This study aims to know digital marketing and influential content to decision holiday in tour Beach Lowita Malabo in Village Kae'E Regency Pinrang and to find out alternative strategies that can be applied in the development of the coast Lowita Malabo. Study This is done with quantitative methods, describing and describing the phenomenon of the increase in the number of visitors with the specific purpose to know digital marketing and content influence the decision to vacation at Lowita Malabo Beach Kae'E Village, using the SPSS 22 program. SPSS 22 is a way of knowing variables That influence public holidays in Beach Lowita Malabo so that facilitating the right formulation in developing Lowita Malabo Beach in the village Kae'E Suppa District Regency pinrang. Research results This Partially Digital Marketing variable has No influential significance and Content Marketing partially effect significant to the Vacation Decision Variable, Simultaneously F count (F-Statistic) of 5.645 is greater than the F table which is 2.8 3 with a probability value of 0.00 9 which means below a significant value of 0.05. Based on these data Digital Marketing Variables (X1) and Content Marketing (X2) simultaneously (together) have an influence on Vacation Decisions at Malabo Beach in Kae'e Regency Pinrang.

To discover the geopolitical orientation and opinions of the Armenia's youth regarding Russia's war in Ukraine in the context of regional security issues, a sociological study was conducted in Yerevan and Armenia's provinces in 2022. It was carried out by specialists from the Faculty of Sociology of the Yerevan State University, in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation office in Armenia, and Socies expert center. The study aimed to discover the youth's perceptions of the reasons for Russia's war in Ukraine, which started on February 24, 2022, including its possible impact on the region. The research was carried out from October 22, 2022 to November 22, 2022 with youth (18-35 age group) residing in Yerevan (the capital of Armenia) and all provinces of Armenia, using the focus group discussion method. In this paper, we discuss conclusions drawn from focus group discussions with Yerevan residents. The perceptions of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict by Armenia's youth refers to its geopolitical nature, to the interests of Russia, NATO, EU, USA, Turkey in the post-Soviet space, as well as to personal qualities, approaches, and issues of the leaders of Russia and Ukraine. In general, according to Armenian young people, Armenia should remain as neutral as possible in its position on the war in Ukraine, taking no side in this conflict.

AbstractThere is a dearth of data on rare earth elements (REE), yttrium and scandium in foods which extends also to baseline datasets for edible wild mushrooms, though this has started to change in the last decade. Concentrations and shale normalized patterns of REE and Y (REY) were studied by using inductively coupled plasma–quadrupole mass spectrometer in 22 pools (2235 specimens) ofCantharellus cibarius(Golden Chanterelle) collected in Poland and also a pool ofC. minor(Small Chanterelle) (153 specimens) from Yunnan (Chinese Province). The total REY plus Sc varied inC. cibariusfrom 10 to 593 µg kg−1dw whereas that for the Yunnan'sC. minorwas 2072 µg kg−1dw.C. minorfrom Yunnan has higher REY and Sc compared to theC. cibarius. Sc concentrations in twentyC. cibariuspools were below 1 µg kg−1dw, but 17 and 27 µg kg−1dw were detected at the other two sites and 66 µg kg−1dw was detected inC. minor. The median Y content ofC. cibariusandC. minorwas 22 µg kg−1dw and 200 µg kg−1dw. The difference in REY and Sc concentrations and shale normalized patterns between mushrooms from Poland and Yunnan seems to reflect the regional difference in concentration and composition of these elements in the soil bedrock.

AbstractThe objective of this study was to examine the associations of early mid-pregnancy ultrasound measured visceral and subcutaneous fat depths with blood-based protein biomarkers. This was a cross-sectional study including 201 pregnant women at Uppsala University Hospital, Sweden. The mean age of the women was 31.0 years, and 57.7% were nulliparous. Maternal visceral and subcutaneous fat depths were measured by ultrasound at the early second-trimester anomaly scan. A non-fasting blood sample was collected in conjunction with the second-trimester anomaly scan, and the Olink cardiovascular II panel was used to measure 92 blood-based protein biomarkers in the sample. Cross-sectional associations of visceral and subcutaneous fat depths with blood-based protein biomarkers were examined using Mann–WhitneyUtests with false discovery rate adjustments. In addition, linear regression analyses adjusting for maternal age, parity, and early pregnancy body mass index were performed. The results showed differences in one biomarker between women with elevated (≥ 52 mm) versus normal (< 52 mm) visceral fat depth, and in three biomarkers between women with elevated (≥ 22 mm) versus normal (< 22 mm) subcutaneous fat depth. Hence, levels of blood-based protein biomarkers differ between pregnant women with dissimilar body fat distributions, which might reflect disparities in biological pathways.

