With the rapid development of the computer industry, electronic computers have been widely used in information management, text processing, assisted design, aided teaching and people's daily lives. students' ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges in China is gradually showing the characteristics of media. Although the media trend in ideological and political education has become assistance in helping change the traditional teaching mode and conforms to contemporary requirements, problems also gradually appeared in today's media-oriented of ideological and political education for higher vocational college students. Based upon the above background, this research discusses the problems existing in media-oriented of ideological and political education for higher vocational college students, and puts forward pointed countermeasures.

AbstractHow can equity (in relation to common law) be thought or rather imaged? Drawing on Serres's topographical account of time, it is suggested that equity carries (and contributes to law) accounts of time beyond the lineal timeframe familiar to common law, thereby enriching not only the temporal but also the spatial reach of law, a fundamental contribution to the development of sophisticated legal designs for property and commercial law serving early capital. The argument is traced in (teased out from) a Deleuzean use of image to diagram potentials for new engagements with thinking and practicing equity, a celebration of the role of the artisan (here as baker).

AbstractThis article introduces a quantitative approach to modeling language shift in communities with millions of speakers. Using Indonesia as a case study, and employing a large body of data from the Indonesian population census, we document how factors such as urbanization, ethnicity, economic development, gender, and religion correlate with the shift from local languages (Javanese, Sundanese, etc.) to the national language, Bahasa Indonesia. Our findings inform ongoing research on the sociological foundations of language shift across both small and large communities. Methodologically, we introduce a statistical approach that borrows from other social sciences, and show how to exploit massive amounts of untapped linguistic, demographic, and sociological data.

Industrie 4.0-Technologie verspricht Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung komplexer Produktionsaufgaben. Bisher verhindern jedoch historisch gewachsene, industrielle Kommunikationsnetze durch die oft wenig semantische, strikte Kommunikation entlang der bestehenden Ebenen der Automatisierungspyramide eine effiziente Umsetzung der Prinzipien von "Smart Factories". Diese Veröffentlichung thematisiert die Entwicklung semantischer Kommunikationsschnittstellen am Beispiel des Karosseriebaus der Audi AG.
 
Industry 4.0 technology promises to support the fulfillment of complex production tasks. Even today, historically grown industrial communication networks prevent an efficient implementation of smart factory principles, especially due to a lack of semantics and the strict communication along the existing layers of the automation pyramid. This publication focuses on the development of semantic communication interfaces using the example of the digitalization of the vehicle body construction at the Audi AG.

Mit zunehmender Bedeutung der Elektromobilität steigt der Bedarf an Ladeinfrastruktur. Um der wachsenden Nachfrage zu entsprechen, muss die Produktion an die sich verändernden Rahmenbedingungen angepasst werden. Die Fertigungsumgebung ist mit der notwendigen Flexibilität auszustatten, um der Entwicklung der Elektromobilität gerecht zu werden. Dieser Fachbeitrag stellt Lösungsstrategien für die Bereiche Layout und Materialfluss, Arbeitsplatzgestaltung und Werkzeughandhabung sowie Beschaffung und Lagerhaltung vor.
 
Due to the increasing significance of electromobility, the need for charging stations rises. To ensure that the growing demand can be met, production has to be adjusted to the new requirements. The production environment has to provide a high rate of flexibility to enable reacting to the development of electromobility. The article describes solutions covering the topics layout and material flow, workplace design and tool management as well as purchasing and warehousing.

Im hier beschriebenen Projekt soll ein intelligenter Schweißroboter entwickelt werden, der mittels innovativer Erkennungs- und Steuerungstechnik große Bauteile überprüfen und eigenständig die Position darauf anpassen kann. Neue Algorithmen bewirken eine optimierte Zielpositionierung, ohne unnötige Anfahrwege und mit Kollisionsvermeidung.
 
Robot technology is increasingly employed to ensure high quality requirements, to accelerate the production, and to reduce costs. The development of an intelligent welding robot is part of this project. The robot is able to inspect large construction parts with innovative pattern recognition and control technology and to adapt its orientation accordingly. New algorithms allow for an optimized tool positioning and efficient path planning with collision avoidance.

The article is based on results under development of the research project "Roma Migrants in the Public Arena" (LabEx TEPSIS, Ville de Paris). Drawing on various fieldworks focused on politicization processes (media coverage, collective action, local policies of "inclusion"), it examines in a cross-scalar approach the differentiated integration strategies developed towards these immigrants by a plurality of actors. Through a critical review of the comparative results issued from the fresh release of Confluences Mediterranée journal, we point out some tensions between processes of "transnationalization" and rooted national and local configurations. We thus favour a particular research-path that focuses on entrenchment and mobilities of categorical ethnic ascriptions and identifications.

