The article describes measures and means to intensify and improve the quality of the knowledge assimilation of higher education. The authors investigated the features of conducting auditories and distance classes.Control knowledge of cadets and students can be carried out by applying Google forms. This tool makes it possible to create a closed and open type test. Tests may contain illustrations. The number of test tasks depends on the type of tests, the content of the educational material, and the testing duration. The process of generalization and analysis of test results is automatic. When testing, academic integrity is observed with a test of testing, video of observation, and personal motivation of cadets. Before classes, the authors offer to provide cadets and students adapted text for preliminary familiarization. After classes, the cadets use this text and textbooks for a detailed study of the educational material. In classes, the authors offer to use multimedia projectors to display small parts and car nodes. It offers QR codes to accelerate access to Internet resources. QR codes can be used during classroom classes, distance occupations, and independent work.Classtime platform is used with other software to create interactive curricula. This tool provides cadets access to the educational material, individual rate of material assimilation, and objective knowledge control. Teachers can use the resources of curricula at remote conducting classes. A modular medium is a powerful tool for conducting an educational process. It operates based on Moodle. The modular medium provides the ability to create and update educational material. Students have remote access to training courses. Teachers control the course of studying the educational material of its subject. ; У статті представлено систему заходів, засобів та прийомів, спрямованих на інтенсифікацію та підвищення якості процесу засвоєння навчального матеріалу здобувачами вищої освіти при проведенні контактних і дистанційних занять. Поточний та підсумковий контроль знань пропонується здійснювати із застосуванням Google-форм. Цей інструмент дозволяє формувати тести відкритого і закритого типу, з використанням ілюстративного матеріалу. Обсяг тестів залежить від форми тестовихзавдань, змісту навчальної дисципліни й часу, виділеного для поточного чи підсумкового контролю. Процес узагальнення й аналізу результатів тестування автоматизований. Дотримання доброчесності під час контролю знань забезпечується відповідним налаштуванням тесту та організаційними заходами, зокрема організацією відеоспостереження.Перед проведенням занять пропонується надання здобувачам освіти адаптованого навчального матеріалу для попереднього ознайомлення і подальшого детального вивчення. Цей матеріал рекомендовано використовувати разом з відповідними підручниками, посібниками та іншими ресурсами. У ході занять рекомендовано застосування сучасних засобів візуалізації, які дозволяють вирішити проблематику показу невеликих за розмірами елементів матеріальної частини та демонстрації їх взаємодії. Додатковим способом підвищення наочності може служити організація швидкого доступу до завчасно підібраних навчальних ресурсів Інтернет за допомогою утворених QR-кодів. Посилання у формі QR-кодів можуть використовуватись як під час самостійної роботи здобувачів освіти, так і під час аудиторних чи дистанційних занять. Для проведення занять за змішаною формою організації освітнього процесу може застосовуватись платформа Classtime, яка дозволяє створювати інтерактивні навчальні додатки, аналізувати хід навчального процесу, реалізовувати стратегії індивідуального підходу та досягати програмних результатів навчання. Потужним інструментом для ефективного ведення освітнього процесу за змішаною і дистанційною формою є модульне середовище, засноване на системі Moodle. Застосування ресурсів модульного середовища дозволяє підтримувати навчальний матеріал в актуальному стані, реалізувати дистанційний доступ здобувачів освіти до навчальних ресурсів та ефективно проводити заходи контролю знань.

Leadership development programmes increasingly encourage plural forms of leadership to counteract the pitfalls of individualistic approaches. This paper contributes to our understanding of the role of context in developing and spreading leadership across hierarchies. Working within an omnibus approach to context, previous research has highlighted the role of institutional forces in the emergence of distributed leadership in the public sector, yet so far neglected the influence of the discrete organisational context. Drawing on an in-depth case study of a private sector organisation trying to recover from a turbulent past through an in-house leadership development initiative, we show how the omnibus and discrete organisational contexts jointly facilitate and constrain the development and spread of leadership and how they are instrumentalised in this process. We surface how social and political dynamics associated with socio-material relationships and institutional arrangements, together with wider omnibus forces, influence the aim of an in-house LDP and its potential to impact perceptions and practice of distributed leadership in organisational settings. We argue that a nested approach to context – encompassing the interconnected omnibus and discrete contexts – is required for a deeper understanding of the factors that facilitate and constrain the development and spread of leadership.

La experiencia de la formación y la práctica en extensión universitaria, considerando la apuesta de la Psicología Comunitaria, contribuyen a la definición de una identidad profesional que atienda a la co-construcción de saberes, desde el marco de la Ley de Salud Mental N° 26.657 y el paradigma de Derechos (económicos, sociales, culturales y de acceso a la justicia). En este trabajo nos proponemos analizar las intervenciones en extensión universitaria, partiendo de un análisis genealógico que permita identificar el lugar de la politización de la tarea de los/as futuros/as psicólogos/ as, así como también los valores epistemológicos que se conjugan con los saberes situados de los/as extensionistas en colaboración con la comunidad. Nos proponemos analizar las instancias de formación en clínica comunitaria en el marco del Proyecto de Extensión "Entretejiendo derechos" (2014-2017), y considerando las herramientas conceptuales y técnicas de los talleres de Psicología Comunitaria. Since German missionaries arrived in the Batak Lands in the early 1860s, the Toba Batak Protestant Church has struggled with its relationship to the indigenous cosmology and belief system known as adat. Using the performance of ceremonial music and dance as a case study, this article explores the impact of continuing local respect for adat on the development of Church policy over 140 years.

As postcolonial studies shifts to a more comparative approach one of the most intriguing developments has been within the Francophone world. A number of genealogical lines of influence are now being drawn connecting the work of the three figures most associated with the emergence of postcolonial theory - Homi Bhabha, Edward Said, and Gayatri Spivak - to an earlier generation of French (predominantly 'poststructuralist') theorists. Within this emerging narrative of intellectual influences, the importance of the thought of Jacques Derrida, and the status of deconstruction generally, has been acknowledged, but has not until now been adequately accounted for. In Deconstruction and the Postcolonial, Michael Syrotinski teases out the underlying conceptual tensions and theoretical stakes of what he terms a 'deconstructive postcolonialism', and argues that postcolonial studies stands to gain ground in terms of its political forcefulness and philosophical rigour by turning back to, and not away from, deconst.

Con questo lavoro, l'autrice offre una panoramica della disciplina dell'Unione Europea relativa all'insolvenza transnazionale: prendendo le mosse dai ben noti principi di territorialità e universalità, ella spiega la scelta del legislatore europeo di adottare, sia nel Regolamento (CE) n. 1346/2000, sia nel successivo recasting del medesimo, vale a dire nel Regolamento (UE) n. 848/2015, il differente principio di "universalità limitata". L'autrice esamina altresì le più importanti decisioni della Corte di Giustizia dell'Unione Europea, che hanno influenzato la stesura del Regolamento (UE) n. 848/2015, attualmente in vigore. ; With this paper, the author gives an overview of European Union law on cross-border insolvency: starting from the well known principles of territoriality and universality, she explains the choice of the European legislator to adopt the principle of "coordinated universality" both in Regulation (EC) n. 1346/2000 and in its subsequent recasting, i.e. in Regulation (EU) n. 848/21015. The author then examines the most important decisions made by the EU Court of Justice, which influenced the drafting of Regulation (EU) no. 848/2015, currently in force.
