"Ziel des Vortrages ist es zu zeigen, dass sich an Hand der Betrachtung des Verhältnisses zwischen Mensch und Tier (am konkreten Beispiel des Hundes) Aussagen zu menschlichem/ sozialen Handeln ableiten lassen. Der Mensch zeigt in seiner Beziehung zum Tier sämtliche Fassetten sozialen Handelns - von der übertriebenen Liebe über die Anerkennung als gleichwertiges Familienmitglied (homo familius), der Nutzung in der alltäglichen Arbeit (homo medicus und homo tutorus) bis hin zur Lust an Tierkämpfen (homo necans) oder Sodomie (homo sexus). Die Verbindung zwischen interhumanem und interspezifischem Verhalten ist bereits in der Geschichte sichtbar. Der Mensch hegt damals wie heute ästhetisches, symbolisches, wissenschaftliches und wirtschaftliches Interesse am Tier und ist dafür bereit das Tier zu schützen. Wird es ihm jedoch zur Gefahr, jagt er es bis zur Ausrottung. Weiterhin gibt es innerhalb der meisten Menschen und auch in der Gesellschaft eine Bewusstseinsunterscheidung zwischen dem namenlosen und als Masse wahrgenommenen Objekt der zahlreichen Schlacht- und Versuchstiere und dem einzelnen, umsorgten und mit Namen versehenen Subjekt des persönlichen Heimtieres - Parallelen zur Wahrnehmung bestimmter Menschengruppen sind unübersehbar. Die gespaltene Wahrnehmung der Tiere zieht sich durch die gesamte Menschheitsgeschichte und ist Spiegelbild der Gesellschaft. Immer gab es die Unterscheidung zwischen den herrenlosen Straßenhunden und den Schoßhunden der oberen Gesellschaftsschichten. Und wie innerhalb der menschlichen Gesellschaft auch begegnen sich diese unterschiedlichen Klassen fast nur im Disneyfilm. Weiterhin leugnet der moderne Mensch gern die Abhängigkeit vom Tier. Jedoch sind weder Blinden- noch Spürhunde in absehbarer Zeit durch gleichwertige Maschinen ersetzbar noch gibt es bisher Methoden, die ähnliche Erfolge wie tiergestützte Therapien erzielen. Gern wird der Hund, der doch als Haustier eine spezielle Rolle einnimmt, mit Natur gleichgesetzt, indem ihm Emotionen, Vernunft und auch sämtliche Formen der Kommunikation abgesprochen werden. Durch diese Gleichsetzung mit Natur werden viele unangenehme Tatsachen u.a. die Abhängigkeit verleugnet." (Autorenreferat)

El presente artículo se centra en el estudio de tres de los aspectos (ético, jurídico y político) más originales y representativos del pensamiento de Francisco de Vitoria (circa 1483-1546). El primero de esos aspectos nos lleva a reconocer la originalidad del fundador de la Escuela de Salamanca al demostrar que es posible fusionar la doctrina neotomista con el humanismo renacentista. En segundo lugar, desde un punto de vista jurídico, nuestro autor se adscribe a la corriente iusnaturalista racionalista de raíz estoico-ciceroniana aunque, lejos de asumir una posición teórica equidistante respecto a los dilemas morales y los retos que afectan a los juristas de su época, Vitoria se pronuncia respecto a la problemática de su tiempo con una actitud de compromiso moral e intelectual genuinamente iusfilósofica. Por último, en tercer lugar, en sentido político la principal aportación vitoriana consiste en haber concebido la idea del ius communicationis como un concepto fundado en los principales valores del humanismo cosmopolita que se orienta a la constitución de una sociedad humana universal. ; This article focuses on the study of three of the most original and representative aspects (ethical, legal and political) of Francisco de Vitoria's thinking (circa 1483-1546). The first of these aspects leads us to acknowledge the originality of the founder of the School of Salamanca in having demonstrated that it is possible to blend the Neo-Thomist doctrine with Renaissance humanism. In the second place, from a legal perspective, Vitoria belongs to the rationalist natural law trend rooted in Cicero's Stoicism although, far from assuming a halfway theoretical position regarding the moral dilemmas and challenges posed to the lawyers of his time, Vitoria takes a stance with regard to the questions of his time with an attitude of moral and intellectual commitment which is genuinely of a legal philosophy nature. In the third place, in a political sense the main Vitorian contribution consists of having conceived of the idea of the ius communicationis as a concept based on the chief values of the cosmopolitan humanism directed to the constitution of a universal human society.