Este documento busca ver el efecto de los Programas de Desarrollo con Enfoque Territorial sobre el asesinato de líderes sociales en el país. Para esto, se analizó la participación política en los Planes de Acción para la Transformación Regional a través de la implementación del programa desde 2017. Los resultados sugieren una relación significativa y negativa, mostrando una reducción aproximada del 22% en la tasa de asesinatos de líderes sociales. Entre los mecanismos discutidos se menciona la capacidad estatal de los municipios, el empoderamiento de los líderes a través del enfoque participativo, así como la presencia de grupos armados. ; This document evaluates the effect of Development Programs with Territorial Approach on the killing of social leaders in Colombia through the information of the political participation in the Action Plans for Regional Transformation implemented since 2017. The results indicate a significant and negative effect and a reduction of 22% in the rate of social leaders' killings. "For teachers, plan gives the lesson a framework, an overall shape," according to Harmer (2007, p.156). It refers to a lesson plan that instructs teachers on how to deliver teaching-learning activities. Teachers' ability to create lessons is critical for developing a strategy to increase the quality of teaching and learning activities. In order to achieve the National Education goals, lesson plans must be relevant to government regulations. The Indonesian government enacted Permendikbud No. 22 Tahun 2016 to control the Standar Proses. To assist instructors in creating lesson plans, the rule lists components of a lesson plan based on the 2013 curriculum. Especially for intern English teacher in order to designing lesson plan. The results of the document analysis revealed that all lesson plans included every component of a lesson plan, such as indicators and basic competences, objectives, materials, media, activities, and assessment; however, when the quality of each component was assessed using Permendikbud Nomor 22 Tahun 2016, the quality of each component varied. The findings of the study revealed that while intern English teachers' lesson plans were totally based on the 2013 curriculum, some components of the lesson plan were not applicable.

Mittlerweile liegt eine Reihe von Studien vor, die Lernrückstände von Schüler*innen infolge der "Corona-Schuljahre" untersucht haben. Über das wahre Ausmaß und die Multidimensionalität der Rückstände wissen wir allerdings zu wenig, um mit einer guten empirischen Basis ins Schuljahr 2021/22 zu gehen. Die vorliegenden Studien beziehen sich ausschließlich auf den ersten Lockdown im Frühjahr 2020. Selbst mit einer besseren empirischen Basis wäre das Ausmaß der Lernrückstände immer noch eine relativ abstrakte Größe. Wie auf die Lernrückstände reagiert wird, ist schlussendlich eine bildungspolitische Frage. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird auf die zentralen bildungspolitischen Fragen eingegangen, die sich aus etwaigen Lernrückständen in Folge der "Corona-Schuljahre" ergeben. Dabei werden auch die aktuellen Handlungsoptionen diskutiert, diese Lernlücken zu schließen. However, we know too little about the true extent and multidimensionality of these gaps to enter the 2021/22 school year with a sound empirical basis. The existing studies focus exclusively on the first lockdown in spring 2020, and even with a better empirical basis, the extent of learning gaps would still be a relatively abstract measure. How to respond to these gaps is ultimately an educational policy question. In this paper, I will address the key education policy issues that arise from learning gaps as a result of the "Corona school years". In August 2019, the Second Circuit ruled in Prime International Trading, Ltd. v BP P.L.C. that plaintiffs bringing a private action under the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) must plead a domestic transaction and domestic violative conduct. By requiring that plaintiffs plead domestic illegal conduct, Prime International's holding will severely limit plaintiffs' ability to seek damages in the United States, even when they trade entirely on U.S. markets. The high pleading bar imposed by Prime International is especially impactful given that trading commodities and futures contracts is more accessible than ever due to electronic platform-based trading, which allows traders to access U.S. and foreign markets with ease. This Note argues that Prime International improperly narrowed the domestic application of CEA section 22, which grants plaintiffs a private right of action. Instead, courts should adopt the "sufficiently domestic" analysis from Parkcentral Global Hub Ltd. v. Porsche Automobile Holdings. Under this suggested analysis, a plaintiff would need to allege that violative conduct impacted a domestic transaction to plead section 22. Additionally, the court would need to evaluate whether the claim is properly domestic or impermissibly foreign. Unlike the Prime International standard, domestic conduct would not be necessary—though it would likely satisfy the sufficiency analysis.

Objectives Sepsis bundle compliance is not clear. We evaluated rates of compliance with sepsis bundle protocols among health care providers in Turkey. Methods Our study was carried out retrospectively. Forty-five intensive care units (ICU) participated in this study between March 2, 2018 and October 1, 2018. Results One hundred thirty-eight ICUs were contacted and 45 ICUs agreed to participate. The time taken for the diagnosis of sepsis was less than six hours in 384 (59.8%) patients, while if was more than six hours in 258 (40.2%) patients. The median linterquartile range (1QR)1 times for initial antibiotic administration, culturing, vasopressor initiation, and second lactate measurement were 120.0 (60-300) minutes, 24 (12-240) minutes, 40 (20-60) minutes, and 24 (18-24) hours, respectively. The rale of compliance with tissue and organ perfusion follow-up in the first six hours was 0%. The rates of three- and six-hour sepsis bundle protocol compliance were both 0%. The ICU mortality rates for sepsis and septic shock were 22% and 78%, respectively. The ICU mortality rates for sepsis and septic shock were 22% and 78%, respectively. Conclusions The rate of compliance with sepsis bundle protocols was evaluated in Turkey for the first time and determined to be 0%.
