The article is devoted to the problem of future teachers' preparation for innovative professional activity. The place of innovative activity in the organization of modern higher education is correlated to the natural development of pedagogical theory, changes in social and political conditions, which are aimed at improving the education quality. That's why fundamental changes in the education require changes and adjustments to the fundamentals of pedagogy, processes and technologies. The implementation of high-quality professional training of future teachers requires the need to develop and implement innovative tools in the educational process. The article analyzes and summarizes various definitions of "innovation" and "implementation". In particular, it is noted that innovations arise when a certain new idea appears that is implemented and thus entails significant changes and transformations. As for the concept "implementation", it has been found that the latter is a process that targets to change the education system, which is carried out consciously and intentionally in order to improve the system. It is emphasized that in its development innovation must pass certain stages. If any of these stages are not passed, the innovation is considered incomplete. There are also components of educational innovations, namely: pedagogical, research and production and socioeconomic. The views of national scientists on determining the readiness of future teachers for innovative pedagogical activities are presented and generalized. The structural components of readiness for innovative activity are characterized: motivational, cognitive, reflexive, creative. Indicators that determine the readiness of a teacher to innovate are outlined. The readiness of a future teacher to innovate is connected to the following principles: integration, democratization, differentiation and individualization of education. The main professional and personal qualities that a future teacher acquires in the process of preparation for innovative pedagogical activity are also determined. Conclusions and further prospects are the selection of the main aspects of training future teachers for innovative pedagogical activities and the development of elective courses "Innovation in Education", "Pedagogical Studies", which aim to form students' needs for professional development and preparation for professional innovation. ; Стаття присвячена проблемі підготовки майбутніх педагогів до інноваційної професійної діяльності. Місце інноваційної діяльності в організації сучасної вищої освіти зумовлено закономірним розвитком педагогічної теорії, зміною соціальних та політичних умов, які спрямовані на поліпшення якості освіти. Таким чином, ґрунтовні зміни в освіті вимагають змін та корегування фундаментальних основ педагогіки, освітніх процесів та технологій. Здійснення якісної професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів вимагає необхідності розроблення та впровадження в освітній процес інноваційного інструментарію. У статті проаналізовано та узагальнено різноманітні дефініції «інновації» та «нововведення». Зокрема, зазначено, що інновації виникають тоді, коли є певна нова ідея, яка впроваджується, й цим самим тягне за собою істотні зміни та перетворення. Щодо поняття «нововведення» з'ясовано, що останнє є процесом, який має на меті змінити систему освіти, що здійснюється свідомо і навмисно, з метою поліпшення системи. Підкреслено, що у своєму розвитку нововведення має пройти певні етапи. Якщо якийсь з цих етапів не пройдений, то нововведення вважається незавершеним. Також виділено складники освітніх інновацій, а саме: педагогічний, науково-виробничий та соціально-економічний. Представлено та узагальнено погляди вітчизняних науковців щодо визначення готовності майбутніх педагогів до інноваційної педагогічної діяльності. Охарактеризовано структурні компоненти готовності до інноваційній діяльності: мотиваційний, когнітивний, рефлексивний, креативний. Окреслено показники, які визначають готовність педагога до інноваційної діяльності. Готовність майбутнього вчителя до інноваційної діяльності зумовлена дотриманням таких принципів: інтеграції, демократизації, диференціації та індивідуалізації освіти. Також визначено основні професійні та особисті якості, яких набуває майбутній вчитель у процесі підготовки до інноваційної педагогічної діяльності. Висновками та подальшими перспективами є виділення основних аспектів підготовки майбутніх педагогів до інноваційної педагогічної діяльності та розробка курсів за вибором «Інновації в освіті», «Педагогічні студії», метою яких є формування у здобувачів освіти потреб професійного розвитку та підготовка до професійної інноваційної діяльності.

