Online acquisition of the foreign language has become particularly important lately, especially during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. In the framework of The European Union Capacity Building project "Enhancement of Lifelong Learning in Belarus" (https://bell-iln.by/en/) the online English course has been developed and implemented. The article summarises the professional experience of three parties. The main aim of this paper is to reflect the factors, which are essential for the development of an online foreign language course for adults. The following methods were used while doing the research: survey data analysis of project English language course's target audience and the qualitative analysis of the data content. A questionnaire of the course participants was developed and carried out, the answers were processed. The project experience was analysed, conclusions were drawn and the proposals for future work were worked out.

In Deutschland werden seit 2010 im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums des Innern und für Heimat (bis 8. Dezember 2021 Bundesministerium des Innern, für Bau und Heimat), unter der Koordination des Bundesamtes für Bevölkerungsschutz und Katastrophenhilfe (BBK) regelmäßig Risikoanalysen zu unterschiedlichen Risiken erarbeitet und zur politischen Bewertung vor allem an den Innenausschuss des Deutschen Bundestages gesandt. Diese Studie untersucht explorativ die Rahmenbedingungen der politischen Arbeit von Abgeordneten des Deutschen Bundestages und geht der Frage nach, welche Gründe und Bedingungen die Wahrnehmung der Risikoanalysen beeinflussen und die Verwendung dieser für die Entscheidungsfindung und Politikgestaltung erschweren oder erleichtern. Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage wurden 15 leitfadengestützte Interviews mit aktiven und ehemaligen Bundestagsabgeordneten sowie zwei Gruppendiskussionen mit wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeitenden von Bundestagsabgeordneten durchgeführt. Auf der Grundlage eines heuristischen Modells erfolgte eine strukturierte qualitative Inhaltsanalyse des Materials entlang festgelegter Auswertungskategorien. Durch die Analyse konnten grundlegende Rahmenbedingungen für die Arbeits- und Verhaltensweisen der Abgeordneten herausgearbeitet und Gründe aufgezeigt werden, die eine politische Diskussion der Risikoanalysen in der Vergangenheit erschwert haben. Gleichzeitig erzielte die Analyse eine große Anzahl von Anhaltspunkten für direkte oder indirekte Verbesserungen in der kommunikativen Begleitung der Risikoanalysen sowie deren inhaltlicher und visueller Aufbereitung. Zusätzliche Aspekte hinsichtlich der politischen Wahrnehmung und Bewertung der Risikoanalysen konnten im Rahmen einer Analyse politischer Dokumente erarbeitet werden, die über das Dokumentations- und Informationssystem für Parlamentarische Vorgänge (DIP) abrufbar sind. Die Studie stellt abschließend Handlungsempfehlungen für einen erfolgreichen Transfer der Inhalte der Risikoanalysen in die Bundespolitik vor.

Communication is very important in human life, especially in organizations. Certainly, organizationl behaviour involves communication. Without communication within the organization, organizing effort may not run smoothly. The researcher will raise how organizational communication occurs between the government and the people of Pabauran Village to improve its the tourism. In this research, a qualitative method which involved an interpretation process on the condition of the natural subject is used. The strategy of this case study leads to derivative social units with steps starting from collecting data with active participant observation and interviews, then analyzing the organizational communication relationship within the organization in its management with the Village Officials, data processing, and analysis that produces conclusions. The results obtained were Community -Based Tourism (CBT) which is a village that has a culture of harmony between religious communities is needed through implementation of downward communication within the managing officials.

Religious nationalism is interpreted differently in its application in various countries. The purpose of this study is to explore the development of the meaning of religious nationalism values according to religious figures in Indonesia. The research method used to analyze social phenomena is a qualitative approach, using direct interviews and observations as the main data collection instruments. The essential results of this study are the values of religious nationalism must be preserved as a binder of social harmony since the formation of the Indonesian state. Religious figures view that the values of religious nationalism in Indonesia reject the secular state and the idea of an Islamic state (caliphate). The critical implication of this research is that religious figures promote the implementation of universal religious values in the public sphere and urge freedom of expression of religious activities democratically without discrimination for adherents of all religions.

