Seven years after his political fall, Alberto Fujimori Fujimori was extradited from Chile on September 22 of 2007, in order to judge him by two cases of human rights violations and five corruption cases. The mega-trial begun on december 10 of 2007. According to the mediate authorship theory, having led the command in charge of the counterterrorist actions involves him in crimes related to human rights. The Supreme court special penal division judges him by six cases related to human rights, corruption and graft, divided in three mega-trials: 1) La Cantuta - Barrios Altos and the Gustavo Gorriti and Samuel Dyer kidnapping in the Military intelligence Service basements. 2) Phone-tapping, and TV channels and congress men bribing. 3) 15 million nuevos soles of payement to Montesinos as a time of service compensation. The last case, the unlawful entry into the house of Trinidad Becerra, Montesino´s ex-wife, is been treating apart because it is a summary process. However, AFF couldn´t have made it all alone. His criminal actions were orchestrated above the shadows of his collaborators, that had proceeded illegally, like a mafia organization. Furthermore, there is presented a systematization of the psychopathologic trama of this intrincated political affair, that configures a psychopathic syndrome which predictable evolution will mean the end of the yearned impunity that AFF is looking for. Empero, AFF no actuó solo.

Abstract. Intimate partner violence (IPV) is the physical, sexual, and psychological abuse of an intimate partner and is a widespread, international public health crisis. An important proximate risk factor for IPV perpetration is the presence of psychopathic traits but there has not been a systematic review of the research linking psychopathic traits to IPV perpetration. We identified 43 studies using 13,476 participants (9,024 men and 4,452 women) across 10 countries that met our search criteria that led to the following conclusions. First, psychopathy was associated with IPV perpetration with medium effect sizes, even after accounting for various distal and proximate risk factors. Second, the different dimensions of psychopathy did not consistently differ in their prediction of IPV perpetration. Third, within individuals with a history of IPV perpetration, psychopathy did not relate to the frequency or severity of partner violence. Fourth, a few studies have tested the associations among child abuse, psychopathy, and IPV, with one study reporting that the combination of child abuse and psychopathic traits led to especially high risk for IPV perpetration. Lastly, we conclude by making recommendations for how future research and interventions should consider psychopathy to reduce the societal burden of IPV.

The reason for this paper was to examine the impacts of Machiavellianism, Narcissism and Psychopathy on Depression in HEC University. The fundamental measures of the Dark Triads were obtained from past researches, which gave the foundation of our study facets. Information was accumulated via a questionnaire from 307 representatives from the Institution of Quetta. To accomplish the point, three propositions were built that constructed a link of depression with independent factors Mach, Narc and Psy. Data Analysis demonstrated that Mach, Narc and Psy particularly affect depression. Workload factor and workplace tackle with the difficulties they may confront invisibly. It is prescribed that more consideration be paid to the elements which can determine the workers and has developed a feeling of sadness, in the work environment, improving the development of workers just as the organization, with an emphasis on the efficient facets of dark Triads.

The objective of this study is to present a theoretical paper about a clinical issue. Our aim is to propose some clinical and semiological considerations for a psychopathological conception of psychopathy. We will discuss several major theoretical works dedicated to this nosographic entity (mainly those of Schneider, Cleckley and Hare). We will also examine a significant issue raised by Cooke et al., namely whether psychopathic functioning is consistently related to antisocial behavior. This theoretical essay is informed by clinical situations (involving psychopaths who were interviewed in prison or in forensic centers). The method applied a phenomenological psychopathology analysis to the clinical material. We first compare Binswanger's conception of mania with psychopathic functioning. Patients' behavior is similar but there is a difference related to the dialectic between the ego and the alter ego. A patient with mania has a fundamental crisis of the ego, which a psychopath does not have. A second finding of our investigations concerns emotions and the adaptive dimension of the psychopathic disorder. An epistemological discussion of the concept of emotions reveals that psychopaths are competent in the management of emotional stimuli, which confers a psychological advantage upon them. ; Peer reviewed
