improvements in the water quality of the surrounding river catchments.
