The purpose of the research was to study the sufficien and necessary conditions for applying the principles of law in the processes of law making and execution. In the main content it has been established that the principles of law should be understood as universal, fundamental, basic provisions and ideas reflectingdeep foundations of human existence, general relations formed by the participants of legal realities as a result of their social interaction and as the basis for legal development. The following methods were used in the research: analysis of biographical sources, synthesis, deduction, comparative analysis and meta-analysis, etc. In the conclusions of the case it has been shown that consistent adherence to legal principles by legislative and law enforcement bodies will create an atmosphere of predictability and stability of legislation in society. Finally, the principles enshrined in the Constitution and codes of Ukraine should become a prerequisite for modern Ukrainian society to implement a humanistic concept of personality, education of legal subjects, an effective norm on a par with other norms regulating specific relationships, and should not remain only a statement.

ResumenEl heterosexismo y el cisgenerismo pueden dar lugar a experiencias de exclusión social en el trabajo, que perturban el bienestar de las personas LGBTQ+. Para medir esta realidad, los autores elaboran un índice específico de calidad del empleo, basado en datos de una muestra de 1761 trabajadores de Quebec, seleccionados en el marco de la encuesta UNIE‐LGBTQ (2019‐2020). Este índice, creado a partir de puntuaciones factoriales, comprende 16 indicadores y 5 dimensiones. Tiene una coherencia interna aceptable y se asocia moderadamente con la satisfacción laboral de las personas LGBTQ+. El índice revela las diferencias esperadas entre los grupos, lo que confirma su validez de constructo.

When heterosexism and cisgenderism leads to social exclusion at work, it negatively affects the well‐being of LGBTQ+ people. To measure this phenomenon, the authors constructed a specific job quality index based on a sample of 1,761 LGBTQ+ Quebec workers recruited as part of the UNIE‐LGBTQ survey (2019–2020). The index was created using factor scores; it comprises 16 indicators and covers five dimensions. It has acceptable internal consistency and is moderately associated with LGBTQ+ job satisfaction. Its conceptual validity is bolstered by the fact that it reflects anticipated differences between groups.

RésuméL'hétérosexisme et le cisgenrisme peuvent conduire à des expériences d'exclusion sociale vécues au travail, qui nuisent au bien‐être des personnes LGBTQ+. Pour mesurer cette réalité, les auteurs construisent un indice de qualité de l'emploi spécifique, en s'appuyant sur des données issues d'un échantillon de 1 761 travailleurs et travailleuses LGBTQ+ du Québec, recrutés dans le cadre de l'enquête SAVIE‐LGBTQ (2019–2020). Cet indice, créé au moyen de scores factoriels, comprend 16 indicateurs et 5 dimensions. Il possède une cohérence interne acceptable et est associé modérément à la satisfaction au travail des personnes LGBTQ+. L'indice révèle des différences attendues entre les groupes, ce qui soutient sa validité conceptuelle.

The problem of combating threats of illegal trafficking of arms, ammunition and explosives at the border points of Ukraine with the countries of the European Union EU has become urgent under martial law. The aim of the study was to develop an optimal strategy for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as "SBGSU") to combat threats of illegal arms trafficking at border points with EU countries under martial law. A comprehensive methodological approach combining the following scientific methods was used: comparative method, systems analysis method, structural-functional method, survey and group expert evaluation method, classification method and determination of numerical characteristics. A model was developed to assess the threat of illegal arms trafficking on the border of Ukraine with the EU countries under martial law based on SWOT-analysis. As a result, the factors of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, which exist in the Ukrainian border guard agency, were identified. It is concluded that the results of this study cannot be applied to the border areas of Ukraine with such countries as the Russian Federation, Belarus and Moldova.

The purpose of this article is to study the impact of digitization on the economic system, as well as the protection and implementation of national economic interests. To achieve this goal, scientific and special methods such as analysis and synthesis were used; this methodology also allowed to understand the essence and distinguish the approaches to the concept of digitization, generalization and systematization, which made it possible to clarify the main objectives of digitization, its benefits and risks. The challenges and opportunities of digitization are identified, as well as the main problems hindering its development in the context of protection and realization of economic interests in Ukraine. It is noted that the solution of these problems will lead to significant momentum in the development of digitization. It is concluded that, among the main benefits of digitization is the generation of Internet platforms for the transmission of cutting-edge information and knowledge.

The objective of the article was to reveal r the main topics related to the definition of «hybrid warfare» and «legal policy of the state in a hybrid war», «legal policy of the state in the field of cybersecurity». The need to finalize legislation on the Internet taking into account international human rights standards was emphasized. Given the categorical uncertainty and unwillingness of Ukraine's current legal framework to resist new threats in a hybrid war, it is advisable to terminologize and standardize the conceptual apparatus in the legal system of cybersecurity, harmonize national legislation with international acts, as well as promoteflexibility in relevant areas of activity. It is alsonecessary to legally regulate the use of the Internet to help increase the liability of providers and site owners for the location of inaccurate and deliberately harmful information, as well as to establish a mechanism to influence unscrupulous subjects of information law in cyberspace. It is concluded that a separate area in criminology should be the protection of information sources and information security issues in a hybrid war.
