Summary presents a methodology that integrates internal and external variables, at three stages, which determine the viability of an Elécrica energy generation project, based on biogas collected from the final disposal site (SDF) of the municipality of Pachuca, Hidalgo. First, the SDF is analysed at technical and financial level, with a projection of 20 years, with and without carbon certificates, making the project viable. The second (regional) stage determines that the most impactful variables are municipal management times, legal and social aspects and awareness raising among actors. The third level (macro atmosphere) considers that the price of carbon certificates, federal supports and environmental aspects allows the project to be projected for municipal management. The variables that have the greatest impact on the project are: municipal experts, awareness raising among political actors and affected population, as well as advice from experts on the subject associating the variables as a comprehensive project. ; Resumen Se presenta una metodología que integra variables internas y externas, en tres estadios, que determinan la viabilidad de un proyecto de generación de energía elécrica, a partir del biogás captado del sitio de disposición final (SDF) del municipio de Pachuca, Hidalgo. 1 19 12 11 ; S ; [EN] Central inverters are usually employed in large photovoltaic farms because they offer a good compromise between costs and efficiency. However, inverters based on a single power stage have poor efficiency in the low power range, when the irradiation conditions are low. For that reason, an extended solution has been the parallel connection of several inverter modules that manage a fraction of the full power. Besides other benefits, this power architecture can improve the efficiency of the whole system by connecting or disconnecting the modules depending on the amount of managed power. In this work, a control technique is proposed that maximizes the global efficiency of this kind of systems. The developed algorithm uses a functional model of the inverters¿ efficiency to decide the number of modules on stream. This model takes into account both the power that is instantaneously processed and the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) voltage that is applied to the photovoltaic field. A comparative study of several models of efficiency for photovoltaic inverters is carried out, showing that bidimensional models are the best choice for this kind of systems. The proposed algorithm has been evaluated by considering the real characteristics of commercial inverters, showing that a significant improvement of the global efficiency is obtained at the low power range in the case of sunny days. Moreover, the proposed technique dramatically improves the global efficiency in cloudy days. How do Shakespearean plays sustain clashing values within them, or imposed on them? Is Shakespeare anti-Semitic? Can Shakespeare be a feminist? How is value subject to context, to market, and demand? A wide range of moral, political, and aesthetic values���profitable or heartening or threatening from case to case���have been associated with Shakespeare, and those values have changed over time. And conflicting values may coincide at different levels of discussion of a given play, at once driving diversity in entertainment industries and sustaining traditional aesthetic principles, or in some other concatenation. This volume���s special section of essays on ���Shakespeare and Value��� explores these questions through general enquiry and case studies of complex moral designs that resist easy profiling in the plays. Instead of following formulae or jumping to conclusions, the contributors urge us not to flatten out the contradictory sets of values in these designs, but to set these clashes at the heart of action and inquiry.

Settlement is widely understood as the final stage of the refugee journey: a durable solution to forced displacement and a stable environment in which former refugees can rebuild their lives. However, settlement is shaped by rapidly changing socio-political forces producing contingent, unpredictable, and even hostile environments. This article draws upon Vigh's concept of social navigation to reconceptualize settlement as a continuation of a fraught journey in which refugee settlers must continually seek new strategies to pursue viable futures. We illustrate with an in-depth case study of the settlement journey of one refugee-background young man over his first eight years in Melbourne, Australia. ; L'établissement est presque toujours comprise comme l'étape finale du voyage d'un réfugié, soit une solution pérenne à un déplacement forcé et un environnement stable dans lequel des ex-réfugiés peuvent reconstruire leur vie. Cet article s'inspire du concept de navigation sociale de Vigh pour reconceptualiser l'établissement comme la continuation d'un voyage semé d'embûches, au cours duquel le réfugié colon doit continuellement être à la recherche de nouvelles stratégies pour établir un avenir pérenne. Nous illustrons cette perspective par l'étude approfondie des efforts d'établissement d'un homme jeune originairement réfugié, au cours de ses huit premières années à Melbourne, Australie.

