En este texto se construyen los conceptos de incertidumbre y conflicto metropolitano para la Zona Metropolitana del Valle de México utilizando las técnicas de entrevista a profundidad, observación participante y análisis de documentos oficiales (todas ellas parte integrante de la metodología constructivista), con la intención de tipificar ese fenómeno de conurbación como posnormal y con ello determinar sus posibilidades actuales de gestión. AbstractThis text constructs the concepts of uncertainty and metropolitan conflict for the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico, using the techniques of in-depth interviews, participant observation and the analysis of official documents (all of which are an integral part of constructivist methodology,) in order to typify this phenomenon of conurbation as post-normal and thereby determine its current possibilities of management.

Some changes on the inmigrant legislation, on the involved civil service and on the perception of immigrants have occurred in the eighties since the mass migrants begin to enter in Spain. Polish refugees changed their status to become economic immigrants taking part in the 1991 rgularization process when organized by the Spanish officials. Their demographic, economic and social features run for the real integration into the Spanish society helped by their interest to be integrated and the NGOs activities. But there are some other barriers to trouble, coming from the behaviour ofnSpanish bureaucracy and society regarding the immigrants. ; La inmigración que se ha producido en la última década ha favorecido notables cambios en la legislación, en la estructura administrativa implicada y en la percepción de la inmigración por la sociedad española. Los inmigrantes polacos han pasado de refugiados políticos a inmigrantes económicos aprovechando el proceso de regularización de 1991. Su adaptación a la sociedad española encuentra posibilidades favorables (sus propios rasgos sociodemográficos, su voluntad de integración, la ayuda de ONGs,.), pero también barreras que nacen de la propia sociedad y administración españolas.

Este trabajo supone la puesta en práctica en el aula de un proyecto de historia oral, con el desarrollo de su correspondiente metodología y las cuestiones teóricas que van a ser abordadas en mayor o menor medida. Se trata de una propuesta enfocada en el periodo de la transición a la democracia en España y en la época inmediatamente anterior, con una cronología que abarca desde la primera mitad de la década de 1970 hasta mediados de la década de 1980. Mediante la elaboración de entrevistas y la recopilación posterior de testimonios orales, pretendo demostrar la capacidad que tiene la historia oral para aumentar la motivación del alumnado y su implicación con la asignatura de Historia, y favorecer y mejorar sus relaciones sociales con el resto de la clase y con su entorno familiar más cercano y cotidiano. Desde hace unos años se observa en España una tendencia que revela que el carácter totémico, como un elemento más en los procesos de socialización en las familias, que tenía la televisión está transformándose. Este hecho, unido al efecto del multitasking, parece que ha logrado el ocaso del rey de la casa. Nuestra hipótesis de partida era que la televisión continuaba teniendo un papel central en los hogares españoles. En 2017, el instituto de investigación Punto de Fuga lanzó un estudio titulado Las mil y una familias. La metodología de este estudio fue la realización de 100 entrevistas etnográficas y 2.000 encuestas. El consumo familiar de la televisión muestra que las familias buscan momentos para hacer cosas juntos, compartir y a la vez utilizar la televisión como un elemento importante de «comunión familiar».

This article looks at the &lsquo ; public&rsquo ; &lsquo ; place&rsquo ; of drama in Britain at present by offering an analysis of a contemporary version of an ancient Greek play by Aeschylus, entitled The Suppliant Women, written by David Greig, directed by Ramin Gray, and first performed at the Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh in 2016. Following an agonistic (Chantal Mouffe), rather than a consensual (Jü ; rgen Habermas) model of the public sphere, it argues that under globalisation, three cumulative and interwoven senses of the public sphere, the discursive, the spatial, and the individual and his/her/their relation to a larger form of organisation, despite persisting hegemonic structures that perpetuate their containment, have become undone. This is the kind of unbounded model of public sphere Greig&rsquo ; s version of Aeschylus&rsquo ; The Suppliant Women seems to suggest by precisely offering undoings of discourses, spaces, and individualisations. In order to frame the first kind of undoing, that is, the unmarking of theatre as contained, the article uses Christopher Balme&rsquo ; s notion of &lsquo ; open theatrical public sphere&rsquo ; and in order to frame the second, that is, the undoing of elements &lsquo ; in&rsquo ; Greig&rsquo ; s version, the article utilises Greig&rsquo ; s concept of &lsquo ; constructed space&rsquo ; . The article arrives then at the notion of the open constructed public sphere in relation to The Suppliant Women. By engaging with this porous model of the public sphere, The Suppliant Women enacts a protest against exclusionary, reductive models of exchange and organisation, political engagement, and belonging under globalisation.

The present study holds that in order to transform decolonization in a social practice that is historically emancipating, it should be articulated with the construction of counter-hegemony that starts from the recognition of the inextinguishable socio-cultural plurality and the ineluctable possibility of difference and political conflict, and therefore recognition of the impossibility of building full and abstract universal orders. The construction of counter-hegemony is possible through the translation operation proposed by Santos, that assumes the identification and increase of which this author denominates the contact zones. Santos' counter-hegemony proposal may be enhanced applying Laclau's theory in order to reflect in a more consistent way the political-epistemic articulation work, that is not just translation but the construction of a democratic and agonistic hegemony, following Chantal Mouffe that inevitably entrails the production of historical-concrete universals.
