The study of various aspects of social economy is stipulated by the fact that the focus of any economic system is the human being as the main object and the result of economic activity. The purpose of this paper is to cluster of social economies of the countries throughout the world with distinguishing the models of social economy for transition economies under globalization conditions. The results of research represent four clusters of social economy that prove validity of classification of 4 classic models of social economy: liberal, Scandinavian, corporatist, and Mediterranean. While the most developed countries have effective models of social economy, there is still no clear concept of social development for transition economies. This paper deals with social economy clustering of different countries with the view to determinate the place of transition economies in social metrics of global economy. Our study is limited to the number of countries – 40 countries of the world, mainly European, and timeframes – 2015 and 2016. The obtained results could be taken into account by governments when developing and implementing new social policy for transition economies considering the experience of countries with classical social models. The authors propose the main practical tools for transition social model. It is proposed to distinguish one more model of social economy – the transition model, typical for transition economies that implement social reforms and has some common features.

ABSTRACT: International research on the social economy has undergone three important changes over the last five years. Firstly, the socioeconomic reality subject of this research has suffered a profound transformation as a result of the impact and the prolongation of the crisis and the expectations created in relation to the role of the social economy. Secondly, the topics under scrutiny by the scientific community have changed gradually over these years adapting to the macro and micromutations being studied. Thirdly, we have witnessed what may be considered the definitive consolidation and institutionalization of research into the social economy and its scientific community. This latter is confirmed by the prolific and diversified scientific output, the recognition of the specialized scientific journals, the solidity of the international networks of researchers and research centres and specialist training, as well as by the existence of periodic international scientific conferences.

While the social impact of the social economy is clearly understood and welcomed by Asian governments, the sector's contribution towards national measures of Gross Domestic Product operates along indistinct lines, and is often undervalued. Jared Tham considers the terminological definition for the future purpose of measuring and establishing its economic value.

The article points to the processes of change in the economy that seek to take account of human subjectivity and its needs in economic, social and civic terms. As part of these changes, social innovations are used as innovations aimed at improving the quality of people's lives in organizational and relational terms. Opposing the systemic approach of prosociality comes the concept of the social economy as a segment of social market economy that pursues social objectives within the framework of economic activity. Social enterprises are a component of the social economy. The aim of the article is to point to social innovation in the context of social enterprises. The phenomenon of innovation, social innovation and social enterprises has been described. Social enterprises constitute an important element of the landscape of the economy, in terms of the socio-economic order, taking into account the factor of social innovation.
