; Having retired in 1841, Zhukovsky left Russia and setteled in Europe. During the last, so-called "foreign", period of his life, especially during the revolutionary years of 1848-1850, the poet followed social and political events in Europe and Russia with deep attention. In the letters and articles he constantly reflected on a peaceful and a military scenario of solving the political crisis. Zhukovsky's "The Letter to Count Sh. On Events of 1848" is his first and detailed analysis of the so-called "Spring of Nations". Having been written in summer of 1848 this articled is represented as a letter to a German poet Count Adolf Friedrich von Schack. The poet examines the political importance of the absolute monarchy and traditions as well as an interaction between the imperial power, the people, and history in the new historical context. The author criticizes Russophobia, national revolt, communism, parlamentarism, and secularization of the absolute monarchy power. Zhukovsky insists on the peaceful internal development of Russia and formulates an idea about its special way to "Holy Rus'" and "God's Truth". The poet's political conception is closely connected with idealization of the absolute power and sacralization of the Russian tzar. According to Zhukovsky, the particular feature of the ideal monarch consists in his ability to reject the power. It is not coincidental that the poet constructes a transformed and ideal narrative of the controversial oath by Grand Duke Nicholas Pavlovich on 27 of November in 1825. In the article Zhukovsky is intent to show that a monarch, and especially the Russian tsar, in contrast to the deputies and revolutionaries, has a believing soul, that is why he is able to trust God, perceive the Divine Providence, and follow his destiny. The thoughts about Nicholas I, his personality, and historical mission are the integral part of the poet's general historical conception. In 1848-1849 Zhukovsky was afraid of a possible war in Europe with Russia's participation. In the letters to Grand Duke Alexander Nichol-aevich the poet constantly highlighted the idea that the Russian tzar shouldn't interfere in the domestic affairs of other revolutionary countries in Europe. But later in 1850 in the article "The Russian and English Politics" Zhukovsky formulated a conception of the just war and, as a result, he justified Nicholas I's military help to the Austria-Hungarian emperor Franz-Joseph against the revolutionaries. The political consciousness of Zhukovsky is characterized by the idealized conception оf the absolute monarchy power. This political idea turns out an ideological reservoir for constructing the controversial interaction between the notions of "peace" and "war". The Zhukovsky's paradox, as reflected in his articles, consists in the idea of the spiritual transformation of Russia that is based on the political imperial development without conquering any new territory.
This volume presents a selection of revised and edited papers given at the sixth conference on Names in the Economy (NITE), which was held in Uppsala in June 2019. The focus of this volume, and at NITE 6, is mainly the economy or economic aspects hidden or evident in various types of names: how names can hold different values; how names can be used or misused to enhance such values; how names can be used in branding; and how names can be a financial means in a global world. The contents display a broad selection of papers on commercial names and how they are connected to economic considerations and marketing. The topics span from how personal names and brand names, used in advertising in magazines, can reveal much synchronic information about attitudes and opinions, to how different cultures or languages are represented in the linguistic landscape. Some hitherto less studied areas are the complicated issue of word-marks (including brand names) regarded from a judicial point of view and the influence of building companies on the naming of new city developments. ; Ilia Baranov - Drug Names as a Business Tool Angelika Bergien - Selling Political Messages Paola Cotticelli Kurras - The Hidden Power of the Words Alberto Ghia - Message on a Bottle Linnea Gustafsson - The Persuasive Function of Company Names Sabine Heinemann - Italian Sounding Johan Järlehed, Maria Löfdahl, Tommaso Milani, Helle Lykke Nielsen & Tove Rosendal - Entrepreneurial Naming and Scaling of Urban Places Irina Kryukova - Russian Ergonyms as an Object of Linguistic Refexion Antje Lobin - Remarks on Nomination between Ergonymy and Toponymy Erika Lunell - Trade Marks with Multiple Messages Katalin Reszegi - The Mental and Neural Representation of Names Paula Sjöblom - Women's Values in 1950s Finland Conveyed by Product Names in Magazine Advertisements Väinö Syrjälä - Commercial Naming in the Linguistic Landscape of Historical Photographs from Helsinki

