La reseña procura sintetizar los principales aspectos del documento que establece una relación entre los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), propuesto por la Agenda 2030 y los avances y desafíos para la región de la Cuenca Amazónica, que se extiende por ocho países de América Latina, y que contiene el ecosistema de mayor biodiversidad del mundo. El documento tiene el mérito de agregar datos de diversos investigadores y especialistas de forma muy clara, lo que permite al lector el acceso a datos actualizados y fidedignos agregados en cinco dimensiones: personas, planeta, prosperidad, paz, asociación. En tres cuadros temáticos (comunidades indígenas, gestión ambiental y de los recursos naturales, gobernanza multisectorial) se sintetizan los principales desafíos y las posibles soluciones. En esta reseña se enfatiza el papel de la educación emprendedora en la formación de liderazgos que ejerzan una influencia decisiva en los procesos transformadores que deben ser realizados en las dinámicas sociales, económicas, políticas y ambientales de la Amazonia para alcanzar el desarrollo socioambiental propuesto por la Agenda 2030. Esa formación debe impregnar la enseñanza desde la infancia, ya que se trata de la interiorización de los valores. O documento tem o mérito de agregar dados de diversos pesquisadores e especialistas de forma muito clara que permite ao leitor acesso a dados atualizados e fidedignos agregados em cinco dimensões: pessoas, planeta, prosperidade, paz, parceria. Em três quadros temáticos (comunidades indígenas, gestão ambiental e dos recursos naturais, governança multisetorial), nos quais são sintetizados os principais desafios e as soluções possíveis. Nesta resenha enfatiza-se o papel da educação empreendedora na formação de lideranças que exerçam uma influência decisiva nos processos transformadores que devem ser realizados nas dinâmicas social, econômica, política e ambiental da Amazônia para alcançar o desenvolvimento socioambiental propugnado pela Agenda 2030. Essa formação deve impregnar o ensino desde a infância porque se trata da internalização de valores. Mas já é perceptível em iniciativas educacionais junto a jovens estudantes e adultos que buscam cursos de extensão e de pós-graduação os bons resultados no surgimento de novos empreendedores e gestores dedicados à responsabilidade e sustentabilidade socioambiental. ; This review seeks to synthesize the main aspects of the document that establishes a relationship between the sustainable development objectives (ODS) and the advances and placements for the Amazon Basin region, which extends across Latin American countries, containing the world's most biodiverse ecosystem. The document has the merit of collecting data from several researchers and experts in a very clear way that allows the reader access to updated and reliable data aggregated in five dimensions: people, planet, prosperity, peace, partnership. In three thematic frameworks (indigenous communities, environmental and natural resources management, multisectoral governance), in which the main challenges and possible solutions are summarized. This review emphasizes the role of entrepreneurial education in the formation of leaderships that promote a decisive influence on the transformative processes that must be carried out in the social, economic, political and environmental dynamics of the Amazon in order to achieve the socio-environmental development advocated by the 2030 Agenda. This training should permeate teaching since childhood because it is about the internalization of values. However, it is already noticeable in educational initiatives among young students and adults who seek extension and postgraduate courses the positive results in the emergence of new entrepreneurs and managers dedicated to social responsibility and sustainability.

The current fragmented framework of health governance for humans, animals and environment, together with the conventional linear approach to solving current health problems, is failing to meet today's health challenges and is proving unsustainable. Advances in healthcare depend increasingly on intensive interventions, technological developments and expensive pharmaceuticals. The disconnect grows between human health, animal health and environmental and ecosystems health. Human development gains have come with often unrecognized negative externalities affecting ecosystems. Deterioration in biodiversity and ecosystem services threatens to reverse the health gains of the last century. A paradigm shift is urgently required to de-sectoralize human, animal, plant and ecosystem health and to take a more integrated approach to health, One Health (OH). The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) offer a framework and unique opportunity for this. Through analysing individual SDGs, we argue the feasibility of an OH approach towards achieving them. Feasibility assessments and outcome evaluations are often constrained by sectoral politics within a national framework, historic possession of expertise, as well as tried and tested metrics. OH calls for a better understanding, acceptance and use of a broader and transdisciplinary set of assessment metrics. Key objectives of OH are presented: that humans reconnect with our natural past and accept our place in, and dependence on our planet's ecosystems; and that we recognize our dependence on ecosystem services, the impact of our development thereon and accept our responsibility towards future generations to address this. Several action points are proposed to meet these objectives.