The author examines the activities of the first National Gypsy Minority Self-Government in Hungary (1995-1998). It is argued here that, in respect of Roma, Hungary's innovative system of minority representation is subject to conflicting tensions stemming both from the context of the disintegration of most Roma from the mainstream economy and society, as well as the competitiveness of nascent Roma political activity. The author identifies a tendency towards unaccountable empire building and for the control of increasingly large sums of public money, resulting from structural problems of the system which need to be addressed if it is to be an effective and successful mechanism for minority representation. Genesis and the main periods of the development of political axiology in the limits of social and political knowledge are investigated. Basic directions of forming and analysis of the value components of political activity in different theoretical approaches and concepts are considered. The specifics of functioning of the political processes across the spectrum of axiological problems are determined. ; Исследованы генезис и основные этапы развития политической аксиологии в рамках общественно-политического знания. Рассмотрены базовые направления формирования и анализа ценностных компонентов политической деятельности в различных теоретических подходах и концепциях. Розглянуто базові напрямки формування та налізу ціннісних компонентів політичної діяльності у різноманітних теоретичних підходах та концепціях. Εντοπίζω και αναλύω τους πολλαπλούς τρόπους με τους οποίους το blogging ως φεμινιστική πρακτική (ανα)κατασκευάζει, (ανα)νοηματοδοτεί και διευρύνει την έννοια της πολιτικής συμμετοχής στην ψηφιακή εποχή. Διερευνώ τις διαφορετικές στρατηγικές του φεμινιστικού blogging στον αγώνα για πρόσβαση στη δημόσια σφαίρα. Η κριτική φεμινιστική μου ανάλυση λόγου επικεντρώνεται σε blogs δέκα γυναικών από την περιοχή της Μέσης Ανατολής και της Βόρειας Αφρικής (ΜΕΝΑ)-Αίγυπτο, Λίβανο, Συρία, Τυνησία και Υεμένη-στο πλαίσιο των Αραβικών εξεγέρσεων του 2011. Τα δεδομένα από 269 blog posts, αποκαλύπτουν πώς το φεμινιστικό blogging παράγει φεμινιστική γνώση, ταυτότητες και πρακτικές που αμφισβητούν και διαταράσσουν τον ηγεμονικό αυταρχικό, νεοφιλελεύθερο, νέο-αποικιακό και πατριαρχικό λόγο. Συνδυάζοντας τη θεωρία της φεμινιστικής σκοπιάς και την κριτική ανάλυση λόγου ως μέρος του θεωρητικού, αναλυτικού και μεθοδολογικού πλαισίου, προβάλω μια βαθιά κριτική φεμινιστική ανάλυση των δομικών και θεσμικών ανισοτήτων που ενυπάρχουν στα αυταρχικά και καταπιεστικά συστήματα. Αυτή η ανάλυση αποκαλύπτει τις κρίσιμες οπτικές των περιθωριοποιημένων ομάδων που φέρνουν στρατηγικά τα μίκρο-μεσο-και-μάκρο επίπεδα (φωνή, χώρος και ισχύς) σε διάλογο. Αυτά τα συνυφασμένα επίπεδα στο νοηματικό μου πλαίσιο αναδεικνύουν την εναλλακτική πολιτική δύναμη του blogging από το περιθώριο στο προσκήνιο και στην παγκόσμια κινητοποίηση. Η πρωτότυπη συνεισφορά αυτής της διατριβής έγκειται στην ανάπτυξη ενός Νέου Σχήματος Ανάλυσης των blogs για την πολιτική συμμετοχή. Το Σχήμα αναδεικνύει τη δυναμική και την στρατηγική διαδικασία στην οποία το φεμινιστικό blogging μπορεί να: οργανώνει την πολιτική δράση στο μίκρο-επίπεδο, υπερβαίνοντας τους δημόσιους χώρους και τα εθνικά σύνορα, συμμετέχει σε διαδικτυακές πλατφόρμες προάσπισης στο μέσο-επίπεδο και επηρεάζει τη δημιουργία διακρατικών φεμινιστικών συμμαχιών στο μάκρο-επίπεδο. Αυτό το Σχήμα βασίστηκε στην έννοια της Wendy Harcourt «glocality» την οποία επεκτείνω στη φεμινιστική μπλογκόσφαιρα, στο πώς, από την εξορία και το περιθώριο στην πρώτη γραμμή των αλληλένδετων γλωσσικών αντιπαραθέσεων, αναδεικνύεται ο αγώνας για κοινωνική αλλαγή. Αυτό το Σχήμα μπορεί να αποτελέσει εργαλείο μελλοντικής ανάλυσης των blogs που εστιάζονται στην πολιτική συμμετοχή. Η διατριβή συμβάλλει επίσης στη βιβλιογραφία για τη Φεμινιστική Θεωρία, τις Γυναικείες Σπουδές, τις Σπουδές των Μέσων Επικοινωνίας, καθώς και στην Πολιτική Κοινωνιολογία διερευνώντας νέους τρόπους αμφισβήτησης των δομών εξουσίας, ειδικά στο πλαίσιο