Ēdiens ir mūsu ikdienas neatņemama sastāvdaļa, kas var kļūt par vairāku problēmu iemeslu cilvēka, valsts un pasaules kontekstā. Bērnībā tiek izdarīta svarīga izvēle attiecībā uz dzīvesveidu, iepriekš nosakot veselības riskus nākotnē, tādēļ ir ļoti svarīgi izglītot bērnus par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām par projekta vadīšanu un virzīšanu sabiedriskās ēdināšanas jomā, novērtējot bērnu tirgus segmenta īpatnības, projekta realizācijas ētiskos un juridiskos aspektus, bērnu uztura problēmas aktualitāti Latvijā, kā arī sekas un leģislatīvos priekšnosacījumus, izstrādāt bērnu veselīga uztura projekta pamatkoncepciju tā realizācijai un virzīšanai Latvijas tirgū. Autore izstrādājusi priekšlikumus bērnu veselīga uztura veicināšanai. Darba apjoms ir 167 lapaspuses, 6 tabulas, 13 attēli un 36 pielikumi. Literatūras sarakstā ir 182 nosaukumi. Lifestyle and consumption patterns are formed already in early childhood, which are pre-determines some potential health risks in the future; thus it is crucially important that early to educate children about healthy way of living already from the early age. The aim of the work is to evaluate the current importance of children nutrition issues, its consequences and legislative support; develop basic concepts for realization and local market promotion of healthy child nutrition project. The author has worked out recommendations how to promote healthy eating habits among children. Master paper consists of 167 pages, 6 tables, 13 pictures and 36 appendices. Ceturtajā nodaļā tika apkopoti aptaujas rezultāti par SIA "Amserv Motors" mārketinga komunikācijām un veikts to novērtējums. The author of the work has investigated the marketing communications in Ltd "Amserv Motors'', which is the Toyota and Lexus official dealer in Latvia. The aim of the master research paper is to analyze the marketing communications of Ltd. "Amserv Motors", their advantages and disadvantages to provide the proposals to Ltd. "Amserv Motors" in the development of marketing communications. The first chapter describes the types of marketing communications, their main advantages and disadvantages. In the second chapter the author explores Ltd. "Amserv Motors" marketing action, which includes car industry analysis, company performance and characteristics of sales policy. The third chapter discusses and explores the methods of Ltd. "Amserv Motors" in marketing communications. Fourth chapter has summarized the results of the survey, carried out the assessment. At the final part author gives the conclusions and proposals for Ltd. "Amserv Motors" marketing communications development. The paper consists of 126 pages. Maģistra darba mērķis ir aprakstīt un novērtēt finanšu dokumentu apriti un plūsmu e-pārvaldes kontekstā, t.i.,–raksturot e-pārvaldi un tās ieviešanu Latvijā, kā arī noteikt problēmas, kas kavē finanšu dokumentu elektronisku plūsmu e-pārvaldes kontekstā. Pētījuma empīrisko bāzi veido konkrēta mazā uzņēmuma finanšu dokumentu aprites un plūsmas analīze. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek secināts, ka finanšu dokumentu e-aprite tiek ieviesta lēni, jo ir vairāki šķēršļi, kas to kavē–normatīvo aktu, likumdošanas trūkums, neērta e-paraksta lietošana, kā arī vairāki t.s. cilvēciskie faktori. ; This master thesis deals with the financial document circulation problem areas of e-government context, and also evaluates the financial document flow of enterprise e-government context. The study aims to assess the financial documents the flow of e-government context. And the great challenges of the study werw identified–to characterize the e-government and fix the problems that impede the flow of financial documents in the context of e-government and to assess the financial documents the flow of the company's e-government context.Results of this study is useful for all those interested in the situation already existing in the document the movement of the e-form industry professionals, students, ect. In assessing the results of a study it is concluded that e-bills are beings introduced very slowly, because there are some obstacles–lack of regulatory legislation, awkward, and also the human factor.

