The article considers the ramifications of MP John Della Bosca's resignation for the Australian Labor Party's ability to retain power in the government of New South Wales. The author considers whether the Labor Party can be broken down into factions. The article proposes that two of the major political problems facing the party are the concerns of ethnic voters and the issue of Cabinet solidarity. Kristina Keneally, who replaced Bosca as Premier of New South Wales, has little time to regroup the Labor Party before the March 2011 elections. Adapted from the source document.