This research was based on the massive political hoax circulating on social media. The spread of hoaxes was increasing day by day with the 2019 simultaneous election. Hoax became an important problem in society because the level of community literacy was still low. The Indonesian Anti Hoax Society (MAFINDO) Solo Raya invited the society to fight hoaxes in the 2019 political year. This study aims to describe how the media literacy strategies carried out by MAFINDO Solo Raya in overcoming hoaxes in the 2019 political year. The theory used in this research was Potter's literacy media. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicated that MAFINDO Solo Raya's media literacy strategies in overcoming hoaxes in the 2019 political year used socialization, education and fact checking training with the Hoax Buster Tools application.

In terms of quantity, women are rarely represented in political advertisements. In line with that, studies on how female figures are imaged in political advertisements are minimal. This study aims to provide an understanding of how women (Puan Maharani) are imaged in the political advertisement "Kepak Sayap Kebhinekaan" through the point of view of Roland Barthes' semiotic study. This study uses a qualitative approach by utilizing semiotic analysis. In the political advertisement "Kepak Sayap Kebhinekaa", women, in this case, Puan Maharani, are portrayed as having power as political leaders. In addition, women are portrayed as leaders who are nationalists, revolutionaries, protectors, guardians of diversity and deserve respect. The red color and the kebaya as a sign in Puan Maharani's political advertisement also have a negative connotation, namely opening up the perspective of female leaders with a communist stigma and lack of Islam. This study aimed to analyze the newly developed math curriculum taking into account the views of teachers and students. Curriculum analysis is realized in three dimensions; (1) Classroom management – the physical and emotional environment of the classroom, the role of teachers and students, and interactions, (2) Instructions – objectives, planning, implementation, methods and techniques, instructional media, and measurement and evaluation, and (3) Strengths (and benefits) and weaknesses (and limitations). Qualitative case study methods are utilized with literature reviews. The responses collected from the sources are the content that is analyzed. These findings suggest that some changes have been made and reflected in the implementation of the classroom, and the student-centered approach has been incorporated into the instruction. Hopefully, it will be the subject of local government discussion in determining the following education policy. On the other hand, some difficulties arise during implementation due to lack of infrastructure

The paper was based on contemporary legal, sociological and anthropological literature concerning the issues of discrimination and integration of Roma, as well as on the data obtained in two research projects realised in 2020: "Research on Social Relations among Ethnic Communities in Serbia" (Institute of Social Sciences) and "Roma Equality through Increased Legal Access" (Minority Rights Group). Results of the former project were based on data collected by quantitative methods (national internet sample and field research), while those of the latter were gathered by means of qualitative methods, i.e. interviews with 42 female and 17 male respondents realised in eight focus groups. Crossing the empirical data pertaining to discrimination of the Roma citizens living in Serbia, with the legislative system which should supress and gradually eliminate all forms of discrimination, indicates the depth of the social dimension of this problem, but also the vagueness and deficiencies of the very system.

The aim of this research is to look at the politics of religious affiliation in Sigi Regency's direct regional head elections in 2010 and 2015. The majority of adherents of faith, namely the Muslim and Protestant Christian communities, are represented in the political reality of the community in Sigi Regency. In the elections for the Regent and Deputy Regent of Sigi Regency, the opportunity for population allocation based on the two faiths has become a political instrument to take power. During two cycles of direct regional head elections in Sigi Regency, the state of population characteristics of religious affiliation trends became electoral consumption by political elites. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. According to research, religious affiliation is a fair concern in winning provincial head elections in 2010 and 2015, as well as a way of political balance representing the two religions' cultures.