ενός συνεχώς συρρικνωμένου περιβάλλοντος για τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα και αυταρχικών τάσεων που αναβιώνουν παγκοσμίως. Η πολιτική σημασία του φεμινιστικού blogging που (ανα)κατασκευάζει την πολιτότητα και την πολιτική πρακτική, επιτρέπει στις γυναίκες να εκφράσουν τις γνώσεις τους και να κινητοποιήσουν συλλογική δράση για τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα και τη δημοκρατία. ; This thesis presents a feminist standpoint analysis of the construction of political participation through women's blogging. My primary research question deals with the role of feminist blogging in transcending local boundaries to inform global audiences about human rights violations and to mobilise for collective action. I identify and analyse the multiple discursive ways in which blogging as a feminist practice (re)constructs and (re)conceptualises political participation in the digital era. I explore the diverse strategies of feminist blogging in the struggle over the public sphere. My critical discourse analysis focuses on blogs of ten women in the MENA region–Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen–in the context of the 2011 Arab uprisings. Data from 269 blog posts reveal how feminist blogging produces feminist knowledge, identities and practices that challenge and disrupt hegemonic authoritarian, neoliberal, neo-colonial, and patriarchal discourses. By bringing together feminist standpoint theory and critical discourse analysis, as part of an integrated theoretical, analytical and methodological framework, I offer a deep critical feminist analysis of the structural and institutional inequalities inherent in authoritarian and oppressive systems. This integrated analysis reveals the critical perspectives of marginalised groups strategically bringing the micro, meso and macro levels (voice, space and power) into dialogue. These levels in my conceptualisation and contextualisation interweave to show the alternative political power of blogging from margin to center and global mobilisation. The original contribution of this thesis lies in the development of a new Blog Analysis Schema for political participation. The Schema demonstrates a dynamic and strategic process in which feminist blogging can organise from grassroots political action (micro level), transcend public space(s) and national boundaries, engage in online advocacy platforms (meso level), and influence transnational coalition-building (macro level). This Schema builds upon Wendy Harcourt's concept of 'glocality' to apply to the feminist blogosphere that is, from exile and margin to the forefront of interwoven glocal counterpublics, thus driving the struggle for social change. This Schema may thus constitute a model for future analysis of blogs focusing on political participation. This thesis also contributes to the literature on feminist theory, media and women's studies, as well as political sociology by exploring new ways to challenge power structures, especially in the context of an ever-shrinking human rights environment and the current resurgence of authoritarianism across the globe. In addition, this study contributes to the socio-political and historical accounts of women's struggles in the MENA region and furthermore it demonstrates how Westernised, male-centred understandings of the public sphere exclude the realities of marginalised social groups. Factors such as: greeting and public address, affirmative rhetoric, narrative and situated knowledges, enable alternative forms of political action to expand the notion of political public sphere. These glocal communities bring to the forefront the strategic connections between feminist bloggers and their vehicles of resistance, as well as the transformative power they hold for mobilising transnational feminisms. The political importance of feminist blogging reconceptualising citizenship and political practice allows women to express their situated knowledges, and mobilise collective action for human rights and democracy.

