Die Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie sich gesamtstaatliche Parteien in einem stark regionalisierten Umfeld und somit im Kontext ausgeprägter regionaler Identitäten und relevanter Regionalparteien verhalten. Sie knüpft an die noch junge Forschung zu Parteien in regionalen Kontexten an und schlägt ein neues Kriterium vor, das in die Überlegungen zu den Möglichkeiten autonomen Handelns regionaler Parteizweige gesamtstaatlicher Parteien bisher noch nicht eingeflossen ist: Die Ausprägung, d.h. die "Art" des jeweils vorliegenden Regionalismus. Dabei wird ein neuer Blickwinkel angelegt, der die Region selbst zum Ausgangspunkt der Analyse macht. Als Fallbeispiele werden mit Südtirol und Veneto eine autonome Provinz und eine Region der in diesem Zusammenhang bis dato vernachlässigten Republik Italien herangezogen. ; The thesis takes a closer look at the possibilities of statewide parties in dealing with the regional level, especially in regions with strong regional parties and a pronounced regional identity. Which factors make regional engagement for state-wide parties difficult? And under which circumstances is it possible to approach regional matters? The thesis contributes to the existing research in this field by suggesting a new criterium to better understand what influences statewide parties on the regional level: the significance of different types of regionalism. This is possible by choosing the region itself as a starting point and developing the analysis from there. Italy, which has so far been mostly disregarded in this matter, provides for interesting case studies with the Veneto region and the autonomous province South-Tyrol.

Port is a place of land surrounded by waters with certain boundaries as a place for both government and economic activities used as a place to berth, board and disembark passengers, also load and unload goods. Passenger port is a sea transportation infrastructure for the purposes of facilitating passengers sea trips in terms of their arrival and departure. Currently, PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III is continuously improving in terms of quantity and quality. In this case, the interior design can be influential as a supporting attraction for sea transportation in Indonesia. One of them is through the design of the Tanjung Emas passenger terminal, by elevating the image of the city of Semarang through its colonial buildings which are the identity of the city of Semarang with supporting facilities based on the needs of the passengers. This design work applies the method of innovation design process by Vijay Kumar with seven modes of activities, such as: understanding objectives, knowing the context, knowing the community, compiling ideas, exploring concepts, developing solutions, and realizing offers. The design of the Tanjung Emas domestic departure terminal adopts the architectural form of Lawang Sewu and Mandiri Bank buildings in Kota Lama (old city) of Semarang and is combined with modern facilities inside.
