Entrepreneurial behavior has been substantially addressed in entrepreneurship literature, but the mechanisms by which social capital influences entrepreneurial behavior among college students remain unclear, especially the potential mediating and moderating interplay among them. Therefore, drawing on social capital theory and the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model, this study proposed a moderated mediation model of social capital on entrepreneurial behavior. Sample data were collected via questionnaires from entrepreneurial team members participating in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Southwest China. Results showed that (1) social capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior; (2) entrepreneurial passion partially mediates the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurial behavior; and (3) entrepreneurial risk perception positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and behavior and thus enhances the mediating effect of entrepreneurial passion. This study provides insights into the internal mechanism of social capital on entrepreneurial behavior and also offers practical guidance for individuals, universities, and governments.

The peer to peer (P2P) electricity market is gaining global attention with the growing uptake of low carbon technologies in distribution networks. Increasing number of prosumers and consumers are eager to optimize the exploitation of their local energy resources and reduce their electricity expenditures respectively. In the establishment of a fair P2P energy trading environment, viable transactions have to be identified and the sellers require accounting for their share of losses in the network to estimate the power involved in each transaction and determine the sale price. Power flow tracing (PFT) techniques are required. PFT techniques rely on the proportional sharing (PS) principle (Bialek J. , 1996), which is generally accepted, but has never been proved. The purpose of the experiments described in this document is demonstrating that nodes in the network are perfect 'mixers' of incoming flows proportionally shared among the nodal outflows. During the 2 weeks Trans-national Access (TA) detailed in this report, 183 tests were carried out over 5 network configurations exposed to three different sort of disturbances. High resolution and accurate records of distorted waveforms were gathered and an appropriate analysis will be regarded during the next months. This has been achieved thanks to the flexibility offered by the Distributed Energy Resources Test Facility (DER-TF) of Ricerca sul Sistema Energetico (RSE S.p.A.). Preliminary findings: Harmonics based disturbances were not the best approach for power flow tracing as the waveforms by the sources side became highly distorted and harmonics in other frequencies appear. The grid forming and grid following modes of operation of the converter-based sources affect the PFT. AbstractThis study aims to investigate the potential safety hazards and provide reference for improving the medical waste disposal procedure in SARS-CoV-2 testing laboratory. Our SARS-CoV-2 testing group detected the RNA residue on the surface of medical waste with Droplet Digital PCR, and held a meeting to discuss the risks in the laboratory medical waste disposal process. After effective autoclaving, SARS-CoV-2 contaminated on the surface of medical waste bags was killed, but the average concentration of viral RNA residues was still 0.85 copies/cm2. It would not pose a health risk, but might contaminate the laboratory and affect the test results. When the sterilized medical waste bags were transferred directly by the operators without hand disinfection, re-contamination would happen, which might cause the virus to leak out of the laboratory. Furthermore, we found that sterilization effect monitoring and cooperation among operators were also very important. In summary, we investigated and analyzed the potential safety hazards during the medical waste disposal process in SARS-CoV-2 testing laboratory, and provided reasonable suggestions to ensure the safety of medical waste disposal.

Abstract
Objective To present a three-dimensional (3D)-printed model that simulates endoscopic and exoscopic intracerebral hematoma (ICH) surgery with a tubular retractor.
Methods We used 3D printing technology to develop the model that consisted of the skull frame and a replaceable inserted module. Edible gelatin and animal blood were placed into the module to mimic brain tissue and the hematoma. Twenty neurosurgeons were recruited to participate in our training program that required the use of an endoscope and an exoscope to aspirate the hematoma with a tubular retractor. Five postgraduates were asked to complete the entire training with the endoscope five times. Questionnaires were distributed for feedback after the training program.
Results The more experienced surgeons obviously performed better than the rather inexperienced surgeons, verifying that our model could reflect the ability of the trainees. As the training progressed, the scores of the postgraduates increased, and the average score of the fifth training was obviously higher than the first score. No significant differences were observed in the trainees' performance with the endoscope and the exoscope. The feedback questionnaires showed the average score for value of the simulator as a training tool was a 3.65 (on a 4-point scale). Our model received better comments regarding the bone texture (mean: 3.20), the brain tissue texture (mean: 3.20), and the experience in aspirating the hematoma (mean: 3.10). The surgical position (mean: 2.95), surgical approach (mean: 2.90), and simulated brain tissue (mean: 2.85) should be improved.
Conclusion Our model was practical for endoscopic and exoscopic ICH surgery training. The results of our program showed that prior surgical experience benefited the mastery of both the endoscopic and the exoscopic ICH surgery in the 3D-printed model. Our model could make mastering basic skills more efficient.

We examined the relationship between entrepreneurs' social networks and opportunity identification, and the moderating roles of entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial alertness in this relationship. Results from 142 entrepreneurs supported the hypothesis that both their business
ties and their political ties would be positively related to opportunity identification, and these relationships would be moderated by entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial alertness. Entrepreneurial passion weakened the relationship between business ties and opportunity identification,
but amplified the relationship between political ties and opportunity identification. Further, entrepreneurial alertness strengthened the relationship between business ties and opportunity identification. The results suggest that the effect of entrepreneurs' social ties on opportunity identification
depends on the level of the individual's entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial alertness.