The article examines the approaches with respect to one of the major problems of Ukrainian society - semantic vectors of its development in the period of formation of actually global order for the existence of local societies. The author provides analysis and characterization of variety of senses, which for twenty years of existence of Ukraine after the collapse of the Soviet Union have been transmitted by the representatives of political cohort to the Ukrainian society. Also attention is paid to the process of correspondence of these semantic initiatives with the senses and purposes, dominant in the everyday life of Ukrainians. The author fi xes the problem of the general frustration of senses of semantic social development during globalizing within even those socio-political and socio-economic practices that are considered to be the most attractive for the Ukrainian society.Key words: sense, globalization, society, transformation, policy. ; У статті розглянуто підходи до однієї з найважливіших проблем українського суспільства – смислових векторів його розвитку в період становлення, по суті, гло-бальних порядків для існування локальних соціальних структур. Наведено аналіз та характеристику різноманітних смислів, які за двадцятирічний період існування України після розпаду СРСР намагалися транслювати представники політичної когорти для українського соціуму. Також зосереджено увагу на кореспондуванні цих зусиль щодо смислових ініціацій зі смислами та цілями повсякденного життя українців. Виокрем-лено проблему загальної фрустрації смислів щодо змістовного соціального розвитку в умовах глобалізації у рамках навіть тих соціально-політичних та соціально-економіч-них практик, які виглядають для українського суспільства найбільш бажаними.Ключові слова: смисл, глобалізація, суспільство, трансформація, політика.

The Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Opportunistic Infections (OIs) in HIV-Exposed and HIV-Infected Children in the United States were developed by a panel of specialists in pediatric HIV infection and infectious diseases from the U.S. government and academic institutions, intended for use by clinicians and health care workers providing medical care for HIV-exposed and HIV-infected children in the United States. For each OI, pediatric specialists with subject matter expertise reviewed the literature for new information since the last guidelines were published (2009) and then proposed revised recommendations that were reviewed and approved by the full Panel and endorsing governmental agencies and professional organizations. This executive summary highlights the most important, rated recommendations for each OI from the full Guidelines document.

the phenomenon of civil society is investigated in the article. An attention is accented on practical side of question. An analysis of the results of the quantitative research using the sociological method is carried out. The goal is set to show a level of development of civil society in Ukraine and to give some practical recommendations for its following development. Conclusion is made about environment of civil society like essential part of democratic country. ; в статье исследуется феномен гражданского общества. Акцентируется внимание на практической стороне вопроса. Осуществляется анализ результатов проведенного количественного исследования с использованием социологического метода. Ставится задача показать уровень развития гражданского общества на востоке Украины, а также дать практические рекомендации для его последующего развития. Делается вывод о природе гражданского общества как неотъемлемой составляющей демократического государства. ; у статті досліджується феномен громадянського суспільства. Акцентується увага на практичній стороні питання. Здійснюється аналіз результатів проведеного кількісного дослідження з використанням соціологічного методу. Ставиться завдання показати рівень розвитку громадянського суспільства на сході України, а також дати практичні рекомендації щодо подальшого його розвитку. Робиться висновок про природу громадянського суспільства як невід'ємної складової демократичної держави.

The purpose of the present article is to identify and build a system of individual needs that promote an individual's taking the path of terrorist activity, and to consider the process of its functioning under the destructive influences of the external and internal environment. The research methodology is based on a retrospective analysis of individual needs and socio-psychological characteristics of terrorist organizations' fighters. The system-integrated holistic approach allowed substantiating the content of the economic, political, social, and spiritual subsystems of the integral balanced system of individual needs. The focus on a systematic reflection of the research object and subject in the context of analyzing the objective reality of contemporary terrorism made it possible to reveal the relationships of the identified needs and, based on the results obtained, uncover the process of reengineering the system of individual needs into a hierarchy of needs which lead to taking the antisocial path of terrorism. The main research results include structured subsystem of the integrated system of individual's needs, the content of needs, their components, promoting the individual to joining terrorist activities, as well as the construction of mathematical model describing the operation of the system of individual's needs, and identifying quantitative values of the median needs, bringing the individual into a terrorist organization. ; El objetivo del artículo consiste en identificar y construir un sistema de necesidades que favorezcan a la inmersión de individuos en actividades terroristas, así mismo en establecer la mecánica del proceso teniendo en cuenta las influencias destructivas del entorno externo e interno. La metodología del estudio empleada partió de un análisis retrospectivo de las necesidades del individuo mediante la caracterización socio-psicológica de los militantes de las organizaciones terroristas. El enfoque holístico sistémico y complejo permitió justificar el contenido de los subsistemas económicos, políticos, sociales y espirituales del sistema de equilibrio integral de las necesidades. La ima­gen sistemática del objeto y el análisis de la reali­dad objetiva del terrorismo moderno permitieron revelar las relaciones entre las necesidades identificadas sobre la base de los resultados obtenidos, lo anterior permitió la creación de un sistema piramidal de necesidades del individuo que sirven para identificar a la persona que decide incursionar en la actividad asocial del terrorismo. Los principales resultados del estudio arrojaron subsistemas estructurados del sistema general de necesidades, el contenido de las necesidades, los componentes que contribuyen a la radicalización del individuo en actividades terroristas, la construcción de un modelo matemático que describe el funcionamiento del sistema de necesidades del individuo, y la identificación de los valores cuantitativos de las necesidades que llevan al individuo a una organización terrorista.