; The paper deals with the conceptions "provincial chronotope" and "provincial time" in the context of the Russian prose of the 19th century (novels Svobodnoe vremya [Free time], Kto zh ostalsya dovolen [Who is glad], Poslednee deystvie komedii [Last act of the comedy] by Nadezhda Dmitrievna Khvoshchinskaya (Zayonchkovskaya), and Trudnoe vremya [Hard time] by Vasily Alekseevich Sleptsov). The definition "provincial time" is compared with the definition "provincial chronotope" in the context of Mikhail Bakhtin's theory. As M. Bakhtin writes, "Time here is devoid of moving forward Day is never a day, year is not a year, life is not life It is ordinary, everyday domestic cyclical time. Time is uneventful and seems like it almost stopped It is a thick, sticky time crawling in space." The quote shows the provincial chronotope is a-narrative. In fact, it represents a quasi-event as part of the indiscrete eternity. But the main part of the phrase is connected with the ontological character of the provincial time. The interpretation of the provincial chronotope as "ordinary, everyday domestic cyclical time" presents another phenomenon important for Russian culture. It can be called "everydayness". In the paper, the provincial time is studied as a narrative, phenomenol-ogical and plot-forming category. Despite the fact that Nadezhda Khvoshchinskaya and Vasily Sleptsov belong to different social, politic and worldview poles and types of literature, the sense of time, its phenomenology can be recognized as an integral feature. Their texts are characterized by common narration strategies that consist in the representation of everyday life, the implementation of the so-called "provincial plot" (close to Balzac's The Human Comedy). The esthetic worldview of Vasily Sleptsov is a chaos of material events; the art world of Khvoshchinskaya is the order of different elements. So, comparison of these texts from the esthetic point of view is not quite adequate. However, the definition of the category of time allows to find inner connections realized in the form as a self-contained element of a literary text rather than through the naaration tradition. In the works under study, time is definitely spatial, and some time slots, representing a continuous existence, are virtually inseparable in the topology of the text. The provincial chronotope, devoid of limits and abysses, presents reality as a sequence of senseless events and episodes where the human and humanity lose significance. The author believes it is in this context that we should understand Bakhtin's statement about the provincial chronotope as "ordinary, everyday domestic cyclical time". The development of this model of time demonstrates its importance in the Russian literature of the 19th century. In particular, Anton Pavlovich Chekhov felt this elusive flow of time very subtly, many of his stories represent the image of the same actions and the same decorations on a new level of understanding of time, literature and life. In this case, the description of the provincial time should be taken into account as its essence is embodied, is fixed in the material substance. Results and observations of the research could be extended to other texts on "provincial" plots and could also be used in teaching the history of Russian literature of the 19th century.
; The traditional system of hierarchy of power in Russia is reminiscent of the hierarchy of the Eastern despotism, where first-person State was formed a consultative body (the "trusted people"), which consisted of those who grew up and was raised with Monarch. The new favoritism of the 18th century was built along the lines of the European States and was not associated with the approach of the people by the quality of the professional Warrior or an official (barbers, captives, tutors, healers, deserters, women). Prince A. Menshikov, a former seller of pies, was favorite of Peter the great, played a major role in the historical process of formation of the Russian Empire, and after the death of Peter, he tried to join the struggle for the throne. In the reign of Empress Catherine II favoritism became to the policy of government structures. Structure of favouritism has become a kind of ladder (from the throne to favorite the favorite-favorite-of-close to trusted visitor in the House). Such a man of hierarchy got "shared" the right to use the power of justice, and even participated in revolt. So when emperor Paul got the forced rotation, even dead-tomb of GA Potemkin razed to the ground. However, the inconsistency of the reforms of Paul gave an enormous number of dissatisfied in his "middle circle" the subjects of State power who came the revolt and killed of Paul (March 12, 1801). Alexander I following the example of his father and grandmother, also holds a rotation of favorites whose become V. Kochubei, A. Czartorysky, E. Komarovsky, A. Arakcheev, M. Speransky. Decembrist's revolt was changing format of relations of Emperor and the nobility situation of General mistrust destroyed of elite's favoritism. A dual position of a man in state, expands establishment's stright on the areas of the administrative hierarchy, is delegated from aristocracy to the class of apolitical officials whose degree of influence on the case get accordance with the places indicated in the Table of Ranks. In the Court of history almost all of favorites subsequently received a dual evaluation and historians and contemporaries. For example Earl E. Komarovsky, Commander of A Corps Internal forces of Russian Empire: people from Catherine's favorite Mamonov, then a confidant of Prince Konstantin Pavlovich under Emperor Paul, then a favorite of Emperor Alexander. Official historians first praise him, then they are mercilessly mauling. Such ambiguity views depend on the changed relationship of an official with the State apparatus and the emperor. Often, being at the peak of a career officer received the most positive assessment, but after the resignation of favorite he had been subjected to critique and humiliation. The subject-object relationship and the dual position of government official were characterized and laid further tradition of administrative institutions in Russia. The tradition of favoritism creates a unique type of official administrator, which was at the same time and subject to the authority of the State and the entity that implements State power. From point of view of the authors of this article, this feature in an era of absolutism had further profound influence on the formation of the Institute of Russian officials.

