The supervision of probation services includes criminally convicted persons, who for a period between 6 months and 4 years, or even longer (in the case of persons released conditionally from prison), must comply with a series of measures and obligations ordered by the court. However, in Romania, a very large number of people entering the supervision of probation services leave the country, most of them for employment purposes, bringing a series of challenges to probation counselors in the supervision process. Who are these people who leave the country, where do they go, why do they leave, we will answer all these questions in this material, as a result of a research carried out within the Dolj probation service by analyzing a representative number of probation files.

The article provides a review of the specialized lite rature and addresses practices regarding the development of emotional intelligence in the school environment. In the current period, more and more families are involved in demanding, time-consuming activities or end up in a situation of separation, as a result of the phenomenon of labor migration abroad, the attention and parental supervision of children being affected. Transnational families are exposed to certain risks regarding the stability and balance of the emotional framework, the most vulnerable being the children. The socio-economic context reconfigures the families' priorities, at the expense of emotional well-being, which leads to school adaptive difficulties and in the process of children's mental development at a young school age. On a national and international level, these problems are generalized, a fact that involves the school in a process of emotional and social balancing of the child. The article highlights the impact that parental emigration has on school-aged children and the role of educational strategies in the development of emotional intelligence. The relationships established in the school environment between equals (students – students) but also the relationships established vertically (teachers – students) validate the emotional development of school-age children if they are optimized through adaptive strategies. The article provides a review of the specialized literature and addresses practices regarding the development of emotional intelligence in the school environment.

The purpose of present research is to emphasize the way in which literature contributes to the needs of new students in their social interaction. The key factors that we focused on span the entire scope of studying a foreign language through literature. Thus, the methods we suggest for this refer to: motivating students to read, using poems, creating a play in class, using dramatic texts and narratives. It has been constantly recognized that the new European context influences the new generation of students in their way of perceiving the world with everything this implies. Spanish classes are essential in the process of shaping the character of a young person as a social person. The development of thinking and cultural awareness can be achieved through the use of an appropriate methodology, in addition to addressing all fields of a foreign language: pronunciation, literature, speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary, written comprehension and a variety of means.

This paper is part of the PhD Thesis: Essays of Lucian Blaga and we want to show how the Romanian philosopher, one of the founders of the literary magazine "Gândirea", the most published and admired author of this traditionalist journal, was only tolerated in the pages of "Gândirea" because he never accepted the concept of art and popular tradition stipulated in the ideological program imposed by Nichifor Crainic. The causes and the consequences of this separation can be found in Blaga's personal correspondence with his friends.