Em 29 de Setembro de 1901 realizou-se na cidade de Buenos Aires um meeting contra o jogo, participando 5.000 pessoas na Plaza de Mayo que solicitaram ao Presidente da República a repressão dos jogos de azar nas áreas urbanas. O meeting contra o jogo permite examinar o lugar da imprensa na organização de uma mobilização destas características, cujo eixo de protesto encontra seus fundamentos no território moral e evidencia que nem todas as iniciativas surgidas na opinião pública refletem a ampliação de direitos. Os debates parlamentários que esta mobilização suscitou também interessam porque –depois de varios meses– derivam, em 1902, na sanção de uma Lei de repressão ao jogo que tornará legal a invasão policial de domicílio particular. ; On September the 29th, 1901, a meeting against gambling was held in Buenos Aires: about 5,000 people attended the Plaza de Mayo and demanded that the President of the Republic repressed games of chance in urban environments. This meeting against gambling provides grounds for an inquiry regarding the role the media plays in the organization of such events, which start as morality issues and provide evidence that not all initiatives that begin in the heart of the public opinion are meant to conquer a wider set of rights. The theatre moves to virtual scenes where text is tweet and everyone is invited to make their voices heard. The Traverse, a New Writing Hall in Edinburgh and the National Theatre of Scotland, responded to the national debate with 'democratic' dramaturgies that openly raise the issue of civic engagement. This study investigates the "Impact of Indian dramas on language and dressing of females of village Sehowal district Sialkot" through survey using a questionnaire as a tool of data collection. It targeted 100 women aged 16- 30 years and viewing cable television for a minimum two years. The study recorded the respondent's consumption patterns, level of viewing, preferred channels, favorite watching time, and control over remote. It checked the above factors with the age group and marital status with demographic characteristics of the respondents. Results show that Indian media trying to cultivate their culture in our society, females even in the village area like Indian dresses and use Hindi words Intentionally or unintentionally but there is the slight changes occur in Interaction pattern.

To what extent do we need a 'second-wave' of writing on depoliticisation to correct the biases of the first and thereby to improve our capacity to gain analytical traction on the dynamic interplay between politicising and depoliticising tendencies in contemporary liberal democracies? In this article I welcome the debate this special issue has opened, but defend the first wave against its critics. More specifically, I argue that the first wave literature provides ample analytical and theoretical resources to capture the dynamic interplay between depoliticising tendencies and politicising or repoliticising counter-tendencies which its critics rightly place at centre stage. Indeed, I go further, suggesting that the more empirical contributions of the special issue, while bringing a series of new and important insights to the analysis of politicisation–depoliticisation dynamics, in fact do so by drawing extensively on first wave depoliticisation theory. Such work is very necessary and advances significantly our understanding of depoliticising, but it extends rather than challenges first wave perspectives and is ultimately better characterised as 'second generation' rather than 'second wave'.

During the last decade, family training patterns in Spain have undergone a process of substantive transformation. Andger cohorts are increasingly postponing marriage and, once they enter marriage, they tend to delay Childbearing. As a result of these timing shifts, period measures such as total fertility rates are likely to be expected to achieve true fertility levels. This study focuses on the first traineeship of family training: the transition to motherhood. Following a birth interval approach, the analysis depicts recent trends and differentials in the timing of first birth and explores the role of premarital pegancies and contraceptive practice on first interval dynamics. During the last dcennia in Spain, the types of family constitution have undergone substantial transformations. The youngest cohorts prolong their clibat and, once married, tend to delay their births. Partly as an effect of these temporal changes, cross-cutting measures, such as the cumulative fcondit, are likely to underestimate the true levels of the fcondit. This study focuses on the stage of family formation: the transition to maternal conditions. Using a longitudinal approach, trends and diffuses are analysed in the timing of the premire birth and explore the rle of prmarital pregnancies and contraceptive practices on the dynamics of the interval between marriage and birth. Through consolidated bibliography, the article debates the role of journalism in relation to risk society, stage of modernity, where issues have a social origin, which are to be attributed of decisions that carry a political nature. We propose to go from a journalism that only makes visible the consequences and affectations, to a preventive journalism, analytical and critical, that studies the complexity of those problems and their structural causes. Likewise, it encouraged the visualization of social antagonisms in order to affect the State building and social organization, in this way the identified risks were included in the intervention agenda. In addition, we refer the attacks on the press by the political authorities and the cases of murders of journalists in Ecuador. We analyze specific cases of risk coverage in the country in recent years that have been related to organized crime, with the exploitation and seizure of resources in areas that have vulnerable populations due to social inequalities and unsatisfied demands. Lastly, we reflected on coverage management, in which planning and development, the integrity of journalist teams in risk situations should be taken into account. ; El artículo pone en discusión, mediante recopilación bibliográfica, el rol del periodismo en relación con la sociedad del riesgo, etapa de la modernidad en que las problemáticas tienen origen social pues son producto de decisiones que conllevan un carácter político. International audience The article discusses chronologically important things from the finds belonging to the steppenomads of the Post-Hunnic periods in Eastern Europe, from the Urals to the Lower Danube (mid 5th – mid 6th centuries):weapons, horse equipment, elements of costume, jewelry. It should be noted that very similar types of these thingsprevail across the entire steppe area during the Post-Hunnic time, indicating the steppe nomad cultural homogeneity,regardless of their origin and ethnicity. Some things from the steppe graves of the time have a wider date and existuntil the 7th century. Some things are typical for the early stage of the Post-Hunnic horizon, i.e. time around themiddle – the second half of the 5th century. On the other hand, some things mark the end of the Post-Hunnic era anddate back to the middle or second half of the 6th century. The date for most of the things examined here is establishedby external analogies, known in vast territories, which include the Western European and Balkan-Danubian regions.There the reasoned chronology of antiquities of the 5th – 6th centuries was developed, which is based on numerouscoin finds and also on dendrochronology. Equally important for the chronology of steppe antiquities are analogsderived from the monuments of the sedentary population of the steppe borderlands, where there are numerousclosed complexes. First of all, these are monuments of the North Caucasus, and the Crimea, on the chronology ofwhich there are numerous studies. Some of the things we have considered belong to the prestigious "princely"culture and are of Mediterranean or Asian origin and thus reflect the cultural, military and political, economic tiesof the steppe population and political orientation of the steppe "princely" elites in the Early Middle Ages.Key words: Eastern Europe, Post-Hunnic periods, steppe, nomads, chronology.