The object of research is the state as an economic agent of innovative development. The analysis of scientific achievements on the issue of the state innovation and investment activity stimulation and the study of the state from the standpoint of the innovative development subject forms a fairly clear idea about the mechanisms of activation of them both, at the same time, the motives for the state to stimulate innovation remain not fully covered. The state itself is not interested in stimulating the innovation and investment processes and in transition to sustainable development. This interest is mediated, as for any other economic agent, by imbalance and/or obtaining additional economic effect in the form, for example, budget expenditures reduction; tax revenues growth, managerial staff optimization, etc. And, crucialness of purely liberal nature of any controlled influence on the system mediates that state regulatory activity should be based on the economic benefit of the agent, as opposed to the political motives of nominal adherence to the generally accepted course of development. Well-known trajectories and patterns of administrative and economic activity of the state give grounds to assume the following main economic motives for stimulating the innovation process: – increase in tax revenues (fiscal motive); – reducing the burden on the budget; – GDP growth; – increasing the country's competitiveness; – optimization of administrative costs and management staff; – attracting program financing and investments. Prominent among which is the increase in tax revenues or fiscal motive. In Black Disability Politics Sami Schalk explores how issues of disability have been and continue to be central to Black activism from the 1970s to the present. Schalk shows how Black people have long engaged with disability as a political issue deeply tied to race and racism. She points out that this work has not been recognized as part of the legacy of disability justice and liberation because Black disability politics differ in language and approach from the mainstream white-dominant disability rights movement. Drawing on the archives of the Black Panther Party and the National Black Women's Health Project alongside interviews with contemporary Black disabled cultural workers, Schalk identifies common qualities of Black disability politics, including the need to ground public health initiatives in the experience and expertise of marginalized disabled people so that they can work in antiracist, feminist, and anti-ableist ways. Prioritizing an understanding of disability within the context of white supremacy, Schalk demonstrates that the work of Black disability politics not only exists but is essential to the future of Black liberation movements

Animal rights is one of the fastest growing social movements today. Women greatly outnumber men as activists, yet surprisingly, little has been written about the importance and impact of gender on the movement. Women and the Animal Rights Movement combats stereotypes of women activists as mere sentimentalists by exploring the political and moral character of their advocacy on behalf of animals. Emily Gaarder analyzes the politics of gender in the movement, incorporating in-depth interviews with women and participant observation of animal rights organizations, conferences, and protests to describe struggles over divisions of labor and leadership. Controversies over PETA advertising campaigns that rely on women's sexuality to "sell" animal rights illustrate how female crusaders are asked to prioritize the cause of animals above all else. Gaarder underscores the importance of a paradigm shift in the animal liberation movement, one that seeks a more integrated vision of animal rights that connects universally to other issues--gender, race, economics, and the environment--highlighting that many women activists recognize and are motivated by the connection between the oppression of animals and other social injustices

The purpose of the article. To open and to analyze the place of digital and internet technologies in the frames of informative support of political parties activity. The methodology of the research is based on using the general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalizing, and a logical method), systemic, structural-functional, social-communicative, social-informative approaches. Applying these methods and approaches gives the possibility to define the place of digital and internet technologies in the informative support of political parties' activity. The scientific novelty of the research work is in the statement according to which the nearest perspective of accumulation and development of communicative and network potential of the internet technologies, allow to consider them as the factors of increasing the effectiveness of political parties' activity as the institute of the representation interests of social groups, as the powerful informative resource which is actively working on the party brand consolidation and is the real means of party informative policy realization. Conclusions. Analysis of the world tendencies gives the reason to confirm and predict that the next decade will be under the sign of the further change of Ukrainian political parties activity into the Internet in the period of electoral activity (during the election campaign) and also in the inter-election period. In the conditions of the Internet politicization and the politics internetization and mediatization the party ideologists and technologists are increasingly turning to tools in the course of providing their own information work, which includes modern digit and internet technologies: official websites, projects-satellites, special electoral internet projects, Internet – television, webinars, video hosting, electoral funding, technologies Big Data, volunteers recruiting tools, monitoring and projecting the electoral dynamics, viruses and incorrect (black) political internet technologies, etc. ; Мета роботи. Розкрити та проаналізувати місце цифрових й інтернет-технологій у межах інформаційного супроводу діяльності політичних партій. