Revenge pornography is a current crime which involves disgruntled lovers to upload on social media, intimate pictures of their once loved one with disparaging comments. As soon as the picture is uploaded it is shared within seconds and the victim's life is turned upside down. The article examines the emotions and legal aspects behind this act of revenge pornography. The introduction focuses on the progress of pornography alongside technology and the growth of sex trade with the development of the internet. Current Laws are examined to give a good overview of the current Criminal and Civil laws. Criminal laws which specifically target revenge pornography both in Malta and Internationally are also targeted in the article. ; peer-reviewed

Abstract
This article looks at the mutual relations and links between globalisation and the integration of countries within the European Union. As the economic sphere is undergoing unrestrained globalisation, the position and sovereignty of nation-states is being weakened and politics is becoming harnessed to the economy. The relationship between the economy and politics is thus changing and there is a need to regulate the economy at a supranational level. The European Union has the potential to make positive use of the trend towards globalisation and limit its negative impacts on the economic, social, ecological and cultural levels. This requires, however, deeper integration and further harmonisation of the countries of the European Union in the economic and political spheres. In order for the countries to come closer together, as the current situation requires, a European people (or demos) and a European public space must be created.

Although polarisation risks breaking up the European family, such conflicts paired with transnational challenges can also raise awareness of the need for more European Union (EU) cohesion. In order to approach the hitherto underspecified concept, this article connects the recent literature on social cohesion with research on various facets of public EU support – integration preferences, identity, voting behaviour, and solidarity. Building on survey data from 10 EU countries taken at the end of 2020, a latent class analysis identifies two distinct groups of preferences for EU cohesion: its friends and its foes. EU cohesion can be achieved by highlighting personal advantages of European integration and by stressing joint approaches to crises, civic education, and democratic processes.