Large-scale agent based simulation of social networks is described in the context of the migrant crisis in Syria and the EU as well as massively multi-player on-line role playing games (MMORPG). The recipeWorld system by Terna and Fontana is proposed as a possible solution to simulating large-scale social networks. The initial system has been re-implemented using the Smart Python multi-Agent Development Environment (SPADE) and Pyinteractive was used for visualization. We present initial models of simulation that we plan to develop further in future studies. Thus this paper is research in progress that will hopefully establish a novel agent-based modelling system in the context of the ModelMMORPG project.

This paper aims to study the problems and issues of China's relations with ASEAN, which has achieved the establishment of ASEAN Economic Community by 2015. Taking into consideration the institutional framework constituted by the multiple agreements signed between China and ASEAN, how will the development of China-ASEAN relations be influenced by increasing economic interdependence between the two? What will be the difficulties ahead in enhancing trade and investments? Does promoting economic cooperation lead to more mutual trust in the political-strategic arena? China's recent policy in developing "one belt, one road", and Chinese relations to the US-led Trans-Pacific Partnership and their implications to ASEAN will also be examined in this paper.

System of mutual relations between the center and regions: lessons of domestic political tradition
The main focus of interest in the text is the influence of geographical environment, geopolitics, mentality, tradition on state system building in Russia. The Author stresses that the Russian state is influenced by general mechanisms of history, but on the other hand, some specific features of Russian history have been voiced by many Russian historians who noticed that due to inner and outer circumstances the state development in Russia generally was forced by the authority, from above. Due to historical experiences of Russia the necessity of powerful state, based on good relations between the Center and regions is concerned.

This paper proposes that literary narrative is the result of an unconscious computation in the brain, a computation that arises from the dynamical interaction of specific innate and representational lower-order neuronal circuits and mappings. It is also proposed that these specific circuits constitute the fundamental building blocks of literary narrative. The analysis further suggests that as literary narrative evolves in the brain, its development is influenced by an evolutionarily-biased broad class of attractors known as archetypes. In this context, a description of literary narrative is devised, and six phases leading to the production of literary narrative are then identified. The description presented here may have applications in the production of literary narrative by artificial systems.

ABSTRACTThe historiography of epidemics and crime suggests that we might find effects of plague on criminal behaviour in the years of the Black Death and its aftermath, yet this question has not been systematically investigated by late medieval historians. For the first time, a continuous series of trial records covering the 1340s – for the city of Bologna – is here analysed, and the issue of a 'breakdown in law and order' is addressed. The particular patterns of criminal prosecution are revealed and explained, including unusual and unexpected features of continuity in 1348, and surprising developments in the years following, with changes in political context and judicial procedures outweighing any ongoing effects of plague.

The article is devoted to the points of view of archimandrite Photios and the scientist-archeologist G. D. Filimonov on the creative work of Sapozhnikov brothers, Moscow guild icon-painters of the early 19th century. While Photios would see in the mural and iconic works by the Sapozhnikovs the evidence of firmness of the ancient icon-painting school, Filimonov conversely perceived them as a proof of development opportunities for the authentic Russian folk art. The reason for such a sharp difference between their opinions was a distorted understanding of the ecclesiastical painting's nature in the Modern Age as well as of the origin of its stylistic and iconographic dissimilarity.

In this article, touch and hearing are analysed regarding their use in inclusive mathematics education of children who are blind, focussing on the development of the number concept in primary school. Relevant publications from different psychological and educational disciplines were compiled resulting in a research synthesis. This review shows that acoustic teaching material is a viable option to supplement tactile material for representing number. In practice, decisions have to be made about the most valuable resources regarding the individual needs of the child with visual impairment, the situation in the inclusive classroom and the concrete learning objectives for all children. To facilitate decisions in choosing or designing teaching material, an evaluation procedure is proposed and explained with examples.

Today's debates present 'occasionalism' as the position that any satisfying account of divine action must avoid. In this paper I discuss how a leading Cartesian author of the end of the seventeenth century, Pierre-Sylvain Régis, attempted to avoid occasionalism. Régis's case is illuminating because it stresses both the difficulties connected with the traditional alternatives to occasionalism (so-called 'concurrentism' and 'mere-conservationism') and also those aspects embedded in the occasionalist position that should be taken into due account. The paper focuses on Régis's own account of secondary causation in order to show how the challenge of avoiding occasionalism can lead to the development of new accounts of divine action.