Peer reviewed ; [EN] Shedding a light on epic drama conduces us to consider two radical paradoxes: first, a political paradox, since epic drama is supposed to serve the proletarian class, whereas proletarians are unable to actually support it; second, a narrative paradox, in that it seems to contradict the Aristotelian theory by confusing the two fundamental modes of imitation. Nevertheless, the aesthetic innovations brought by epic drama are still alive in spite of the outdated political and revolutionary dogmatism on which it was supposedly founded. The thesis is illustrated by examples from three significant contemporary plays in Spanish: Rashid 9/11 from Jaime Chabaud (Mexico), Himmelweg from Juan Mayorga (Spain) and Huevos from Ulises Rodríguez Febles (Cuba). ; [ES] A la luz de las dos paradojas que se advierten en la raíz misma del llamado teatro épico, la política, en cuanto se presenta al servicio de una clase, el proletariado, que no puede sostenerlo, y la narrativa, derivada de la contradicción entre los dos modos de imitación aristotélicos, se defiende la tesis de que en la actualidad siguen plenamente vigentes las aportaciones estéticas ("narrativas") del teatro épico, pero no el dogmatismo político revolucionario en que supuestamente se basaban. 71 81 41 1 ; Senia ; In recent years a rich and diverse fauna of hadrosaurid dinosaurs has been described in the Upper Cretaceous of the Pyrenees. Recent fieldwork carried out in the upper Maastrichtian levels of the Tremp Formation, in the south-central Pyrenees (province of Huesca, northeastern Spain), has allowed us to recover diminutive fossil bones referable to hadrosaurid dinosaurs. To date, small-sized specimens had not been reported in the area. The remains consist of small vertebrae and fragmentary long bones found in a relatively small area, so it is assumed that they probably belong to individuals of a single population. A morphological examination and a histological study reveal that they represent specimens of advanced ontogenetic stage and allow the identification of an undescribed taxon of small-bodied hadrosaurids. In other parts of Europe, discoveries of small dinosaurs have been linked to insularity. These findings bring to light the smallest hadrosaurid known in Europe to date. International audience The early modern stages offer several favourable settings to analyse and follow the constitution of the modern literary hero and thus define what it is. The purpose of this article is to describe how a character on stage becomes a "hero", defining his qualities in the end. Influenced by the Aristotelian ideas of poetry, the playwrights put on a world that would be mimesis of reality, and consequently their works show the coeval conception of man, defined since his temporal being, as Montaigne points out in his Essais. So in order to act well, the future heroes have to see time as an opportunity and live in harmony with it as well as Prince Harry in 1 Henry IV. This way, they can promptly act as Rodrigue in Corneille's Cid. Furthermore, likewise the Hegelian's Master-Slave dialectic, the characters will give to their society the image of a hero risking his life, and renouncing sensual pleasures, as Sigismund in La vida es sueño. From this point of view, the modern hero seems to embody the two opposite ideas of magnanimity pointed out in Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics.

[ES] In the second half of the 12th century, in the context of their separation from the Kingdom of Leon, a strong review of the historical past took place in Castile-La Mancha, one of the keys of which was the magnification of the condal stage and, above all, the figure of Fernán González. The monastery of San Pedro de Arlanza seems to have played a particularly active role both in developing the legends on the cone and in using them to give the abadia prestige and place it at the centre of the historical processes on which the new political identity of Castilian was based, including the reformulation of its own origins, by applying for a fictitious foundation by Fernán González, supported by falsification of documents. The success of the Armenian strategy meant that in the 13th century, against the backdrop of the reunification of the queens, other monasteries, such as San Millán de la Cogolla and Santo Domingo de Silos, tried to challenge and capitalise on Arlanza's figure and traditions of 'Buen conde', again by using not only to reinvent their origins and to circulate the relevant speeches, but also to falsify the documents that could support them as evidence. It is a complex process that no single source can illuminate. It can only be reconstructed through a combined study of fragmentaries of information dispersed across a wide range of sources (time, literary, hagiographic, diplomatic, coded).
