Depuis que les Algérien.ne.s se sont mis en mouvement dans l'espace public, le 22 février 2019, la scène politique est rythmée par la déferlante de marches hebdomadaires, décrites par la presse comme autant de « tsunamis », dans les centres urbains des villes principales et secondaires du pays. L'attention, portée sur les revendications et les acquis progressifs du mouvement populaire, a jusqu'ici négligé les formes spatiales de sa mobilisation, pourtant au coeur de la renaissance de la société civile. Or, la lutte quotidienne pour (re)conquérir l'espace public est la raison d'être de ce soulèvement.

The 2008 reform of the Spanish disability system reduced the benefits for individuals who have a short contributory history relative to their age. It also unintentionally introduced an incentive for individuals to apply for disability in the present. We use a lifecycle model and an empirical analysis to understand the overall impact of the reform. Our baseline estimates suggest that men and women who were affected by the reform were 46% and 22% more likely to be on permanent partial disability following the reform, respectively, and 55% and 46% more likely to be on total disability, respectively.

In dieser Untersuchung wird eine systematische Übersicht von Informationen über die deutsche Energiewirtschaft und deren Verfügbarkeit vorgelegt, um den Datenzugang zu erleichtern, Datenlücken zu identifizieren und die Diskussion um die Notwendigkeit hochqualitativer Daten in der Energiesystemanalyse weiter voranzubringen. Im Besonderen werden für die Energieträger Strom, Gas und Wärme 22 relevante Datenplattformen und 279 Datenquellen identifiziert und bezüglich ihrer Eigenschaften beschrieben. Auf Basis bestehender Datenlücken sowie einer durchgeführten Expertenumfrage können Aussagen über besondere Datenbedarfe innerhalb der Energiesystemanalyse abgeleitet werden. RESUMO Este artigo objetivou descrever o perfil das Internações por Condições Sensíveis à Atenção Primária (ICSAP) nas 22 Regiões de Saúde do Ceará, através de um estudo quantitativo e transversal sobre as hospitalizações ocorridas entre 2010 e 2014. Houve redução das ICSAP nas regiões, com exceção de duas. Na maioria, a ampliação da cobertura da Estratégia Saúde da Família gerou redução na proporção de ICSAP. Entretanto, é necessário um compromisso mais contundente com relação à sua qualidade, à consolidação do processo de regionalização e ao desenvolvimento de ações intersetoriais que impactem em outros determinantes de saúde.

In this performative text, we explore the events that unfolded around the #ShimlaPark incident on February 22, 2016, on the Bloemfontein campus of the University of the Free State (UFS), South Africa. The text consists of four voices; that of a student, an educator, theory, and the official report commissioned by the UFS after the #ShimlaPark incident. These voices are conceptualized as an assemblage of experience. We employ arts-based research as an affective event that enables us to generate new problems, to create new concepts that allow for the emergence of a different world.

As reflexões apresentadas nesse texto tecem algumas notas acerca das modalidades de benefício eventual, provisão essa reconhecida na Lei Orgânica de Assistência Social (LOAS), em seu Art. 22, como auxílio-natalidade e funeral; situações de calamidade pública e vulnerabilidade temporária. A partir de uma análise teórica, bibliográfica, documental e legal, busca-se destacar alguns pontos e elementos que permitam pensar e analisar qual o papel de cada uma dessas modalidades de atenção no âmbito da política de assistência social e enquanto parte do campo de proteção social não contributivo erigido pelo Sistema Único da Assistência Social (SUAS).

The authors analyze the position and competencies of local ombudsmen in the Republic of Serbia, which exist in 22 cities and municipalities. They argue that the basic problem for the slow expansion of this institution can be found in its non-mandatory character and unwillingness of local political elites to be subjected to independent oversight in their work. This problem can be overcome by adopting a separate Law on Local Ombudsmen, which would systemically regulate their mandatory status, the procedure they conduct, as well as ensure further guarantees of their independence, in particular those of financial nature.

This article presents the problem of legal regulations on noise at mass events. It also presents the results of noise measured during a football match. The study was carried out on October 22, 2017 in Kraków, during a match between Wisła Kraków and Legia Warszawa. Changes in sound pressure level values were recorded during the whole event. Then specific fragments were analyzed. Noise was measured at three points inside the stadium. Calculated values of the LCpeak, LAFmax and LAeq parameters were compared with permissible values in the work environment; a frequency analysis of selected match events was made.

O presente estudo tem como objetivo fazer uma revisão integrativa sobre a prevalência e fatores associados ao Burnout em estudantes de Odontologia, Medicina e Enfermagem. Foi realizada busca na base de dados PUBMED, com os descritores: "Burnout syndrome" associados com "dental students", "medical students "nursing students", e "health students", sem restrição de período. As buscas mostraram 22 artigos, os quais, após leitura e seguindo os critérios de inclusão, resultaram em 13 artigos selecionados. A síndrome de Burnout tem acometido estudantes da área de saúde, especialmente no momento de contato com o paciente, necessitando intervenções precoces.

September 1997 zum Generalsekretär der KAP gewählt; die Armee bestätigte die Wahl in einer Zeremonie in Pyongyang am 22. September. On 22 March, in an exemplary display of democracy in action that seems to have been little noticed in this country, the people of Taiwan voted by an unexpect- edly large margin to reject the presidential candidate of the governing Demo- cratic Progressive Party in favor of the leader of the main opposition party, the Kuomintang. President-elect Ma Ying-jeou promises to be a more predictable and reliable interlocutor for the United States than outgoing President Chen Shui-bian, who has antagonized both Beijing and Washington in recent years by pressing in various ways the envelope of Taiwanese independence.

This essay introduces a special issue of KULA on the subject of 'endangered knowledge,' comprising 22 essays by 34 authors working across a wide array of disciplines and fields. Guest editors Samantha MacFarlane, Rachel Mattson, and Bethany Nowviskie have assembled a collection of scholarly articles, pedagogical reflections, and project reports that take up theoretical and practical considerations of archival salvage and erasure, the persistence of the public record, indigenous knowledge, and the politics of loss. The special issue explores endangerment as a critical category of analysis for records, data, collections, languages, ecosystems, and networks.

The Philippines is among the fastest growing economies in Southeast Asia and is on track to achieving its target of becoming an upper middle-income country by 2022. However, while national poverty incidence fell from 25.2% of the population in 2012 to 21.6% in 2015, the poverty rate translated to almost 22 million poor people and is still high for a middle-income country. Further, household income inequality in the Philippines is among the highest in Southeast Asia. Wide income disparities across the country's regions indicate that the benefits of economic growth have been distributed unevenly.

The compensation hypothesis predicts a positive causation from international economic openness to the size of the public sector, as governments step in to perform a risk mitigating role to counterbalance the increasing exposure to external risk and the economic dislocations caused by growing international openness. We use time series data from 22 OECD countries over the period 1955–2003 and examine the statistical significance of both long-run and short-run causality channels in each country separately. Our findings fail to provide an overwhelming support for this hypothesis, with only five countries showing some evidence in its favour.

The article presents the results of narrative analysis of contemporary European history textbooks' coverage of the 1917 Russian Revolution. The sample consists of 101 textbooks from 22 European states, published between 2000 and 2015 and currently in use in secondary and high schools. The results show that the Russian Revolution, unlike most other events in Russia's history, is narrated as a story not about Russianness, but about shared European historical experiences and social issues. The article discusses the implications of this way of narrating the Russian Revolution for the perceived logic of European history.