Legal right of a legal person to its professional reputation is enshrined in 1 paragraph of Article 1.114 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania among other non-property rights and values. It is important to note that the mentioned legal measures contained in the legal system of the Republic of Lithuania and applied by the national courts must not violate the freedom of expression, protected by the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and fundamental freedoms (hereinafter – the "Convention"). The national authorities when establishing and national courts when applying the legal rules for the protection of professional reputation that interferes with the freedom of expression, must make sure that such rules and their application do fulfill three cumulative conditions, determined by the European Court of Human Rights. Such conditions are: (1) the interference must be prescribed by law, (2) the interference must be aimed at protecting one or more of the interests or values listed in 2 paragraph of Article 10 of the Convention, (3) the interference must be necessary in a democratic society. With respect to the protection of a right of a legal person to its professional reputation in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, one may state that the first two conditions are fulfilled, but there are some doubts regarding the third condition, especially assessing the appliance of a preventive action or obligation for the media to pay pecuniary or (and) non-pecuniary damages when the media refuses to reveal the source of the disseminated information, even if the media did not know that the disseminated information was erroneous. The protection of the right of a legal person to its reputation is enshrined in Article 2.24 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. In order to state the violation of the right of a legal person to its professional reputation the court must establish such facts: (1) the fact that the information was disseminated, (2) the fact that the disseminated information was about a particular legal person, (3) the fact that the disseminated information damages the professional reputation of a legal entity, (4) the fact that the disseminated information is erroneous. Not always it is simple and easy to determine such facts: there are some difficulties delimitating the news from opinion and for the plaintiffs is quite a challenge to proof the damage suffered because of the particularity of damaged right or for the defendant sometimes it is almost impossible to prove that the disseminated information is true because of the inability to get and provide certain proof. There are also some issues when determing the right defendant when applying to the court and questions when deciding on whether the person to whom the information was disseminated is right regarding the possibility to defend one's damaged professional reputation. The national courts must be flexible when taking the decision and must asses all the details in the case as not to base their decision only on formal grounds. According to Article 2.24 of the Civil Code in judicial proceedings the plaintiff may demand for further separate defense remedies: (1) to refute the disseminated information, which damages its professional reputation, (2) to declare the disseminated information untrue and damaging its professional reputation, (3) to award pecuniary damages, (4) to award non-pecuniary damages. The plaintiff may also apply to the court with the preventive action demanding to prohibit the dissemination of a certain information in the future or interim legal measure. The latter if applied by the court may be subject to the assessment by the European Court of Human Rights regarding the violation of Article 10 of the Convention as such remedy might be considered not proportional to the legal aim of the right to professional reputation.

Maģistra darbs par tēmu "Darbaspēka migrācija Latvijā un tās ietekme uz tautsaimniecību" sniedz detalizētu izklāstu un analīzi par migrācijas un darba tirgus tendencēm Latvijā. Pirmajā daļā dots migrācijas teorētiskais pamatojums, bet otrajā daļā tiek pētītas un analizētas iedzīvotāju migrācijas tendences un situācija darba tirgū ekonomiskās lejupslīdes laikā. Īrijas piemērs apliecina, ka darbaspēks dzimtenē atgriežas tad, kad uzlabojas ekonomiskā situācija un iedzīvotāji iegūst uzticību valsts varas institūcijām. ; Master thesis "Labour migration in Latvia and it's influence on national economy" gives detalized review and analysis of migration and labour market tendencies in Latvia. Theoretical principles of migration are described in the first part, but in the second part there is analysis of migration tendencies and situation in European Union labour markets during economic recession. On basis of experts' inquiry perspectives of Latvia's national economy and labour migration are assessed in the third part. To form migration policy which is most suitable for economics of Latvia, author also analyses migration expierence of other European countries. Irland's expierence shows that labour force will return home only when economical situation is improved and inhabitants have loyalty to authorities of the country.

Ņemot vērā šobrīd pastāvošo sarežģīto situāciju Latvijas darba tirgū, kas nepārprotami nenodrošina līdzsvara stāvokli starp darbaspēka piedāvājumu un pieprasījumu, ir svarīgi analizēt darba tirgus situāciju, to raksturojošos rādītājus ne tikai Latvijas mērogā, bet arī sīkāk, republikas pilsētās un rajonos. Tādēļ maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt metodi, kas parādītu iespējamās problēmas katrā teritoriālajā vienībā un izceltu pozitīvās tendences. Therefore, the objective of the Master's work is to develop a method which would identify the problems in each territorial unit and would highlight the positive trends. The author recommends using the results of this research for future development plans of these territories. The volume of the Master's work is 105 pages including 9 tables, 31 figures and 38 attachments. Public health authorities have a crucial role to play in disaster
prevention. They must identify the source of danger and ensure that it
is kept at a level of simple risk bringing into play every preventive
measure to guarantee a minimum level of safety. Outlines the importance
of impact studies – the potential catastrophic agent is identified
and examined with an eye to its reliability and "intrinsic
safety". A second instrument available to public health
authorities is vulnerability analysis, namely the relationship between
the environment and the population. Stresses the role of education as a
"social" intervention in encouraging knowledge and the
adoption of a behaviour which will diminish the hazard factors and
increase the protection factors.
