Innovation is a concept which is recently mentioned not only by the academicians but also the labour environment and the public manager's management programme. This study aims to assert the perception of innovation in subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's firms (I.M.M). The concept of innovation means that managers of these companies detect the status of innovative, internal and external factors which trigger this situation by associating innovation activities of firms. This study aims to assert the perception of innovation in subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's firms and determine internal and external factors which trigger them. Innovation by businesses is achieved in many ways, with much attention now given to formal research and development (R&D) for "breakthrough innovations." R&D help spur on patents and other scientific innovations that leads to productive growth in such areas as industry, medicine, engineering, and government. Yet, innovations can be developed by less formal on-the-job modifications of practice, through exchange and combination of professional experience and by many other routes. The more radical and revolutionary innovations tend to emerge from R&D, while more incremental innovations may emerge from practice – but there are many exceptions to each of these trends. The comments of company managers, about this model were evaluated by creating a model to measure the level of innovation in a firm and to determine the factors of company's inside and outside, and to measure the perception of these events over effects of the result.

Iraq is being denuded of its ancient communities, and both it and the world are the poorer for it. As the jihadists of Islamic State try to entrench their rule, it is an open question whether Iraq's religious minorities will survive, and if so, how they can be protected. There is another, deeper question, however. How did Iraq come to have so much religious diversity in the first place, and what does this this say about the type of Islam that prevailed there until the 21st century? Adapted from the source document.