Die Verabschiedung der Agenda 2030 für nachhaltige Entwicklung und die Unterzeichnung des Übereinkommens von Paris Ende 2015 war ein entscheidender Moment der globalen Initiative für Nachhaltigkeit. Es besteht ein enormes Potenzial für positive Nebeneffekte durch eine sich wechselseitig unterstützende Umsetzung der 17 Ziele für nach¬haltige Entwicklung (Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs) der Agenda 2030 und der beabsichtigten nationalen Beiträge (Nationally Determined Contributions, NDCs), die das rechtsverbindliche Übereinkommen von Paris tragen. Die Länder-NDCs, d. h. ihre Klimapläne, enthalten nicht nur Verpflichtungen zur Emissionssenkung, sondern auch zu vielen weiteren Punkten, die für die nachhaltige Entwicklung von Bedeutung sind. Im Folgenden werden die zentralen Ergebnisse einer detaillierten Analyse des Beitrags der NDC-Klimamaßnahmen zu den SDGs und ihren Zielvorgaben vorgestellt. Nach dem Übereinkommen von Paris sollten die Länder alle fünf Jahre überarbeitete NDCs vorlegen, um die Zielvorgaben sukzessive hochzusetzen. Die erste vollständige Prüfung ("weltweite Bestandsaufnahme") steht 2023 an. Eine erste Bilanz wird jedoch schon 2018 gezogen ("unterstützender Dialog"). Die Umsetzung der Agenda 2030 fußt auf den von Land zu Land unterschiedlichen nationalen Strategien für nachhaltige Entwicklung. Auf globaler Ebene greifen Überwachungs- und Überprüfungsmechanismen auf dem jährlichen hochrangigen politischen Forum für nachhaltige Entwicklung (High Level Political Forum, HLPF) der Vereinten Nationen in New York. Üblicherweise werden diese beiden Umsetzungsprozesse trotz der vielfältigen thematischen Überschneidungen und dem gemeinsamen Ziel einer globalen nachhaltigen Entwicklung getrennt behandelt. Unsere Analyse hebt dagegen hervor, dass die NDC-Klimamaßnahmen auch die Umsetzung vieler SDGs und ihrer Zielvorgaben unterstützen können. Sie decken thematisch nicht nur bedeutende Elemente für SDG 13, sondern auch für viele weitere Themen der nachhaltigen Entwicklung ab. Die NDC-Klimamaßnahmen machen zudem deutlich, dass die SDGs miteinander verflochten sind. So erzeugt eine Vielzahl der NDC-Klimamaßnahmen Synergien, die mehrere SDGs zugleich voranbringen können. Um positive Nebeneffekte zu erreichen, sollten NDCs und SDGs koordiniert umgesetzt werden. Auf diese Weise lassen sich 1) Doppelungen und damit Kosten vermeiden und 2) die Agenda 2030 auf Länderebene systematischer umsetzen, indem durch bereits verpflichtend festgelegte Maßnahmen nach den NDCs Synergien zwischen beiden Agenden erschlossen werden. Eine Verknüpfung des Übereinkommens von Paris und der Agenda 2030 sollte erwogen werden, um Politikkohärenz zu erhöhen mit dem Ziel Synergien zu maximieren und Zielkonflikte reduzieren: Im Kontext des Übereinkommens von Paris sollten die Länder zukünftige Überarbeitungen der NDCs nutzen, um ihre Klimamaßnahmen enger mit den SDGs zu koordinieren. Im Kontext der Agenda 2030 sollten Strategien für nachhaltige Entwicklung die NDCs sinnvoll ergänzen. Positive Nebeneffekte bieten das Potenzial, die Länder stärker zur Erfüllung ihrer Verpflichtungen zu motivieren. Kompromisse sollten jedoch frühzeitig vermittelt werden, um beide Agenden erfolgreicher umsetzen zu können.

[ES] El pleno municipal es el máximo órgano de representación política de la ciudadanía en el ámbito municipal. Es un órgano colegiado en el que se ponen a debate los problemas que afectan a los municipios y, en consecuencia, se toman medidas para combatirlos. Con la finalidad de que la ciudadanía pueda acceder a la información de los plenos municipales, con el apoyo de la Càtedra de Govern Obert, adscrita a la Universitat Politècnica de València, se desarrolló una ontología para la publicación de datos de los plenos municipales. Ahora, se realizará una revisión normativa aplicable a los plenos municipales, trabajando desde el paradigma del Buen Gobierno y sus principios. Adicionalmente, se propone una adaptación de toda la información de la ontología a los estándares de Lectura Fácil. Otra vía importante para disponer de información relevante de los plenos municipales son los datos abiertos. Estos son un instrumento muy importante que favorece el empoderamiento de la ciudadanía, ya que disponer de datos es el primer paso para disponer de información relevante, avalada por los datos, y que permite tomar decisiones. Consecuentemente, favorecen la participación de la ciudadanía en el paradigma de gobierno abierto. Los datos abiertos son de fácil acceso desde los Portales de datos abiertos y permiten a la ciudadanía conocer y disponer de los datos que se genera en las administraciones. En este contexto, se propone diseñar un conjunto de datos en el que se puedan registrar distintas variables vinculadas a los plenos municipales. Se estudiará que variables formarán parte de este conjunto de datos y ser trabajará en su estandarización para que se pueda comparar este conjunto de datos abiertos en las distintas Entidades Locales. Será importante incluir diversas variables que contribuyan a la trazabilidad y seguimiento de las decisiones y acuerdos que se adoptan en los plenos hasta que se implementan, y si es posible, cuáles son sus consecuencias e impacto. Um das 2020er-Jahrzehnt – das zur Decade of Action für die Umsetzung der Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) deklariert wurde – möglichst erfolgreich im Sinne der Agenda 2030 zu gestalten, ist ein wesentlich stärkeres, vor allem konzertiertes globales Zusammenwirken verschiedener Akteure aus Politik, Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft notwendig. Dieses Buch setzt sich systematisch mit verschiedenen Kooperationsformen und Erfolgsfaktoren in Multi-Akteurs-Netzwerken und deren Chancen und Grenzen bezüglich der Umsetzung der 17 Sustainable Development Goals auseinander. Es bietet zunächst einen Überblick über Bedeutung und Voraussetzung von Kooperation im Verlauf der Entwicklung der Menschheit und erläutert die Rolle unterschiedlicher staatlicher und nicht-staatlicher Akteure in Bezug auf eine nachhaltige Entwicklung. Erfolgskritische Faktoren für die Konzeptionierung, Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Multi-Akteurs-Partnerschaften werden ergründet.