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на застосуванні загальнонаукових методів (аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення та логічного методу), системного, структурно-функціонального, соціально-комунікативного та соціально-інформаційного підходів. Застосування названих методів й підходів дає змогу визначити місце цифрових й інтернет-технологій в інформаційному супроводі діяльності політичних партій. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у твердженні, згідно з яким, у найближчій перспективі акумуляція та розвиток комунікаційного та мережевого потенціалу інтернеттехнологій дозволить розглядати їх як фактор підвищення ефективності роботи політичних партій як інституту представництва інтересів соціальних груп, потужний інформаційний ресурс, що активно працює на зміцнення партійних брендів та є реальним засобом реалізації партійної інформаційної політики. Висновки. Аналіз світових тенденцій дає підстави стверджувати та прогнозувати, що найближче десятиліття відзначиться подальшим перенесенням активності українських політичних партій в інтернет, як в періоди електоральної активності (в ході виборчих кампаній), так і в період між виборами. I examine two potential instances of rent-seeking in financial markets in the 1980s. In the first essay I test whether managers engage in political activity designed to influence federal regulation of the market for corporate control. In the second, I examine whether firms in the financial services sector attempt to affect bank deregulation. Using Federal Election Commission data, I find campaign contributions by corporate political action committees (PACs) are negatively related to levels of inside ownership, my main proxy for managerial vulnerability to hostile tender offers. Contribution patterns for firms with less than 20% insider ownership are relatively highly correlated, and differ from those of firms with greater than 20% inside ownership. Low inside ownership firms have slightly higher levels of contributions to legislators on particular House and Senate committees proposing relevant legislation. However, when I analyze the impact of contributions on legislator support for regulation I find no statistical support for a theory of vote-buying. I conclude that corporate political behavior is tied to levels of inside ownership, and comprises an alternate index of manager-shareholder conflict. Using a similar approach to analyse the financial services industry, I also find significant patterns in political action committee (PAC) campaign contributions for depository (commercial bank and thrift) and non-depository (brokerage and insurance) sectors of the financial services industry during the 98th Congress (1983-84). Contributions by depository firm PACs appear not only to purchase access to legislators serving on important banking committees crucial to their interests, but are also a significant determinant of votes for repealing sections of the Glass-Steagall Act. Nondepository contributions do not appear to influence votes directly, even though the brokerage and insurance sectors effectively lobbied House Banking Committee chairman Fernand St Germain to enforce the regulatory status quo. When I measure the rents at stake in the legislation using a two-factor market model event study approach, I find that the passage of legislation in the Senate had a positive affect on depository firm returns, implying the sector's lobbying effort was justified. However non-depository PACs lobbied just as extensively, and did not experience significant abnormal returns over the same event period, even though this round of deregulation should have been a zero-sum game between the affected sectors of the industry. I then measure the correlation between the market value impacts of new legislation and contribution amounts for individual firms within the sectors. BACKGROUND: Children's habitual physical activity, including active travel and catching public transit (walking and cycling to and from destinations), and independent mobility (mobility without an adult) have decreased. Public transit trips are physically active and can provide access to hobbies independent of parents, but there is no device-measured data about children's total physical activity time following the introduction of free public transit. Our aim is to compare physical activity and independent mobility between children living in two Finnish towns, one with a recently introduced free public transit system, and the other without free public transit. METHODS: The city of Mikkeli has provided free public transit for all comprehensive school children since 2017. Various districts from Mikkeli, and the reference town of Kouvola (towns from South-Eastern Finland with a comparative population size and geographical structure), are selected based on their accessibility and the availability of public transit services. Samples of 10–12-year-old children will be recruited through primary schools. We will compare moderate-to-vigorous physical activity time, sitting time (a thigh-worn Fibion® device) and independent mobility (a participatory mapping method, PPGIS) of children: 1) who live in towns with and without free public transit, 2) who live and go to school in districts with high vs. low perceived and objective access to free public transit, and 3) who report using vs. not using free public transit. In addition, ethnography will be used to get insights on the social and cultural effects of the free public transit on children's and parent's everyday life. DISCUSSION: There is a need for scalable solutions that can increase children's physical activity independent of their socioeconomic background or place of residence.