The following papers deals with self-preserving behaviour in the period of a global problem — COVID-19 pandemic. Positive self-preserving behaviour determines the level of health of an individual and, consequently, of a society. In the period of the pandemic we have witnessed an increased interest toward self-preserving behaviour. Apart from observing private hygiene or hygiene norms and social distancing, there were no other protective mechanisms during the process of the research, and vaccination has not yet begun. As a result of the urgency of the issue, the staff s of Institute Demography and Sociology Ilia State University under the guidance of professor A. Sulaberidze have conducted a sociological research in October 2020, "Awareness of the corona virus pandemic's impact on the social-economic situation of Georgian population and self-preservative behaviour", in four regions of Georgia. Th e regions were selected based on the level of the coronavirus's proliferation. Respondents were selected using the method of random sampling. We interviewed 500 respondents with the help of pre-composed questionnaires. Th e following research is one of the attempts in Georgia to study self-preserving behaviour under the circumstances of the pandemic and it shows us to what extent the population's self-pre-serving behaviour is directed toward defense against the coronavirus. One of the main functions of a state is to prevent the spread of diseases and protect its population from harmful infl uence of environmental factors. In this regard, the state has implemented signifi cant measures; however, they are not suffi cient as the joint eff orts of the state and each citizen determine the robustness of a country's population as well as the scope of a pandemic's proliferation. Our goal is to evaluate the eff orts of the citizens, as for our objectives, we aim to ascertain the factors which seem auspicious and adverse for the mentioned eff orts. Th e analysis of the research's results outlined important diff erences between genders with regard to evaluating one's own health and selfpreserving behaviour. Th e researchers had also shown that men value their health more highly and take care of it less. Th is tendency is immutable even when self-preserving behaviour signifi cantly determines not only the possibility of one's own infection, but also of those surrounding us. Women respondents are more prone to observe every recommendation of epidemiologists than men. Th e level of population's awareness is high with respect to the symptoms of the infection as well as recommendations for self-protection and the existing infection situation in the country. Th e dissimilar levels of infection between various regions gave us varying indicators of awareness. Th e higher the infection rate, the higher the awareness rate. Th e respondents' health condition signifi cantly determines the population's attitude toward the coronavirus infection. Self-assessment of one's health condition has an impact on the level of fear caused by the pandemic. Th e respondents with chronic ailments are more liable to express fear than those who evaluate their health highly. Th e perception of the risks associated with the coronavirus infection is diff erent in terms of sexes. Compared to men, women, on average, perceive the coronavirus threat and its subsequent problems more emotionally and give a lower assessment to their health condition. Th e population's fear of the pandemic is exacerbated by the fact that this viral infection has not been adequately studied yet and we are not aware of its future repercussions or complications. Therefore, those respondents who are fully healthy also express justifi able apprehension. Th ere emerged a proportionate connection between the level of following the epidemiologists' re co mmendations and perception of the threat of the COVID infection. The more seriously people perceive the mentioned threat, the more eager they are to fulfi ll the epidemiologists' recommendations.
The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal nature of the formation, develop-ment and current state of state registration in Germany. The essence and peculiarity of the mechanism of state registration of rights in Germany are analyzed. The rele-vance of this topic is due to the presence of a large number of gaps on the part of national legislation that regulates relations directly in the field of state registration of real rights to real estate, their encumbrances (hereinafter – registration of rights). By examining the experience of other countries in the world, we will be able to draw con-clusions and offer tools to address the loopholes and more effectively preserve, safeguard and protect the rights of individuals (natural or legal) as guaranteed by law. This article will explore the state registration system of Germany, the country that became the basis and pro-totype for the Ukrainian registration system. Ownership is the basic legal institute in every country in the world. The emergence, development of this institute is an indi-cator of economic growth of the country. The protection of the property law institute is an integral part of a de-veloped country. In order to properly understand and interpret the essence of becoming an institution of prop-erty rights, in particular the assignment (registration) of rights to a specific person, it is necessary to study the process of origin and formation of origins (establishment) of rights in the past. The analysis of publications shows that there is no comprehensive research, the lack of scientific litera-ture. The following Ukrainian scientists were engaged in the research of this topic О.О. Gubanov, M.V. Zhush-man, D.I. Zmitrovich, M.P. Ilnitsky, A.A. Litvinenko, T.V. Lisnich, K.I. Lyudkova, Ya.P. Pavlovich-Seneta, M.S. Rybak, M.V. Cutter and others. Thus, the purpose of the article is to analyze the ori-gins, development and formation of the state registration system in Germany, since this country became the pro-totype of the national state registration system. Having analyzed and identified the strong positions of the state registration system, it is possible to propose concrete ac-tions for reforming the national state registration system. The global lockdown to mitigate COVID-19 pandemic health risks has altered human interactions with nature. Here, we report immediate impacts of changes in human activities on wildlife and environmental threats during the early lockdown months of 2020, based on 877 qualitative reports and 332 quantitative assessments from 89 different studies. Hundreds of reports of unusual species observations from around the world suggest that animals quickly responded to the reductions in human presence. However, negative effects of lockdown on conservation also emerged, as confinement resulted in some park officials being unable to perform conservation, restoration and enforcement tasks, resulting in local increases in illegal activities such as hunting. Overall, there is a complex mixture of positive and negative effects of the pandemic lockdown on nature, all of which have the potential to lead to cascading responses which in turn impact wildlife and nature conservation. While the net effect of the lockdown will need to be assessed over years as data becomes available and persistent effects emerge, immediate responses were detected across the world. Thus, initial qualitative and quantitative data arising from this serendipitous global quasi-experimental perturbation highlights the dual role that humans play in threatening and protecting species and ecosystems. Pathways to favorably tilt this delicate balance include reducing impacts and increasing conservation effectiveness. ; The Canada Research Chairs program provided funding for the core writing team.
