Analyses the attitudes towards the Nazi past that existed in West German society from 1945 through the 1950s. The author considers the social and political situation in the Federal Republic of Germany, the concept of "zero hour", and collective guilt thesis that were tackled in the publications of sociopolitical character. The author concludes that in Germany in the post­war period, a specific "victim's mentality" prevailed that rejected the idea of collective guilt and responsibility for the Nazi crimes.

The author would like to amend the incorrectly labelled segments of the scale bar he used in Figure 1 of the above article. Segments on the scale bar should read 100, 200 and 300 rather than 10, 20 and 30. The author demonstrates the continuity of the US policy of the dominance in the world. The author also revises the ways for the enhancement of the Russian political strategy.

Drawing on forensic investigations conducted by the author in the Ixil Area of Guatemala, interviews with international observers, and ethnographic research among the Ixil Maya as well as extensive review of declassified United States government documents and newspaper accounts of the military regime of General Efrain Rios Montt, the author provides evidence that the massacres of Ixil Maya in Guatemala formed a part of a planned genocide and that Rios Montt has command responsibility for the genocide.

The author traces involvement in the wealth inequality movement since 1999 and the frustrations with realistically addressing wealth inequality and racial wealth gaps. This paper outlines the journey from understanding the importance of wealth in African American and other communities, to addressing collective structures for accumulating assets and wealth for low-income people of color. Author tries to define concept of abusive tying practices and find necessary elements for legal assessment of tying. Moreover, author carries on the comparative analysis of the Microsoft tying cases in European Union and in United States of America, in order to find whether same elements of tying practices conditions the same outcome in the case law.

The author shows a polysemy of the term "questions of local value", a polysemy of its interpretation in the theory and the legislation, various approaches to its interpretation.
