This volume considers issues on the management of foreign debt, and the macroeconomic policies that developing countries should pursue. It looks at a variety of the aspects of this subject, such as the scope of securitization and debt reduction via voluntary conversions.

Hinsichtlich einer Sozial-, Alltags- und Mentalitätsgeschichte des Faschismus und der internationalen Dimension der "faschistischen Epoche" wird die italienische Freizeitorganisation "Opera Nazionale Dopolavoro" (OND) im Kontext der Freizeitgeschichte analysiert. Die Forschungsentwicklung von der Geschichte der faschistischen Freizeitpolitik zur Freizeitgeschichte wird nachgezeichnet. Das Verhältnis der OND zur international diskutierten Freizeitfrage und die führende Stellung der OND innerhalb der internationalen Freizeitpolitik werden untersucht. Dabei wird deutlich, wie das kulturelle und politische Muster des faschistischen italienischen Freizeitverbandes noch lange über den Zweiten Weltkrieg hinauswirkte. (prf)
