L'objectif de l'article est de signaler les continuités et discontinuités quont les formes de l'action collective avec leur contenu, étant entendu que dans ladite transposition l'esthétique devient politique. L'article se focalise sur l'étude d'une expérience à partir de laquelle un groupe de travailleurs de la ville de Córdoba, en Argentine, décident d'occuper leur lieu de travail (une clinique) et de commencer à prendre en charge eux-mêmes la gestion de leur entreprise (Entreprise Récupérée Coopérative Junín de Santé). L'article s'organise de la manière suivante : en premier lieu, sont exposées quelques connexions entre esthétique, sensibilité et conflit. C'est là que s'ouvre un potentiel espace de compréhension des « ressources expressives » que les travailleurs mettent en jeu dans le processus de « récupération » de l´entreprise, comme lieu à partir duquel comprendre les significations de ce dernier. Les différentes étapes du conflit sont ensuite décrites, en emphatisant l?investigation des dimensions expressives et leur relation avec la structuration spatio-temporelle qui délimite les rythmes du processus. Enfin, est mis en valeur le surplus de sens associé aux stratégies de visibilité identifiées ; rattaché à une manière politique de reprocher à la politique institutionnelle sa propre impuissance et son caractère mélancolique mis en évidence face à la suprématie des conditions matérielles de vie. ; Fil: Scribano, Adrián Oscar. La metodología de la investigación social es un campo disciplinar en permanente modificación, en donde la apertura a la creatividad y expresividad en las estrategias de indagación social implican nuevas necesidades. Incluir las vivencias del investigador como rasgo fundamental para mejorar la captación y comprensión del mundo social es uno de los desafíos que se une a inquietudes tales como cómo dar lugar al registro y sistematización de las huellas de un proceso en producción que nos permita mejorar las estrategias de captación y comprensión de las sensibilidades sociales. El objetivo del presente artículo es compartir las vivencias de los investigadores sobre el diseño y aplicación de una experiencia de indagación que implica la puesta en práctica de diversas y articuladas "innovaciones" metodológicas; como la incorporación de la auto-etnografía como recurso procesual que brinda miradas necesarias en el proceso de investigación.

This article aims at making a conceptual analysis of the links between social policies, emotions and World Images. It tries to frame the theoretical and epistemic plots of subjacent assumptions that involve (and activate) State interventions on "the social." The following is the argumentative strategy that has been chosen: firstly, we will account for the links between social policies and the capitalist regime of accumulation; secondly, we will explain the proposed theoretical links between World Image and policies of emotions; thirdly, we will offer some arguments which show the analytical richness of linking social policies and policies of emotions through the concept of World Image; fourthly, as an example, we will frame the massiveness of social policies as a World Image that transmits emotionalities linked to the reproduction of the regime of accumulation. This paper sums up –in a cross-sectional perspective –three research studies concerning different work-related experiences in Argentina, involving call centers, social program beneficiaries and urban waste collectors. We discuss a particular dimension of certain processes related to transformations in labor to understand the role of emotions in the current processes of configuration of social relations. The methodology employed is predominantly qualitative: this paper focuses the analysis on the information gathered through in-depth interviews, from which it offers excerpts of narratives by call-center workers, unemployed trainees at the job training centers and female waste collectors. From three different perspectives upon the complex labor relations in Argentina –as a possible stage in the current transformation of the labor world –we show how a) socially constructed fear organizes perceptions and structures "correct ways of feeling" to guarantee not only the inexistence of conflict, but enormous profit rates for call centers; b) the "embodiment" of workers' faces is located at the core of a business's presentation, as a human ability to be valued and regulated for social program beneficiaries; and c) the "sensibility of disposable people" displays the way a particular reality becomes unquestionable, favoring a state of occupational disposability, for urban waste collectors. We state that these changes in the labor world show particular ways of managing emotions, becoming an axis of the "political economy of morals" at the current stage of expansion of capitalist social relationships. ; Fil: Scribano, Adrián Oscar.
