In the article the features of innovative development of personnel support of the enterprise in the conditions of international economic activity are investigated. The articles of national and foreign scientists, normative and legislative acts of Ukraine on personnel management were used as the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. The increase of the economic significance of intellectual assets in modern international economic activity, the complication of the requirements for professional training, experience and professionalism of the employees determine the relevance of the research topic and the necessity of more research in the field of personnel management of the enterprise. The article describes the characteristic of categorical apparatus, which determines the parameters of personnel support of the enterprise. The structure and stages of the staffing system of the organization, as well as features of personnel support in the conditions of international economic relations, are considered. The directions of personnel support of enterprises engaged in international economic activity, in particular: personnel attraction, formation and development of personnel and personnel maintenance are also highlighted. The main reasons for the lack of interest in the work of the employees are considered, as well as methods for their elimination are proposed. In order to innovate the development of human resources, it is proposed to introduce an automated personnel management system. ; В статье исследованы особенности инновационного развития кадрового обеспечения предприятия в условиях международной экономической деятельности.
