Agent Orange is a toxic chemical liquid used by the United States military during the Vietnam War in 1955-1975. The use of chemical weapons is classified as a form of crime due to violations of international agreements. This research tries to explain how Agent Orange has become a significant factor in the dynamics of relations between the US and Vietnam. The dynamics will be analyzed using the concept by Immanuel Kant. There are 6 articles that must be done to achieve lasting peace, but this article only discusses articles 1, 5, and 6 which are the basis for the establishment of perpetual peace. Article 1 Perpetual Peace requires a peace agreement that is made as detailed as possible, evidenced by the articles in the 1973 Paris Peace Accord which did not prevent war in the short term, but succeeded in forming a long-term peace scheme. Article 5 Perpetual Peace is also implemented without the intervention of US in Vietnam domestic politics, which until now holds communist ideology. Finally, the US corrective action through the cleaning of the Agent Orange is an embodiment of article 6 of Perpetual Peace. Changes in relations carried out through various collaborations have resulted in a process leading to lasting peace, at least for the US and Vietnam.

China with two Koreas constitutes a Regional Security Complex located in the Northeastern part of the Asian continent. Rebalance toward the Asia-Pacific region is the U.S. military arm penetrating the RSC on the East Asian continent. As CCP carries modern Chinese nationalism and does away with class struggle, it seems ideologically to have come close to pre-1986 KMT. We have never seen in North Korea changes like the one in China from the road of Mao to that of reform and opening. The Chinese are compromising with the U.S. liberal intervention on the North Korean denuclearization issue. President Park's Trust Building Process could make its way based on the compatibility of U.S. liberalism and Chinese nationalism. The South Korean policies for the Trust Building Process on the Korean Peninsula need to focus on the ROK-PRC dialogue until the North Korean problem of a nuclear threat is resolved. Compliance of the North Korean regime to denuclearization is expected to accompany amelioration of rigidity in the North Korean system and open the window of the Trust Building Process on the Korean Peninsula. Rutman, D., Poole, N., Hume, S., Hubberstey, C., & Van Bibber, M. (2014). Building a framework for evaluation of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder prevention and support programs: A collaborative Canadian project. The International Journal Of Alcohol And Drug Research, 3(1), 81-89. doi:10.7895/ijadr.v3i1.122Aims: This article discusses a Canadian project that is designed to identify promising evaluation methods and create common evaluation frameworks for FASD prevention programs serving pregnant women and mothers, and FASD supportive intervention programs serving youth and adults living with FASD. A social determinants of health perspective guided the project.Design: The project has employed a mixed-methods approach including a literature search, documentary review, and an iterative set of consultations with program providers, program managers, government managers and funders, researchers, and evaluators in the context of their work across Canada and internationally. Results: The project's processes led to the development of three visual "maps" comprised of concentric rings that depict theoretical foundations; activities and approaches; formative outcomes; and participant, community and systemic outcomes. The three visual frameworks depict evaluation of 1) FASD prevention programs; 2) FASD support programs; and 3) FASD programs in Aboriginal communities. Conclusions: The development of visual maps to depict common evaluation frameworks promotes individual and collective action towards applying the frameworks on the part of community-based services and governments across Canada, on the service and systemic levels. Program providers, researchers, and system planners have indicated that the maps have wide-ranging applications.

Before the Paris meeting on climate change, most United Nations member submitted their Intended Nationally Determined Contributions on carbon emission reductions by 2030. The Indonesian government needs to adjust its national policies and regulations to achieve its commitments. The residential building sector, in particular apartment buildings, plays an essential role in contributing to the country's energy-related carbon emissions profile. Therefore, this study aims to determine the extent to which apartments in Sentra Timur comply with the green building (GB) indicators, based on the standard of the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). The analysis generates points that define a green building's predicate. Furthermore, the appropriate credit for Site Development, Energy Efficiency and conservation, Water Conservation, as well as Indoor Health and Comfort are 12 points out of 17, 16 points out of 26, 10 points out of 21, 16.5 points out of 26, respectively. The overall score is 54.5, with a percentage of 46.58%. Therefore, the Sentra Timur Apartment has been awarded a silver rating. After analyzing the collected data, recommendations were made on how each category can be improved to meet GB standards.

The field of positive youth development (PYD) is at an important crossroads in terms of defining its scope and directions for future research. This paper describes an effective consensus-building process that representatives from 16 federal agencies engaged in to develop a research agenda focused on PYD and the product that resulted from using this approach. During this process, the representatives identified and refined three research domains (conceptual issues related to PYD, data sources and indicators, and program implementation and effectiveness) and key research questions that could benefit from future research. We share lessons learned from our experience to emphasize the importance of organizational systems change efforts and interagency collaborations. A major contribution of this paper is to provide specific areas for future research in PYD from the federal perspective and to describe future implications for PYD policy and interagency collaborations.

The agreement between the Colombian government and FARC-EP insurgency is an important milestone towards the resolution of one of the longest civil conflicts in history. However, there are several issues that have not been completely addressed: disarmament, reinsertion of former combatants, political participation and justice. Taking into account these needs, South-South Cooperation (SSC) becomes relevant, especially as it targets technical and participatory assistance rather than just direct money transfers. In this context, the article has three purposes: firstly, it analyzes the post-conflict policies implemented up-to-date. Secondly, it investigates specific policies coming from SSC sources. And finally, it extrapolates SSC initiatives from other Latin American countries that have endured similar conflicts. It is concluded that, though SSC is inspiring post-conflict policies in Colombia, there are some other unexplored prospects that could be useful.
