There are estimated to be 2,077,000,000 people now alive at a given moment on the 51,104,000 square miles of the continents, subcontinents and islands which constitute the earth's inhabited land surface. They make extensive use of the 144,478,000 square miles of the world's water area. Within the past century the living generations have come to control the entire surface of the earth with substantial completeness through the mechanisms of society which they have created; but they do not even yet utilize its land areas fully.

Because of the many contributions made by America to the world's ideals of government, the nation has the feeling that it is quite adequate to work out its own principles on all other subjects without the aid of any other people. " What have we to do with abroad ? " said a United States senator from Ohio, only thirty years ago; and the word " un-American " covers a multitude of virtues. In fact the roots of American institutions of all kinds, social, economic, and political, are in the traditions of the English race; and American ideals have been modified by the experience of other European nations. Nor has the western hemisphere been separated from the great current of world affairs. Its destinies have been closely interwoven with those of Europe; and since 1895 the United States has awakened to the fact that it not only is a part of the sisterhood of nations, but is destined to be one of the half dozen states which will powerfully influence the future of all the continents. The world is no longer round about America; America is part of the world.

The objective of the article was to reveal the international imbalances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic through the coordinates of chaos theory. Methodologically it is a critical essay based on documentary observation. To understand the current state of world politics and the balance of power in international relations, it is appropriate to use chaos theory. At the beginning of the article, the origins of chaos theory are an interdisciplinary study, and its basic concepts are introduced. The value of using chaos theory and its great potential for analysis and applications in the study of international relations is shown in the example of the 2019-2020 events in Wuhan is the capital of Hubei Province in the People's Republic of China (PRC). associated with the onset of a COVID-19 viral infection that has spread around the world. At the end of the article, conclusions are drawn and the strengths and weaknesses of the use of chaos theory in dialectical relation to international relations are revealed, both as a field of study and at the same time as geopolitical reality.

Today, more than ever, we are buffeted by forces that originate from beyond our shores. Whether it's war, economics, politics, or law, we live in a global world influenced by a complex landscape of international transactions. Esteemed academic Charles Jones ably provides the building blocks to understand the history of these interactions, outlining all the key actors — from the United States and China to the IMF and Google — and the competing theories that attempt to explain them. Arguing that the strength of international relations lies in its contradictions — it's not a single discipline but