The entry of the Covid-19 pandemic makes bajarahan traditions that have been implemented for decades for generations by the banjar community difficult to implement because of several government policies such as lockdown, crowd restrictions, and PPKM. The purpose of this research is to find a solution, so that the Bajarahan tradition of banjar people can still be carried out in the pandemic period. This research uses methods of literature studies with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with three participants from pekapuran B Laut residents. The results of this article show that the Bajarahan tradition can still be implemented during the pandemic with a solution, namely the pandemic by applying physical distancing, health protocols, restrictions on people and the region of the implementation of bajarahan traditions, as well as wrapped dishes to take home.

E-Public services based on information technology have been improved during the industrial revolution 4.0. Implementing E-Public Service leads to transforming public services in government from the old designs to the new designs that can assist in realizing agile government models. The agile government model is a model of government that creates a culture of agile and intelligent bureaucracy. This model focuses on the requirements of speed and ease in government processes, including public services. This study aims to explain the design of e-Public Service in realizing the Agile Government model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach assisted by NVivo 12 software in processing data. This study shows that the design of public Service in realizing an agile government model based on information technology is creating responsive public services, facilitating and accelerating the process of public services, and improving the quality of effective and efficient public services.

Typeface use by political campaigns is itself a form of political communication intended to convey meaning. Through interviews with graphic design practitioners and a content analysis of 908 candidate logos used in the 2018 U.S. Midterm Elections, we demonstrate that typeface selection expresses information about candidates. Interviews explore the processes by which designers choose typefaces to convey personality traits while adhering to standards of legibility and consistency. A content analysis affirms the qualitative findings, demonstrating that partisanship, competitiveness, sex, and incumbency all predict variance in typeface family selection, with significant differences more common in first names. Republicans are likelier to use serif typefaces than sans serifs relative to Democrats, particularly as race competitiveness increases. Female candidates are likelier to use script or handwriting, and males are likelier to use slab serifs. Together, our findings offer empirical evidence of contemporary practices in political typography and graphic design activities.

The continuous existence of corruption despite eradication efforts has made all elements of the society to support the implementation of law enforcement, including the aspect of prevention. Infrastructure development plays a pivotal role in a state's advancement, but the sector is prone to corruption. Accordingly, this paper discusses the prevention of corruption in the field of infrastructure development by the prosecutor's office in Indonesia. This research employed juridical method in a broader sense by applying empirical approach. The key informants of this research were selected from the prosecutors' offices. The research applied qualitative descriptive and content analyses using legal interpretation, legal principles and legal theories. The conclusion is that the Government and Development Guard and Security Team is quite beneficial to the efforts aimed at preventing and eradicating corruption. This is a Research and Development study and is part of the 2021 SKIM for Professor Facilitation Research.

The number of single contestant within three occasion times of local election is continously rising. Besides, political parties are eligible to set the competition involving more than one contestant. This leads political parties performance comes into questions. Since many political scientists believed that quality of democracy depends on the degree of political parties' performance, there have been inquires on how fine Indonesian democracy will be in the future. Through qualitative approach, descriptive methods, and literature review of collecting data technique, this research concludes that the rise of single contestants has negative impact on the political parties' image and performance. Furthermore, while the quality of democracy is influenced by the political parties' performance, the decrease on their image and performance consequently leads Indonesian democracy into negative path. Political parties-backed single contestant is conclusively a threat to the future of Indonesian democracy.

This article provides a critical analysis of the digitization of healthcare communication in Italy, Finland, Norway, and Spain. Particularly, we focus on organizational communication and interactions among institutions, providers, and patients. A qualitative content analysis was conducted on data collected between January and May 2019 from (a) documents and policies and (b) interviews in each country with health-related key experts. Results indicate that Finland and Norway are closer than Italy and Spain to the EU discourse concerning the digitization of healthcare communication. Despite what we see as two roads of innovation, all four countries share problems such as the transition toward patient-centered care and the standardization of e-services at different levels. Given that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated these practices since March 2020, this article suggests that European digitization of healthcare is undergoing rapid change that warrants broader analysis.
